These people are not reliable at all. They always cancel the day of a fire inspection on the actual day, or they come really late. In the past when they came, I caught one of the employees snooping around! So I would not trust their services and would make sure to be around when they come. Do not waste your time or money on this poor excuse for a business. I had the misfortune of talking with Eva and am still stunned and in awe of her complete and absolute lack of professionalism and rudeness. In 2022 I hired Moore fire to install sprinklers in a home for my mother who had developed Alzheimer's. We signed a contract in July and said the job would take 4-6 weeks. They sent a single person (who was an apprentice) who had no idea what he was doing and 2 months later was not even half finished. I told them my permit expired in Oct and sprinkler installation was required for framing signoff. When they were not done by Oct I sent many emphatic Emails saying that if they didn't compete the work I would lose my permit and they would not be paid. They did not send anyone for 2 weeks and as a result I lost the permit. I had to spend a year and a half hiring laywers to petition the city to allow me to renew my permit rather than having to start over (which would be impossible). After 18 months I was finally able to renew the permit and start working on the house again. I of course intended to fire Moore Fire for causing me over 100k in documented damages as a direct result of their abandoning my job, although I just want to finish the house and move my mother in while she is still alive. So I called around to get estimates so I could pay Moore the difference minus what it will cost to finish the job. Because of course they were demanding full payment for abandoning my job and threatened to foreclose if we didn't pay the full amount. So I called NORTHWEST FIRE SERVICES to get a quote as one of several companies to get a fair estimate. I spoke with Eva, I sent the plans and permit which had been expired for over a year. She said they will look at them and provide a quote. Instead, a few days later, I get an Email from Eva saying that she refuses to give me a quote because I am suing Moore fire, and goes into a tirade about how I am a deadbeat and accuses me of not paying them and says that she can't give a quote while it's in litigation but "let her know if that changes" So I reply and inform her that she is completely mistaken and that I am not suing anyone. If she had done a simple public search before accusing me, she would have realized that too. I also informed her that she was also mistaken about the payments. I had already paid the "rough in" and was calling HER to get a quote to see what it will cost me to finish. I think any person would agree that I should not have to pay for a job twice, especially when they abandoned the job and caused me a 2 year delay. So instead of apologizing, she sends another email and doubles down.. She still goes into repeating a bunch of lies that she must have heard from Moore, because I am sure they are afraid that I will sue them and are probably expecting it. Now that I know that they are spreading lies about me behind my back, I may have to rethink my lawyers advice... The bottom line is that Eva and Northwest Fire Services should be avoided at all costs. There are a lot of companies out there, do not trust this company. They prefer talk about you behind your back and spread unsubstantiated lies. Yes I am nobody, just a customer with a 6,000sqft house and 2 more under construction, while my mother with Alzheimer's is still waiting to get into her home as her condition deteriorates. This is something I blame Moore for and now Eva for defending them and spreading their lies without even bothering to verify first or not even giving me a chance to show the many emails and blatant evidence.. but again. You've been warned.. Find a professional company.. because this one is not it. read more
