Anyway, they got down to business right away, cleaned out the ducts--they weren't that bad, but it certainly needed it--and they went the extra mile by climbing in behind my tightly packed, stacked washer-dryer/pantry rack in my little mudroom to unhook the dryer hose from the back of the dryer and clean it out from there. Again, really difficult to get at; he was practically standing on his head trying to get at it. Anyway, they were not able to fix the no heat issue since it wasn't the ducts causing it, so my next step was to try and get a technician to come out. And in that process of trying to find a technician, I followed some troubleshooting steps on LG's website for no heat in the clothes dryer. Turns out clothes dryers have two switches in the fuse box, and sure enough, one of them was tripped. Got my heat back. The reason I'm going into all this gruesome detail is that once I got the heat back on, the wet, hot air from the dryer was dumping into the laundry room not going out the duct like it should. I messaged them back through the Yelp site here, and they came out immediately. He got in there again, and they taped it up and got it real secure. Now everything's just perfect. So while I may not have urgently needed the service, they were very helpful and professional, and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their ducts cleaned.

I had AAA installed a central AC unit back in July 2023 and my bill was almost $14k…read more My overall experience along with the quality of work as well as the AC size installed were DEFINITELY NOT AAA grade!!! Shortly after installation, I expressed concerns that the AC is not cool/cold for my house and my bedroom upstairs reach's 80F+ even with AC on. AAA came back and said nothing was wrong and even said oh maybe your builder should have installed 2 HVAC systems. I actually questioned their experience as the crew came out for an assessment based on my house sq footage and recommended this unit for my house and I was later told by another tech that the is AC unit is a bit small for my house.. unsure whether they were trying to sell some other unpopular units to their clients. Fast fwd, I hired another company for maintenance today and was told and shown that there were rust and water in my unit and the Inducer has a crack due to POOR gas pipe installation by AAA. Also, the tech told me AAA should have put in a bigger AC unit for my house instead of blaming I need another HVAC. Hence, AAA did not have experience staff to do initial assessment to determine AC BTU/Ton size and their installation was POORLY done!
