He made it his mission to find it. He couldn't find the leak originally and then left for another job. When I was able to duplicate the leak, he immediately returned and was determined to figure it out. He found it and worked around our schedule to fix the leak since we were also doing remodeling in our house and bathrooms. There was an occasion where he had to return a couple of days later after the fix because there was still an issue but he didn't charge us for that visit. Come to find out, it had to do with something else and he fixed that as well. You don't find very many great people that take pride in their work and can joke around on the job and have fun with you to lighten the mood. He's come over to my house now around 4 different times to where he jokes around that I'm making excuses for him to come over, lol. The guy is all around great and does great work!
