    Benson and Shelby at Gilbert Dogs 24/7!

    I love Gilbert dogs 24/7! It was so nice to be able to take my 100 lb, white Great Pyrenees, Benson, somewhere every day and not have to worry about him. They keep you informed as to any changes in your payment, your availability to have two free dog washes when you do the monthly unlimited, and even offer discounted boarding with your membership. I'd also like to point out that they have amazing, amazing, manager named Adrianna that is there almost everyday. You can tell she works really hard and puts a lot of effort into her work. It's extremely helpful being able to walk inside and she knows who I am and who Benson is and being able to establish that bond to where she can just take him straight in the back for me when I'm in a rush. Also I enjoyed knowing that he had fun there with other dogs and being able to leave him there for over 10 hours when I had super long workdays and knowing that he will still get fed and taken out and taken care of. The only piece of constructive criticism I can have for this place is the pricing. Being a full-time worker and full-time student it would be nicer if it was easier for me to afford their pricing so I could keep coming here. However, beyond me not being able to afford it as much as I'd enjoy, I did like this place and hope to bring him back during my busier work months! (: Thanks Dogs 24/7!

    My boy Steven 's Gilbert Dogs 24/7!

    I have been a long client of Gilbert Dogs 24/7 and wouldn't take my Steven anywhere else. He is so excited to be dropped off at daycare. Plus I never worry when he boards for a few days. The employees have always been knowledgeable, kind and sincerely cared their clients, dog and humans. The well-being of Steven is important and I trust Gilbert Dogs with my boy.

    I feel so guilty for leaving my fur baby with these people. I picked her up yesterday to find her like this. (See photos below) and the worst part is they didn't even notice anything had happened. We had to bring my dog back inside, to show them. It was obvious my golden was completely terrified of spending another minute in this place, because she pulled and cried the entire time. When the worker saw the very noticeable puncture wound crusted over with blood she shrugged and said she was playing with a puppy with sharp teeth early that morning (Saturday) but that's the only thing she remembers. Then when I called to speak to a manager another girl gave me a completely different story saying she had noticed a dog had scratched Lucy on her nose Friday but it was hardly noticeable. Clearly, this is very deep wound with risk of infection, there's no way anyone paying any attention to these animals wouldn't notice this. I understand that things can happen when you get a lot of dogs together in a cage free environment playing, but it's unbelievably negligent that not one person called to update us, let alone even noticed it to clean it and make sure she was ok when it happened. To top it off she came home completely covered and smelling of urine. These people clearly pay no attention to our pets. If they did they would've noticed this and made us aware immediately. The fact that no one can tell me how or when it happened is unacceptable. Oh and I'm still waiting for that "call back" from the manager... do yourself and your dog a favor and never step foot inside this place. Just hoping my dog recovers from the trauma inflicted on her in the short 30 hours she spent with them.

    UPDATE AGAIN: NIKKITA, if Erika can contact me via her personal cell phone I call bs on your "multiple" phone calls and voicemail you "left" I will be happy to provide my phone records in support of this along with my husbands cell phone records and my home phone records. I should clearly take to leaving more comments since this is the only way I can even get a half assed response. Also, there's a bill waiting for your reimbursement from my vet. UPDATE: STILL waiting for a "manager" to call me back Stephen biles seems to be too busy displacing blame on his customers and cleaning his mess up to call direct. I wish zero stars was an option. Let me start by saying we only board our dogs when we absolutely cannot find anyone else. We've been using this facility for about for years now and unfortunately the last two visits will be landing them a complaint to the maricopa county humane society and the BBB. Yesterday I picked my two small dogs up after 13 days, you can imagine how exciting it was to be reunited. I was greeted by damp and discolored dogs who smelled of urine. MY DOGS WERE WET AND DISCOLORED BY DOG URINE. While I was losing my mind Joey gave me a few excuses; "they've been here for two weeks ma'am" "you were scheduled to pick up tomorrow" "I don't work everyday I can't tell you when they were cleaned last". No one could tell me how often they clean the facility or even when it was done last other than "night and morning" which contradicts what another employee states which was "a deep cleaning three times a day". I received my refund and my dogs will be going to the vet to find out what they've been exposed to which is also what I've asked for them to pay as well. The response to this was that they will only pay for "comprehensive care" at a facility they are contracted with and when they told me to go. In the time that I sat in their waiting room I witnessed 6-7 other dogs leaving and not one of them were wet and not one of them smelled horrendous. Why were my dogs left in this condition, how long were they sitting in this condition and how much longer would they have remained that way had I not shown up early? No one can answer that. If that is not off putting enough, the year prior my Yorkie was bitten by a brown recluse spider but that was disclosed to us as a pustule that had ruptured. We received a call stating they heard Boston yelp but they looked him over and the vet tech determined it wasn't serious. Fast forward three days and Boston's shoulder is the size of a softball and he can barely walk. A portion of skin the size of an index card was removed from his shoulder because it had died and had we not caught this he could've died but had someone paid more attention also could've been avoided. In the pictures you can see the state of my dog on the left when I picked them up and next to it is after she was cleaned. Also a picture of the complaints I've filed so far.

