They set me up with an amazing system with high quality cameras and a great app that alarms when anyone is within frame for the allotted time. When they set up my cameras they spent time making sure I knew how to use the system, and set up all the features I wanted. I was very impressed. The air in our area has suffered from local area fire smoke and our house's fire alarms started to…read morerandomly alarm. Not knowing what was happening, I called the Folks at Signal Services to ask if they could help. I spoke with their main operational head who explained that my fire alarms were old (beyond their 10 year life) and needed replacement. Rather than pitch their services, he explained that this was something I could probably handle myself, where to go and the appropriate next steps. Within a few days I had replaced all of our smoke detectors with the latest edition - problem solved. SO WHY am I writing this review. Because the guys at Signal Services didn't have to walk me through what was happening and how to fix it. They didn't get paid, had plenty of other things to be doing that day, but took the time to help me out for free. With that, they earned a 5 star review and my pledge to use them again in the future if I ever need services that they offer. It's all too rare these days that someone helps when there's no sale to be made and this is a true testament to their customer-centric approach. Great guys - thank you!

Our building uses this company and every year…read moreSeattle Fire Department demands entry into privately owned apartments without a warrant for inspections which violates the 4th Amendment and seems AAA FP doesn't have any issue assisting SFD in their unconstitutional and illegal demands! The US Supreme Court already ruled against SFD back in the late 60's ruling they can not fine or threaten jail time for citizens exercising their Constitutional rights but yet here in 2026 that is exactly what SFD is doing and AAA is assisting them by performing these inspections without asking the owners permission to enter. This review has nothing to do with the inspections themselves I can maybe understand the inspections but SFD's threats that the court has ruled unconstitutional and AAA by their actions seem willing to go along for the ride are the issue! On top of that this building is over 20 years old and when AAA took over a couple years ago they claimed to have found lots of infractions and I know for our unit we have never done anything regarding the sprinklers in our unit and never paint the unit in any way and they claimed we had an infraction and yet nearly 2 decades worth of inspections never found any issues. Makes me think they have no clue what their doing if they over rule nearly 2 decades of inspectors that never found an issue even with the sprinkler head they noted. Cost us money to replace what no other inspector deemed necessary to replace!

They also sell good used fire extinguishers that are of the best quality, (like Amerex) not the cheapo bargain brands with plastic valves. I love keeping my business local and supporting a family run operation that cares.
