Food: 5 Customer Service: 5 Ambience: N/A Cleanliness: 5 Reservations: NA This restaurant is situated in the heart of the downtown area in Denver, Colorado in the pedestrian area. This chain restaurant's menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to everyone. We decided to grab their deep crust pizza for an quick lunch. As expected, my spouse and I couldn't finish the pizza and had to get a to go box. Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The customer service was very good and our waitress was very attentive.

First slice out, after 30 minutes in the car...still amazing!

Wow! Just wow! I have lived in Colorado for 50+ years. Never in all of these years did I find a true Chicago style pizza. Lot's of great pizza-yes, but deep dish Chicago-no. I live in Highlands Ranch and have had to put up with the most mediocre (Nicolo's) pizza forever. Not anymore. Let me tell you right now, that it was worth the 60 minute round trip drive to pick this amazing pie up. The place is smack in the middle of downtown, so not easy to park and maneuver. Still - worth EVERY minute. First timers, if you're ordering to-go, don't stand in the way of line at the door. There is a pickup window to the right of the line, through a separate door. Oh, the pizza.....to die for. Cheese was amazing! Actually tasted like mozzarella, not just some bland ho-hum filler. We ordered sausage on 1/2 and meatball on the other. TBH, both were out of this world! We had a large and it seriously felt like 10 pounds carrying it out. I would recommend this to anyone dying for the real deal pie! Are you still reading this?.....just go!!

As a lifelong pizza lover, I finally got to try the famous Chicago deep-dish pizza right in my own neighborhood in Denver. I'm happy to say it absolutely lives up to the all the hype. Be prepared for a long wait time because it takes a while for the pizza to cook through, but it is so worth it. Just look at that legendary cheese pull! Their sauce is amazing, as well as the flaky crust. If you love pizza, this is a total game changer. You absolutely need to try it. (Side note: I finally tried Lou Malnati's also on a trip to Chicago. Although it's definitely good, I'm firmly on team Giordano's).

We're in town for a Dodger game and this place was within walking distance of hotel, we stumbled upon it while exploring. We ordered drinks and calamari while we waited for the Chicago Style style deep dish pizza. The deep dish takes 40 minutes and it was absolutely worth the wait.

I rarely give 2 star reviews if ever but this was truly a disappointment... we ordered 1 personal deep dish to share and it took 30+ minutes. Once we got the pizza.. it was watery on the top (yes, watery) and the dough was undercooked. I've never had deep dish before so maybe this is normal, or maybe it isn't? But I didn't enjoy any of it and didn't have the time to wait for a new one. Definitely don't recommend for deep dish, maybe the thin crust or other items are better. Bar staff was nice, so this isn't a reflection of their work.

$27 for an individual pizza and salad. Waited 30 minutes for it. Service was less-than-fruendly, then there was a job shift. Although I was waiting longest, I waited fir her to prepare two others before giving me mine. Pizza was good, but crust was not. Not worth $27.

great salad. shaved fennel. generous with tomatoes

Minus 1 star because they had a lunch special where you could get either sausage, pepperoni, or cheese deep dish + salad + more for only like $10. I offered to pay the difference to add: bell peppers and onions (to be healthy!) The waitress said no. so I had to buy the pizza and salad separately and it ended up being 23.95 NOT cool. the Salad was impressive and delicious with shaved fennel and lots of tomatoes the pizza was yum, could've been split amongst 2 people given I had salad. nice that I don't have to go to Chicago! Ambiance: cool, hip, didn't like the sports on the TV. Would've preferred something else. NOT news but travel?? Service was good.

    Welcome to Giordanos.

We went to the giordano's for some deep dish pizza which we haven't had since Chicago days (2005). I really enjoy their Pizza and was really looking forward to it as it has been a long time. We went with our friends and it was just a five minute walk from hotel. Sat down and made some tough decisions. Our waiter came over gave us menus and took a drink order. He later returned with the drinks and took our food order. We had the classic Deep Dish - Plain and a Caesar Salad. Service was friendly and fast. The Deep Dish Pizzas take about 40 minutes. The waiter returned shortly with a Greek Salad. We told him it was a Caesar salad at which point he told us that it said Greek on his note pad. We explained that regardless of what he wrote down it was supposed to be a Caesar salad. (also had a little chuckle). He then brought over the right item. Now for the pizza. As my wife is eating it, she questioned what is in this pizza... Turns out it was sausage pieces. Not quite sure what our waiter was thinking but that's two for two that he messed up. Luckily, it was a quick recover on the salad and we ate the pizza as we did not want to wait another 40 minutes. Happily, I like sausage and everyone else just picked out the pieces and put thim on my plate. Sausage or not, the pie was delicious. Ambiance is fun and there's always electricity in the air at Giordano's. KUDOs to the team [even if my waiter had a few issues] at Giordano's.

Ordered the personal pizza with spinach and mushrooms. The to-go attendant was very sweet acts professional. The only issue was the actual food. Surprised my pizza was inedible and watery. I love this chain but this is not ok. I did receive a refund but this was not a vey good experience.

Pizza is like cardboard. $30 for this is terrible. Maybe the thick crust is better. Beers were good.

Not the icky too sweet, too sour that I taste in others. The hummus also tasted very freshly made and was good, but they did not put anywhere near enough on the board. The ratio was so bad, it was like 1/4 cup of hummus and 8 triangles of pita, not to mention if you were to dip anything other than the pita in the hummus. It really needed like 3 to 4 times the amount of hummus I got. Then, they're weren't any vegetables to dip other than pickled beets. Something like carrots, celery, radish, cucumber, tomato... anything! The olives are a nice side bite, I love olives, but you need more veggies. The price for that was way overpriced and that was their "happy hour" deal, too. Ok, come on now! They also have some cocktails and wine for $5 - 6 for HH so, that is a good deal -- daily 3-5pm. The patio outside is pretty large. But, ps you not supposed to leave with your drink whether inside or outside. Terminal bar you can wander more on the inside.

We started with the burrata based on Yelp reviews and they weren't wrong. Super fresh tasting, and the focaccia paired with it perfectly. It's an upcharge but worth it, and you aren't at a place like this to pinch pennies anyways. We both chose the rigatoni, we had a heavy lunch, and it was perfect. The sauce was deep and hearty and the pasta was exactly al dente. We split a strawberry guacamole sorbet and glad we did, it was larger than expected and absolutely delicious. Place has the feel of a modern restaurant, very sleek. My only complaint was that we were seated next to a room with a large group and it was hard to hear each other talk, but nothing to be done about that. Really great place with a highly focused menu that knocks it out of the park. J.Ja

Backed that up with a solid salad, then moved into a homemade pasta with ragù that had no business being that good. Finished with dessert and walked out wondering why we'd even bothered with Utria in the first place. Here is the thing though... sometimes you need a bad experience to land in the right place. There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.
