If I could give no stars I would. This place is awful a business and an employer. The owner consistantly falls through on commitments, doesn't answer calls, and places blame anywhere but on himself. Accountability is lacking, it has lead to confusion, missed deadlines, and a decline in overall productivity. Team members feel discouraged that their efforts are not recognized. Worst of all MooreFire attempts to withold professional development as well as compensation as a form of punishment. read more

I worked for a GC who had to take over for another GC who was not able to complete the work. The old GC had hired Moore Fire Protection to do the work and Moore Fire had completed all their work with the exception of trim out and bucket flow testing to get Final on the building permit. When I called to schedule an appointment to see where things were left and what I needed to do in order to complete the project and get it on the market, Connor made every effort to come out and give us a quote to complete the work. I had such a memorable experience that I am using them for another job where we are taking over for another GC who didn't know this remodel had to have fire sprinklers! They were able to meet me on site and give me a quote to complete the work within a week. Once we have approval from the clients, we will move forward with Moore Fire Protection! read more

Tech work done on our required sprinkler replacements looked sloppy and unprofessional. Customer service was unresponsive with any realistic solutions to address the deficiencies. I had to purchase my own expansion rings from another vendor and install them myself to get a decent looking finished product. If you want professional looking work or a company who provides any real customer service, look elsewhere. read more

I have complete, profound, and utter contempt for this organization's management as we experienced on our project. I do not recommend Moore for residential fire systems. Their communication skills are non existent. We found a wide number of their employees had partial information -- despite the fact they have "project managers" assigned. They are unreachable by phone. They are error prone, missing basic technical details such as a municipality's water pressure before scoping projects. They miss their scheduled dates; they fail to execute according to their plans, causing extensive delays. They are rigid about what they require from homeowners and sloppy in their own deliverables. In our experience their communication issues extend to their dealings to contractors and inspectors as well. I don't profess to understand the arcane specifications around the fire requirements or the questionable relationship between the public fire administrators and the system providers. The fire officials seem deeply out of touch with the costs and burdens while the systems providers -- having had helped write the fire requirements -- have no benefit from correcting the misunderstandings. However, if I had it to do over again, I would not work with Moore because of the sheer volume of costly, time consuming and frustrating mistakes. read more

Do not use Moore Fire Protection for residential projects. The management is terrible. They cause problems with scheduling and its never their fault. Call anyone else and save yourself the aggravation. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

My sprinkler system has leak. Ask them to take a look. Show up on time and spend 10 minutes to take a look but do nothing with it. Just tell me it is plumber issue. Then charge me more than $400. So unreasonable. read more
