Jody had been servicing our 25 year old zero clearence gas fireplace for a few years when a tree fell and landed on the top of the chimney and caused damage to the chase, and water got in and finished it off. We talked to Jody about prices for repairing the old fireplace and he explained everything to us. The repairs would have been very costly, and because of the age of the old fireplace, it made sense to replace it instead of repairing it. Jody's estimate costs for replacement and install were very budget friendly and he was able to find a new model that closely fit the opening we had with minimal construction needed. It is a great model with options we needed at a very affordable price. He took care of everything with the construction for the replacement fireplace, and did a fabulous job. He is the BEST! He was very thorough over the phone in explaining what causes it and what kinds of things to look for. He came out and took a look, resealed some of the areas where the sealant had come loose and re-adjusted my gas flow valves, and cleaned everything up. Super nice guy, I highly recommend. read more

It wasn't much, my son took care of it. They sent me a date range to pick installation, I did and they reminded me and showed up on time. It was a process to get it installed, but once installed I have been in heaven since. It warms up the room so well, we haven't used the blower yet. It adds to the beauty of the room, and every time it's on I find my two pets close.
