I had an electrical issue I thought wasn't a big deal but speaking with Jessie he advised me not so much. My original thought would be just get an estimate, and schedule the repair at a later time. Jessie almost dropped everything and rushed over, and even in the rain repaired the ground wire to my house. The wife and I had some pendant lights we wanted installed. We tried DIY and we almost had it but one of the lights gave us trouble with the wiring left from the builder, we needed a pro! Just had a new washer and dryer delivered but the dryer wouldnt power up. I checked the breakers but nothing seemed tripped. I called the number and Jesse answered, thankfully he had a slot open today to come by and take a look. Jesse arrived when he said he would and promptly went into troubelshooting mode. He checked the breakers and checked the plug. He found the dryer plug was missing a neutral wire, which was probably not needed for the old dryer, but is needed for newer dryers with electronics. He repaired it, plugged it back in and flipped the breaker on. It turned on like a champ. My wife and I are so happy he was able to help on short notice. read more
