This review is a little different! I am a delivery driver and today I had an order from AAA fire. It had 2 bottles of wine and 2 bottles of sparkling cider. Came in and followed delivery instructions I requested and ID this "Gentlemen " Came out very bossy and ask about the delivery, I said is alcohol, Order placed by AAA I just need to scan your ID and he went crazy, ask me about who placed the order, You need to give me a receipt, by Federal law you're required. I am like Sir the person who placed the order will get a digital receipt. I just need to scan Your ID an order to hand you the bag That's all and he literally put he's ID right on my eyes and he goes here,here's my ID. I said dont be rude You're way to old to be acting this way I am just making a Delivery. I tell him if you don't want me to scan your ID I am just going to take this back that's when he calm down a little and actually let me do my job. In the mean time he had other 4 guys behind him like they were getting ready to jump me or something. This Guy is lucky tha hes at work and I am at work because the way he got right up on my face and try to intimidate me. Wouldn't hand going very well in a different circumstances. Anyway. YOU yes YOU, learn how to treat other people with respect and be a little polite when you ask questions. Dont demand things, I honestly feel bad for you and the people that comes to your business because I am sure You're rude with them too. They helped with certification of our balcony sprinklers and fire suppression system, repairing or replacing sprinklers as necessary. Cost of their work is not cheap but information is provided in advance upon which to make a decision. AAA has satisfied the association board. read more

I needed my CO2 tanks refilled for my overlanding rig refilled. The office has a few parking spaces in front with the large fenced in parking lot further down the road. I've tried tanks here multiple times and always found them to be courteous and friendly. I just walk in and then minutes later I have full tanks. read more

Sadly there are limited choices when it comes having required fire equipment inspections. AAA was here at our building for 45 minutes and we were charged a labor fee of $450 ( they say that's there minimum), plus a $85 truck fee, a $10 consumables fee (there were no consumables), $45 test report fee, and a cheap looking stamped tool that looks like it would cost $15, AAA charged us $150 for it. I will be looking for someone else next year. read more

I'm an owner of a condo on a property and our units are required by the City of Bellevue to have sprinkler inspections. Three times AAA was scheduled to do the inspections and three times it was either postponed or they showed up later than was scheduled. The HOA will be looking for a new inspector. read more

The AAA techs Terry Rodgers and Michael are amazing. They solved a problem that literally drove two tenants to move because my alarm warning system kept going off once a day for about a year. Keep in mind my building is 40 years old with old wiring. I had another company try several times and only came up with a plan that would had cost me thousands to correct. AAA was up front in there proposal bid that they would only charge me there usual upfront daily costs then if they didn't discover the problem they would submit a new bid proposal and go from there. Fortunately for me they discovered a ground fault problem, corrected it and saved me thousands. When my current contract expires with another company I'm tied into for a year, I'm not renewing and signing a new contract with AAA-Fire Protection. read more

*UPDATE* Day two of disconnecting the security buzzers with no notice for residents, guests, or deliveries. Landlord claims it is the responsibility of the alarm company. Too bad nobody wants to take any responsibility. ---------------- You know what would be nice? Not missing three deliveries in one day because when the alarm company disconnects the security entry panel they don't bother to post a notice. Visitors and deliveries and the tenants are of no concern I suppose. Too much trouble to post a nice little notification for people. I have a couple paintball tanks I use to make seltzer water as the Sodastream exchange program is about $1.40/oz compared to $0.40/oz when you buy just the gas from AAA, so refilling (2) 24 oz paintball tanks saves about $50. These guys are set up to do it and it's easy. read more

Matt came out to our 7-unit Condominium to complete the annual backlog inspection. He hadn't been to our condo before and wasn't sure where the irrigation backflow valve was (and neither was I). The location notes from the previous tech were unclear. He spent time trying to locate it in the yard but couldn't find it. I had a call/text into a maintenance guy we use for repairs to see if he knew, but he was out of town. He said that if the maintenance guy knew where it was, he would come back and check it. I read through an old inspection report which had some additional info. I went out and, within 5 minutes I found it. It was covered over by some mulch that had been put down in the Spring. I called Matt and he was able to come out the next morning to do the inspection, then called and let me know after he finished. I appreciated his effort and his timely return! What a RACKET! Not impressed with their inspection services over the last couple of years at our condos. They miss things from one year to the next and sight it the following year. They are constantly trying to upsell on services not needed. Extremely slow to respond to phone calls, emails (even from the Seattle City Fire Department). Plus the inspector didn't wear a mask while the state, city and county were under a mask mandate. They are however quick to send bills. Your first statement after 30 days will appear on neon hot pink paper. A little much while you trying to arrange to have deficiencies fixed. Pass on using unless you want to rack up charges to return to fix vague deficiencies. read more

Company has supplied service to our community for years. Recently they underwent a change of management I was told, what that means: No show and no call by company. When rescheduled, again no notice they were coming, just showed up. Told them I would have to provide access and that would take about an hour to move everything. They couldn't wait they said. They then went onto do rest of community, so they could have waited it would seem. Calling company got a nice receptionist who then told me no manager available since I would have preferred a resolution to writing this. Since I sign their yearly contract, this was probably not the best way to treat me, you think? Little late for a Yelp response, when good customer service would have fixed the issue. read more

I manage a small family apartment building, and I have used AAA for years. They are prompt, professional, and reasonably priced.

Absolutely horrible customer service and follow through! I am on my condo HOA board and every year I coordinate the annual testing/inspection of our building's sprinkler system and fire alarm. We've used AAA as our vendor for this service for at least 7 years. The most recent inspection revealed some sprinkler heads were overdue for testing and the Seattle Fire Department contacted me and said if the issue is not corrected in 30 days my building will be fined. I looked back at old emails and see that I instructed AAA to take care of the sprinkler head testing/replacement back in 2015 and they clearly dropped the ball on it (Jacob Bauer I'm looking at you - you were the one handling this in 2015 and Ken was the technician you assigned to this). Two years later AAA is telling me they can't find records of the testing they claim they did, they can't find records of the test results, and they have yet to send anyone out to my condo building to actually look and see which heads were supposedly tested. It's been over 30 days and AAA has done NOTHING to resolve this and my condo HOA faces fines from the fire department. I plan to take my business elsewhere for my condo's 2018 fire safety inspection. Our HOA has paid a lot of money to AAA every year and in my opinion they show no desire to keep a valued customer and they've displayed AWFUL customer service to me through this whole ordeal. read more

we got unexpected phone call from the fire department, saying that the hood in our restaurant wasn't up the safety codes and regulations. We were told by the fire department that AAA fire and safty have reported us after they come in and inspect our hood. I don't understand why AAA did not inform us first before sending in the inspection report to the fire department. Instead of being on our side as their customer, I find that AAA to be unreliable and selfish. I will not recommend AAA Fire and Safety. read more

The name of the the tech who made my day is Gabe Dunlip long story short, he arrives earlier than expected time of arrival, then immediately fixes the issue, shows me what caused the issue, then taught me how to fix the issue or any similar ones in the future, then he finishes wiring and fixing the job i was doing.
