Purchased a home with the electrical work done by All Wire. We noticed mold around the electrical panel and had several different electricians as well as city technicians come over to take a look. Turns out the service work that All Wire Electric did (one that should last 5+ years) began failing catastrophically within 2. The panel was removed to reveal heavy water leakage INTO the panel, causing a severe safety concern. This would have been bearable if after contacting them, they felt that they could come address it. Not only were they not willing to make logistics work to have somebody to even inspect it until 2 weeks out, they were unwilling to apply a warranty to it and were planning to charge me in full for the repair. So if you're good with a company that won't stand behind their work despite posing a dangerous safety concern to your at home residents because it's "outside their 1 year timeframe", then feel free to use them. If you'd prefer not risk being blown up, I'd recommend another set of folks. read more

Needed to have a few wires fished from one area of my 1927 home to another. I scheduled the consultation, the gentleman was polite and surveyed what I needed done and discussed opportunities to make it as efficient as possible. We wanted to minimize the number of 3 inch holes he would need to cut to fish the wire, which was his concern, as well as ours. On the day of the work, Dave came out and he was excellent. We spoke briefly about the scope of the job and he confidently started his work. Only 3 hours later he was completely finished and cleaning up! I was quite pleased. He did have to make a few holes to fish the wire, but he discussed this with me upfront and we mutually agreed to a range. I recently completed a total renovation on a relative's house, which had been severely neglected for many years. I tore out the existing kitchen and the outbuilding which housed the well and storage tank. All Wire brought me up to code on every aspect of the electrical, which involved finding buried electrical conduit, replacing every outlet in the house, and every single light fixture. All Wire Electric was contacted by our property management company tor the electrical work on a new pool heater. On the first visit the contractor, Colin, moved the pool vacuum handle and managed to get it stuck with part of the handle through the ceiling in the pool room. After connecting the electrical we found the pool room to be a mess - trash was all over the floor, parts were strewn inside and outside. We will not use this company again. read more

We're just wrapping up a kitchen remodel, and our contractor used All Wire for the electrical work. First, they cut 10 or 12 4" holes across our garage ceiling to run some new wiring, and just left the holes open -- if they were going to do that, I would have rather they just run conduit across the garage. Then we failed the electrical inspection, for things like not having a GFI outlet near the sink, running plain romex cable or whatever in the island when it was supposed to be inside metal conduit, not grounding the electrical outlets, etc. Electrician 101 kind of stuff, it seems like. And when they came out today to fix the stuff that was flagged by the inspector, they sent the same guy out of course, and this time, he put a couple gouges in our brand @#$%ing new cabinets. To be fair, the city of Bellevue inspector said, "Wow, we don't usually see problems like this with this company", so maybe it was just one bad employee and you'll have better luck than we did (I hope you do). And of the other reviews of this company on this page, there's a 2 star review that calls out this same employee by name, and the other reviews are 5 stars. So if you use this company, you'll probably be fine as long as you tell them not to send Colin. read more
