This was last December--eights months ago. For months it was promises then it was total ghosting. I don't understand how a company can operate like this. Isn't 253-220-6777 your number Kai? Apparently is doesn't work very well. There are many other roofing companies out there. Don't hire this one.

I had a great experience with this company. From first contact all the way to the end, they were…read moreprofessionals and got the job done beautifully and for less than what another company had quoted. My house is on a greenbelt and we had a ton of wind storms over the last year. I know my gutters needed to be cleaned, however I didn't realize how bad they were clogged. From what Jason mentioned, it was pretty gross. Jason came by and did everything by himself (I expected a big team as it's a lot of work!) and he explained the work that would be done beforehand. He even saw some issues with the siding of my house and showed me the photo so I could get it fixed. He is an all around good dude. I think the biggest revelation with just how bad our gutters were clogged and windows dirty came just a few hours after Jason left. It was raining, and I had heard water loudly dripping down some pipes and I thought I had a leak somewhere. I had a slight panic. Then I realized, oh yeah! I remember that sound. That's the sound of a clean gutter when it is functioning properly! Now I know if I don't hear that sound when it rains, I need to make a call. Also, right before then, a poor little bird came swooping down from a tree and collided with our large and VERY clean kitchen window. That's how clean it was. Poor little guy didn't even see it. He chilled on the patio for a bit and shook it off. He and the window were fine. Anyway.. great people. Great job! Will be using them at least once a year to keep my gutters clear as there is no way I am getting on my roof. I appreciate these Ninjas.

So we thought we would try them again, u know good work at a good price. We called for a quote as everything is in Washington I expected unreasonable prices and inflation, but 500% more, thank you drive through. We should had know when the lady who sent the quote wanted to explain it. When she did she included nonsense like trees over the roof, we don't have any trees taller than the housese house or above the roof . Then she went to the aspect of the house, it gets full sun all day, again no trees. I would throw in if that was an issue, it's not, only half or a quarter of the house would face that direction. I live in a nicer area but not extravagant. It's obvious that they drove into a nicer area and said, Ummm, X + 500%. This is criminal, get multiple quotes or skip these guys all together. If you like over paying give them a call.

I was visited by Kai (he set it all up) to go over plans for this year's Holiday Lights, they did an awesome job last year, so we're having them back again to beautify our house . Kai is great!. He sent out both Lucas and Zack. These guys are great as well! They made our windows look like we had just brought the house, brand new! I was in awe! When they were done, Lucas asked if I wanted him to close the Blinds, I replied "No, leave them up, Its' so beautiful and clear, I just want to sit here and stare out the window " They did an excellent job! I'm still staring thru a I write this review. It's really too bad we didn't do a before/after pic, then you would have had a clear picture of how good these guys are at their jobs. We are very satisfied with the quality of work, the price was very fair, after all, they did the entire home, upstairs and down, and their service is 100% OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend Clean and Clear Home Services, They're the best! Kudos to Lucas and Zack, job well done! and Hats off to Clean and Clear Home Services! I can see clearly now!

Man, old man... I would never hire these people. Absolute nightmare from start to finish. In fact,…read morethe chimney job that we paid for is still not finished and it's been almost a year. When they put the initial chimney in; I thought all was fine until one rainy day... the chimney was leaking water. These people come back out. They don't keep their time or their appointment. They show up hours late and near dark time. They assure me that they can work in the dark and fix the issue. Chimney is crooked, has gaps in it and it's leaking from the chimney on the roof. Has nothing to do with the roof cause I had a brand new roof put on about six months ago. Stay away! Unless you want them to take your money, do a partial job and shine you on and run. I kept getting excuses about how the owner was having medical issues in the hospital with a stroke, etc. Honestly... I have as much compassion as the next person, but this is business and honestly, it's not my problem. DO NOT hire these people. They are sketchy. They do not listen. They do not care about the customer. I will be reporting them to the state, L&I and other agencies as well. BE WARNED!

This is a tuff one to review. First off giving a review on a roof when its only been a handful of…read moremonths seems too early but ill try. Working with the office manager was a pleasure. Working with the owner was OK. I got 3 bids and Stewart roofing was the lowest but there is a catch that you'll need to consider. Stewart's bid doesn't include Ice and Water shield. It wasnt on the bid as an option either. The others did include it. When i inquired about this i was informed it wasn't necessary. I did some research and 99% of other companies i checked with said its important. Im scratching my head at this point. I had somewhat of a working relationship with Stewart (they did a previous repair which went great) so i took Richard's word cause of his longevity in the career. I asked a lot of questions and they finally gave a cost to do it which i should of accepted but thought it was too high so i didn't. Im a bit concerned about that but only time will tell. The roof seems fine for the most part. Im not an expert. The job went fine with a couple hiccups. I struggled with leaving a review considering my concerns but here i am. Overall my experience was pretty good so im giving a 4 star.

We had Best Choice Heating install our heating and air conditioning system about a year ago, and…read moreafter living with it through all seasons, I can honestly say the experience and results have been outstanding. Owner Rohan, Brett (scheduler and service technician), and their entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. Our installation turned out to have several unexpected challenges, but instead of taking shortcuts or treating them as problems for us to solve, they stayed with it, communicated clearly, and worked through every issue until everything met our expectations. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept the work areas clean, treated our home with respect, and paid attention to details throughout the installation. We always felt informed and never pressured. One year later, the system has worked flawlessly and has exceeded our expectations for comfort and performance. Since our installation, I've referred many friends and acquaintances to Best Choice Heating, and every person has reported back with 100% positive experiences. It's rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, excellent customer service, integrity, and follow-through this well. We would absolutely recommend Best Choice Heating to anyone looking for heating and air conditioning work in the Tacoma area.
