I ignored him at firstbecause I was intimidated just by looking at their website. It shows pictures of them repairing old style chimnies. Mine is a modern insert type. However, I decided to text a picture and ask if he repaired this type. Of course he does!! We scheduled appt. in the same week. The problem with ours was the pilot kept going off & on for several months then completely went off. Asher immediately found the problem. I think it took more time to unscrew the face plate. The did a full inspection while they were there and have an honest assessment of the chimney condition and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Because we had two fireplaces, the chimney was unusual and he had to have a custom fabricated part. They handled all of that and even when the first one did not fit right, they quickly corrected it and got the right one, honoring the original quote. They also quoted a fireplace insert, which we haven't done, but I suspect if we go ahead with that we will use them. They are serious about their work and are focused on doing things right.
