Turns out the service work that All Wire Electric did (one that should last 5+ years) began failing catastrophically within 2. The panel was removed to reveal heavy water leakage INTO the panel, causing a severe safety concern. This would have been bearable if after contacting them, they felt that they could come address it. Not only were they not willing to make logistics work to have somebody to even inspect it until 2 weeks out, they were unwilling to apply a warranty to it and were planning to charge me in full for the repair. So if you're good with a company that won't stand behind their work despite posing a dangerous safety concern to your at home residents because it's "outside their 1 year timeframe", then feel free to use them. If you'd prefer not risk being blown up, I'd recommend another set of folks.

He replied within 30 minute of my original query, explained his pricing, and sent Josh out the next morning. This one was a tricky one, since the wiring in my house isn't exactly standard. Things are wired together in writers and unexpected ways. It took two visits and a second ejecting to find the problem, but we found it and got everything fixed. Along the way, Josh also pointed out a couple of other things that were not right and that I should deal with. (I got him to do it) Now, my right is working again, and I will be asking Kelly to do more work for me. Competent satisfied with the work.

BPE was not necessarily the lowest priced, but the estimate was fair and we could tell from our first interactions that BPE would be worth every penny by gauging Brannon's thoughtfulness and recommendations. Our hunch proved correct. Brannon and his crew accommodated our schedule and were incredibly flexible with last minute changes (which we know can be difficult).
