It sure beats exchanging the Sodastream 60L carbonators for $16-something for less than a pound of CO2.

Came in and followed delivery instructions I requested and ID this "Gentlemen " Came out very bossy and ask about the delivery, I said is alcohol, Order placed by AAA I just need to scan your ID and he went crazy, ask me about who placed the order, You need to give me a receipt, by Federal law you're required. I am like Sir the person who placed the order will get a digital receipt. I just need to scan Your ID an order to hand you the bag That's all and he literally put he's ID right on my eyes and he goes here, here's my ID. I said dont be rude You're way to old to be acting this way I am just making a Delivery. I tell him if you don't want me to scan your ID I am just going to take this back that's when he calm down a little and actually let me do my job. In the mean time he had other 4 guys behind him like they were getting ready to jump me or something. This Guy is lucky tha hes at work and I am at work because the way he got right up on my face and try to intimidate me. Wouldn't hand going very well in a different circumstances. Anyway. YOU yes YOU, learn how to treat other people with respect and be a little polite when you ask questions. Dont demand things, I honestly feel bad for you and the people that comes to your business because I am sure You're rude with them too. Oh I also contacted the person who placed the order and let her know happened. He was super nice!

The battery of my ACR PLB-200 needed replacement, and with plans of traveling to the Seattle area,…read more I called Marine Safety Services (from Arizona): looking for a replacement. "Yes, we have those." After flying to the Seattle area to start my Alaska vacation, I called them again to ascertain that they had those batteries in stock -- and was assured they did. I took a ferry from Vashon Island, drove more than an hour to get there (including paying tolls for the tunnel), only to be told that ACR stopped making batteries for that Personal Locator Beacon two years ago (that doesn't mean that some ACR dealerships don't have the batteries in stock -- hence my reason for calling about the company having a replacement in stock before going to the trouble of traveling there, having no other business to attend to that day). Either the people I spoke with on the phone delight in lying to customers -- or are utterly incompetent. In any case, owning a risk management company, I've advised my commercial and private clients not to do business with a company whose employees would deliberately mislead or lie to a customer. In my mind, having made not ONE bur TWO calls to the business, giving them the exact model number of the unit I own for my professional use, I left no room for doubt in the mind of those I spoke with EXACTLY what I was looking for. Were they just trying to get me in the door to sell me a new PLB? Would I trust them, having been lied to? Why would I? What kind of support could I expect from them? The "I don't care that you called before coming -- I don't have to" attitude I was confronted with says everything about this company. Professionally speaking, as a former Director of Operations for an airline, I'd fire someone on the spot for doing something like this to a customer. After my experience, I'd avoid them like the plague. There are two other companies in the Puget Sound area that don't mind telling you the truth, one of whom had the replacement battery my unit required. Any company that would cause someone the aggravation, expense, and wasted time -- in addition to lying to them -- should be avoided. As the PLB-200 unit is outdated, it needs replacement: I get that. The RESQLINK AIS Personal Locator Beacon (PLB-435) I purchased at the other company, where I also secured a battery for my older, unsophisticated model, will replace the -200 model when its registration expires next year. The -200 unit still works, so it will take up residence in my truck. The issue, though, sn't that the older, unsophisticated PLB unit needs replacement: it's about being lied to. The employees of this company need some lessons in ethics, customer support, and compassion.