    I love Gilbert Dogs 24/7! My fur baby Shiloh loves going to daycare. The staff is wonderful and knows Shiloh very well. Hannah, Leah and DJ are amazing and treat us like family. I love that the staff posts pictures and videos daily so I can see Shiloh. Gilbert Dogs 24/7 is very convenient and I like that I can pick up and drop off Shiloh curbside at any time. Shiloh can get very nervous in her crate, so it is nice it is cage free. I would highly recommend Gilbert Dogs 24/7.

    I bookmarked this place originally after seeing their reviews and hoped to try it out one day. Then, lo and behold my favorite deal site Groupon comes along and gives me a great deal right when I'm about call them up to get my Scottie groomed. First of all, they spent time verifying that my dog had all her shots. She was not up to date and would not accept her until I can bring in records that she was. That was good because she was for sure due for shots. That was also good because I know all the dogs she will be around all day are also up to date. Some people may look at this as inconvenience, I look at it as quality. They were even apologizing to me but no worries! Next up, when I was able to bring her in, the Groupon (or your first check in) comes with all day doggie day care. So I dropped her off in the morning, and in the afternoon, shazam, I have a happy dog that looks like a Scottie should look (look at my before/after photo). They loved having her and I know my dog had a blast. The groomer did a great job and the daycare makes it a breeze. I do plan on coming back here the next time my dog is looking shaggy.

    The roach was larger than a tea candle before it curled up once dead.

But once we met John and Shauna, the owners, we quickly realized our fur babies were in the best hands possible. They were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly professional. If you're a pet owner looking for a true 10-out-of-10 service, this is the company. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. And honestly, anyone leaving anything less than a five-star review? Shame on you! These people love animals and treat your pets as if they were their own. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

It's been a month since our…read more4-year-old rescue, Angus, completed his 3-week board and train--and we can confidently say we have a completely transformed dog. When we adopted Angus, an American Bulldog, he was extremely reactive, had zero impulse control, and was tough to manage. Walks were stressful--he would bark, lunge, and completely lose it around other dogs. Recall was non-existent, and previous trainers had little success with him. After his time at CharlieBar, everything changed. Angus now walks calmly on a leash, his reactivity has decreased by at least 90%, and he thrives during his daily training sessions at home. The most remarkable part of Ricardo's approach is that it goes beyond basic commands--he teaches dogs how to think, make decisions, and self-correct. It's not just about punishment or praise; it's about helping dogs understand their choices. With a simple "uh uh," Angus now stops, thinks, and chooses better behavior--without fear or confusion.     Wish I could give 10 stars!…read more Sabrina has become a loved and trusted member of our family. She is incredible with our stubborn and goofy pitbull. From walking, to pet sitting: she is the only person we trust to care for our dogs. You can actually go on a vacation, and not worry, which is huge for us. Capable, dependable, trustworthy, and great with all animals. She truly loves and cares for them as her own.

Previously, we had been using pet…read moresitters of the "drive by" variety who came to the house, fed the dog, and 5 minutes later were gone. I always worried about leaving town and could not wait to get home even though our neighbors would stop in to check on our dog while we were away. Not any more now that we can count on Sabrina. From the very beginning when she sends you the questionnaire that includes all sorts of detailed questions so that nothing will be missing in case of need to the text message she requests and responds to once you've arrived home we know that leaving our dog in her care is something we can do without the slightest concern. When we are out of town she visits twice per day, walking Chili our lab/pit girl, and even taking her to the dog park! We joke that Chili likes it when we go out of town because she enjoys her visits from Sabrina so much! Sabrina is very knowledgeable about dogs as well. When Chili developed a strange skin problem that was not responding to anything from the vet Sabrina recommended adding an item from the kitchen pantry to Chili's diet and now about 2 months later the skin problem is gone. Sabrina is absolutely reliable, extremely organized and professional, very responsive to emails and texts, and just in general is an uncommon and highly valuable resource. I just don't encounter many people out there in the world who are as reliable and committed to their work as Sabrina. When we return home from a 2+ week vacation Chili is calm and happy. Not sure what else we could hope for...other than to be able to take Chili with us everywhere. In the meantime, Sabrina is a terrific resource, and we are very thankful to have found her.
