Since then, I've tried to call Evergreen to find out what kind of maintenance is required on the system. I called the main business number 3 times and left messages. No one called me back. Then I called the emergency number that was on their voicemail and got ahold of a Mike, who said that he would stop by my house and show me what I needed to know. He no-showed. Then when I texted him, he said he got busy and didn't have time to stop by that day so he would stop by the next day after leaving a job. He no showed again! I've texted him three times since then, just trying to get a manual or to just have him text me some instructions or something and he just stopped responding at all. I would not recommed this company at all if you want a company that will support their product after installation. The lack if professionalism and business ethics is disappointing.

They set me up with an amazing system with high quality cameras and a great app that alarms when anyone is within frame for the allotted time. When they set up my cameras they spent time making sure I knew how to use the system, and set up all the features I wanted. I was very impressed.
