They set me up with an amazing system with high quality cameras and a great app that alarms when anyone is within frame for the allotted time. When they set up my cameras they spent time making sure I knew how to use the system, and set up all the features I wanted. I was very impressed. They also went above and beyond and recomended other security features that i hope will never be needed, but glad they are in place. We have an older cabin in the woods and Ben came out himself to see what type of system would work best for our property. He then set up a system that works perfectly for our cabin and I honestly sleep better at night now because of it. They're friendly, knowledgeable and really know their systems. I had a ton of questions and he went through everything with me until I felt very comfortable customizing it on my own. And I know if I have future questions or issues, he's just a phone call away. I had an issue just a few months back and the actual owner gave me a call to follow up to ensure everything was ok...wow!! They've got really great rates for monitoring monthly to so if you're in the need of this type of service, definitely give them a call to see what they can offer. Our alarm system was going off and we were at our wit's end, trying to figure out what was causing it. The company that installed it was no longer in business and all the national companies we called just had recorded messages. I found Signal Services on Yelp. My husband called them and low and behold, a human answered on a Friday night! They very patiently led him to the conclusion that it was the battery pack that needed replacing and walked him through how to disable the beeping. They'll still come out on Monday morning to service it, but we were very appreciative of their help and quick service over the phone read more

I have been using Signal Services for the past two years and have nothing but fantastic things to say. Good news my house came with an alarm system already installed bad news I had no idea how to use it. In came Signal Services, they walked me through the basics of it and set me up with monthly monitoring. I have since turned that home into a rental house and my renters love it. Just last week I contacted them to come and install a system in my new house. With the increase in home break-ins, I sleep a little better knowing both of my houses are equipped to hopefully scare away any creep that thinks about breaking in. read more

Super disappointed in this company. I really wanted to go with a ma and pop kind of place over one of the big national companies. I was initially impressed that the guy that came out looked at my needs and didn't try to upsell. So far so good. I had the system installed and he set up for me to have monthly monitoring. THREE years later I get a bill from them for over $1000 because at some point they had stopped billing for the monthly services. Never knew they stopped charging my account and no idea why. I was informed of this through a nasty letter that mentioned I should be thankful they didn't charge me interest. I called to pay the bill and to cancel the service. The person I spoke with said she would email me a form to stop the service. I never got the email. I see now my alarm indicates there is "a problem". It ends up she just shut off the service. I was going to fill out the form to stop the service at the end of the month so I could transition to another service. Pissed. Definitely don't recommend. read more
