Called and asked to make an appointment for my dogs. I was told we don't need one and to just walk in, I immediately drove 35 minutes from my house to walk in and say that appointments filled up?? I literally tried to make one and they said no worries, least they could do was make an exception or give a coupon because that was entirely their fault. They didn't even bother to ask if I'd like to make an appointment another day. Embarrassing customer service. Will not return. I highly encourage you to look at the other lower scoring reviews. They almost exclusively all have to do with bookings/appointments/ time frames and not being given enough information regarding those things. Update: Lacey the owner reached out (who is lovely) and we had a nice conversation that ultimately resulted in her offering us a complimentary wash! I greatly appreciated her reaching out with such kindness. As a business owner, she really demonstrated integrity. The washrooms were lovely and private which is a huge difference from other places, it really distinguishes this place. Will definitely return. Who knew a self-service dog wash could have been this much fun! Took a chance on this place and it did not disappoint Our dogs had a lovely spa day lol. The place includes all of the products for the wash, shampoo, conditioner, apron, brush, towels. It was super easy to wash and dry our dogs and customer service was friendly. I liked that you get your own dog wash room and our dogs were so comfortable with nice warm water & they smelled amazing after the full wash, blow dried and fluffy fur. In the end, this turned out to be a lovely family activity. My kids learned haha how hard it is to groom a dog even though it really wasn't, it was pretty easy and we laughed a lot in the process. I have been here now twice for self washing - once with my daughter's black lab and another for my 2 french bulldogs. Both times were pleasant experiences. The time they allow is more than sufficient and they have all sorts of tools to make the cleaning/washing process complete. All 3 dogs were more than comfortable and not spooked in any way during the session. All for what i consider to be a very fair price. Helped my mom take her rescue dog Stevie here today and we had an amazing experience. Stevie has been banned from other dog washes like Petco and Petsmart, because she just gets so overwhelmed and nervous. At Waggin Tails, she was able to go at her own pace! Carrie helped us and was so patient with Stevie, and made sure she felt comfortable by giving her treats and lots of love! Carrie also made sure we had options to help with Stevie's shedding and smell- she was very knowledgeable and incredibly kind! The establishment is clean and so cute, with walk in tubs that do most of the work for you! We took our other dog Gypsy here on Friday and had an equally great experience! Got paid to be disrespected with a dripping wet dog This place has gone downhill since I started frequenting them 1 years ago ago. However despite the frequent upselling, that staff were polite which brought me back until today. I got kicked out mid way through drying my husky because it was MY FAULT for scheduling on a weekend and MY FAULT that I didn't let the staff know I needed extra time. I was told that I had to get out of the room immediately without any warning simply because they OVERBOOKED. I purposely asked when scheduling the appointment what time would least busiest and the staff had always asked in the past if I needed extra time. Honestly this would all be fine but instead of offering an apology the lady was rude and condescending. Telling me that "moving forward" I should schedule on a weekday as if people don't have a 9-5. Instead of an apology I got $3 dollars off my wash as if that mattered to me when I've tipped other staff before. Unfortunately, I will not be visiting this establishment again. I take my husky here all the time. It's super easy and convenient. The memberships are affordable too! Especially if you have a pup that likes to play in the river or do outdoor activities like mine. It's nice to know that I can just book her an appointment then have her cleaned up in half an hour without destroying my house. The machine also has a flee rinse so if you're worried your dog might have gotten into something on a hike it's a good place to rinse them off. I just discovered this place through Google map and Mang. Oh man this place is amazing you get your own private room especially with my Rottweiler who is not too comfortable with strangers. Alex was super helpful and totally catered to my dogs needs the bath was really easy to use, and if I had any questions, Alex was there to help answer. I was comfortable my dog was very comfortable. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a big dog and you don't want to clean up twice the mess after giving them a bath at home you can just leave the mess for waggin tails. read more

They make it so easy. Just make an appointment, get your buddy into the raised tub then go to town. The water was perfectly warm, all the shampoos, conditioners etc are injected into the sprayer (like the do it yourself car wash). Then the blow dryer, towels and all the different types of combs you could ever need. Room are private so no distractions, Crew that works there is very friendly and checks in in case anything needed to be explained. Then when done they sanitize and clean up. I've been here 4 times. Each time was someone different in the front desk. The first time the lady was AMAZING, very welcoming and I loved everything about the service. The second time was good, the customer service wasn't the best but she was very helpful. Today... today was the fourth time. Everything about today was horrible. When we came in the young lady made me feel as they can "squeeze" me in because I didn't have an appointment. Weekends are by appointments only. I was never told that. Secondly the room they put us in the water wasn't spitting enough soap so they had me switch to another room. They didn't bother to fix it because within 10 minutes there was another customer in there washing their dog. When we were checking out it's like we were bothering the other young lady. My dog isn't a fan of men but she went up to one of the male workers. They explain everything and usually when my dog is 100% dry she still smells like wert dog. But right now she smells amazing.
