The name “RINC” was discovered in an old English dictionary, meaning warrior. The meaning resonated because the company was built on discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

After 15 years working for large electrical contractors and learning from some of the most skilled electricians in the Pacific Northwest, I chose to pursue entrepreneurship with the goal of building something of lasting value. My focus is serving homeowners and businesses with the highest level of professionalism, safety, and workmanship.
As a father of four, I understand the importance of responsibility, consistency, and leading by example. Building a strong, dependable team is my top priority both at home and within the company. I am committed to creating a business rooted in integrity, accountability, and pride in our work.
