Wow, surely disappointed. I went to this place to get my little Yorkie groomed. We've gone there for about five or six months. The agreement they worked out was super cool and the service seemed to be good. I went in and dropped my dog off, confirmed the price and went home an hour and 1 hour and 17 minutes later the groomer called me, Her name was Tracy she let me know that what I pay was not enough. I let her know that it was confirmed before I left, and it even had notes in my account on what I was to be charged. I asked to speak to the owner and she told me he would agree with her I let her know that service is super important that wasn't very nice to let my dog sit for an 1hour and 17 minutes before they even called to say we will not doing this for the agreed amount. Anyway super sad my dog really liked the outing. In the future, if you want to change a price, let your customer know before you schedule another appointment. Don't keep the pet pinned up for an hour and 17 minutes before informing your customer. I think there was a better way to handle this situation This is my opinion... read more

Ive been to countless groomers around the east valley and after taking my frenchie and boxer here i wont go anywhere else! My dogs tend to stress out at groomers and when I came to pick them up they were so happy that they didnt want to leave! O' Bark N' Bath - Dog grooming - Pet Groomers Near Me - Apache Junction, Arizona

My poor Yorkie. We came to O' Bark N' Bath for the first time today with our Yorkie. Since it was our first time, I showed the gal a picture of how we like her done. She commented on what she saw. 'Oh, I see that you like her a little longer, not super short. I see that you like the hair on her legs longer and I see that you like the wings on her ears'. I agreed with her observations and then she took a picture on her phone. When we picked her up, she was the shortest that I have ever seen her. And her ear "wings" are gone. I also noticed some uneven-ness to the cut itself. But, I figured, whatever, I don't love the cut, but it will grow back. She was acting very timid but I chalked it up to her fear of the new place. I was holding her and carried her to the car. When we got home, she was limping, her ears were down and she was acting weird and sad. She started licking her paws and I saw that there was a decent amount of blood on the blanket. At least two of her feet were bleeding. Then we noticed that she was really licking her private parts. When we checked her out, we saw that they were all red and swollen. My poor little baby. I felt so bad for her. She doesn't want to walk around, I assume because her feet hurt. I had to carry her to the yard for her to pee which she attempted three times , squatting, then sort of jumping and just looked at me. I think it is because she is so sore down there. And 12 hours later, she still hasn't pooped, despite a pretty normal poop time of 2 or 3 pm (it is now almost 8pm). I'm sure she will be better in a couple days and nothing I have described is critical, however, I feel that what she is going thru shouldn't have happened and I will, of course, never bring her back. I strongly suggest that you do NOT bring your fur babies to O' Bark N' Bath. read more

We tried taking our Morkie there twice and both times it didn't look like he really got a hair cut. Won't be back.

We have been bringing our two rad rescues Coda and Ranger for over a year. They have been thru an ownership change again. Even with that the dogs are happy and look great when we pick them up. Not sure why it is so easy to get an appointment. Raul was great yesterday when I picked them up. read more
