Turns out the service work that All Wire Electric did (one that should last 5+ years) began failing catastrophically within 2. The panel was removed to reveal heavy water leakage INTO the panel, causing a severe safety concern. This would have been bearable if after contacting them, they felt that they could come address it. Not only were they not willing to make logistics work to have somebody to even inspect it until 2 weeks out, they were unwilling to apply a warranty to it and were planning to charge me in full for the repair. So if you're good with a company that won't stand behind their work despite posing a dangerous safety concern to your at home residents because it's "outside their 1 year timeframe", then feel free to use them. If you'd prefer not risk being blown up, I'd recommend another set of folks.

Our building uses this company and every year…read moreSeattle Fire Department demands entry into privately owned apartments without a warrant for inspections which violates the 4th Amendment and seems AAA FP doesn't have any issue assisting SFD in their unconstitutional and illegal demands! The US Supreme Court already ruled against SFD back in the late 60's ruling they can not fine or threaten jail time for citizens exercising their Constitutional rights but yet here in 2026 that is exactly what SFD is doing and AAA is assisting them by performing these inspections without asking the owners permission to enter. This review has nothing to do with the inspections themselves I can maybe understand the inspections but SFD's threats that the court has ruled unconstitutional and AAA by their actions seem willing to go along for the ride are the issue! On top of that this building is over 20 years old and when AAA took over a couple years ago they claimed to have found lots of infractions and I know for our unit we have never done anything regarding the sprinklers in our unit and never paint the unit in any way and they claimed we had an infraction and yet nearly 2 decades worth of inspections never found any issues. Makes me think they have no clue what their doing if they over rule nearly 2 decades of inspectors that never found an issue even with the sprinkler head they noted. Cost us money to replace what no other inspector deemed necessary to replace!

When in discussion about cancellation, RED Safety tried to tell me it was illegal to call and cancel over the phone. No. It's not. So.. they also lie about that to try and keep with their whole predatory fake contract practice of charging people beyond contract date. Just avoid them at all costs. Go with ADT. better customer service, better equipment, they actually monitor your system and call you when it goes off AND they can cancel when you call.
