    My puppy goes here for daycare and she LOVES it!!! She always has a good time and I love the updates. They do such a good job at taking care of her when I'm working and when she needs the little extra attention. She does so good with the socialization and meeting other dogs. Love this place! And she's a happy girl and even got pictures with the Easter Bunny earlier today.

    Before I post my review, I'll give some background on my dog's experience thus far. We had never boarded nor doggie day cared our dog before this visit. She does regularly go to the dog park and is always around when we have my large extended family over; with age ranges from infants to elderly, with no issues. We also take her hiking and to local outdoor festivals, again with no issues with humans or dogs. We scheduled to have our 18lb Basenji mix (rescue) female, Harper to have a doggy daycare & boarding while we moved. It was for one full day, one overnight, pick up in the evening the following day. We dropped her off, she was apprehensive which was understandable. I felt comforted in knowing that there would be updates and pictures on the app as specifically stated on the website. I received an email around 11a stating that her intake form had an update. I called to find out what the update was and to find out how she was doing. The front desk person who answered said that she didn't know details but that it meant that she failed the meet & greet with the other dogs, and would only have 30 min outside with additional 1 on 1 time (about 15 min) with a human. I said ok, i expected to see an update on the app along with pictures and there weren't any. They said that they would probably update the app later in the day. I called again around 5:30p to get an update, and ask how the rest of the day went as there were no updates on the app. She didn't supply any new info only the same info as before. At that point, I went in to pick her up. I was introduced to the manager Deon who was very apologetic about the experience that I had thus far. He gave me a tour of the facility and talked with me about why she failed the test. He said that she was growling at the humans who would approach her. I apologized and explained all that we expose her to, and that it's out of character for her. I told him that I felt better about having her return the next day. Deon gave me his personal # and said that he would personally work with her. I didn't ask for any type of discount but expected better with app updates & pictures. She came to our new home that night and went back for daycare around 8:30a the next day. She wasn't happy to be dropped off again with her tail tucked under. It was a huge difference with communication that day. Lots of pictures & videos on the app! It showed our Harper happily playing with humans and other dogs. When I picked her up that evening, she was happy and had a much different demeanor. Deon made all the difference with his personalized approach. We look forward to having her attend doggie daycare in the future!

    Poppy, my senior MX rescue, that Halo said was three. She should be 8 now, but, she is old and has arthritis, high BP, and glaucoma.

    No stars, Alex is a rude women. I fell back on floor, first time visit. Didn't even say a word or ask to help me up. I told her what Kai did to my senior dogs back paw. Shaved it to the skin, it was so red it lookexd burned by the clipper plate. Didn't tell me it happened either. My dog licked it for days. And once left cotton in my dogs ear. I found it 27 days later. It was pretty gross. I got my money back. I wont be going back, and Im glad Alex didn't " feel comfortable" grooming my dog now.! Good riddens to their miserable attitudes. But, I'm the bad guy, because I spoke the truth??? Narcissism at is finest. The dont deserve my generous tips either. Oh, and I took pictures of my rescue baby from MX, that was abused, and was just a puppy maker. She doesn't know what a toy is, and took 3 years, to be able to act like a dog. Halo rescued her, said she was 3. She had glaucoma in both eyes, and has one eye. 8 yrs. Is the avg. time a dog gets glaucoma. I spoil this dog and she loves and trusts me. And no will abuse her again. She still has bad dreams.

    A great facility. The lead trainer, Michelle, took time to understand Ruckus and his needs. All the staff and trainers/handlers are so very nice. Ruckus did fine and seemed to enjoy his introduction stay. On pickup, we discovered the kind and lovely Rebeka and Ruckus were BFFs. We will have a more extended stay soon. We have planned his staycation to include a 4*8 room, swim time, training, mental stimulation days, and an occasional frozen Kong treat. (It sounds appealing. I wonder if they take humans? I can bark if need be. ) Knowing Ruckus will be cared for while we are away is excellent peace of mind. Ruckus gives two paws up.

    Incredible grooming by Alex, as always! Today she tackled both of our super furry boys, and they look and smell amazing. I've never loved a groomer so much

    I usually don't write reviews, but how my dog was treated while in their care for grooming was absolutely appalling. If I could give '0' stars I would. A young lady named Alex was the groomer assigned to service us. She didn't seem too confident but I was assured she was a good groomer and my dog would be in good hands. Upon inspection of Myles, I noticed he had large patches of hair missing from his chest and back. He was walking as if his feet were sore. When I looked at his feet they were red and slightly bleeding. I returned to inquire what happened with the pictures as evidence because I didn't feel comfortable letting them see him again, I was met with nonchalant attitudes asking if I wanted to speak to the groomer. I opted to just cancel my next appointment. I then made sure to add a review of my experience on Google, but it was removed. No one has reached out to attempt to correct the situation other than just speaking with the offending groomer. I would not be returning nor will I recommend their services to any pet owner.

But once we met John and Shauna, the owners, we quickly realized our fur babies were in the best hands possible. They were not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly professional. If you're a pet owner looking for a true 10-out-of-10 service, this is the company. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. And honestly, anyone leaving anything less than a five-star review? Shame on you! These people love animals and treat your pets as if they were their own. Amazing, amazing, amazing! You'll always be our go-to whenever my wife and I take a vacation.

(I thought since the reviews were perfect, they might come thru... but instead... nada!) We were considering giving them a pet sitting job for over a month in length. But unfortunately they can't be reached via the phone. I left a vm and waited an entire week and got no call back. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

    Wish I could give 10 stars!…read more Sabrina has become a loved and trusted member of our family. She is incredible with our stubborn and goofy pitbull. From walking, to pet sitting: she is the only person we trust to care for our dogs. You can actually go on a vacation, and not worry, which is huge for us. Capable, dependable, trustworthy, and great with all animals. She truly loves and cares for them as her own.

Previously, we had been using pet…read moresitters of the "drive by" variety who came to the house, fed the dog, and 5 minutes later were gone. I always worried about leaving town and could not wait to get home even though our neighbors would stop in to check on our dog while we were away. Not any more now that we can count on Sabrina. From the very beginning when she sends you the questionnaire that includes all sorts of detailed questions so that nothing will be missing in case of need to the text message she requests and responds to once you've arrived home we know that leaving our dog in her care is something we can do without the slightest concern. When we are out of town she visits twice per day, walking Chili our lab/pit girl, and even taking her to the dog park! We joke that Chili likes it when we go out of town because she enjoys her visits from Sabrina so much! Sabrina is very knowledgeable about dogs as well. When Chili developed a strange skin problem that was not responding to anything from the vet Sabrina recommended adding an item from the kitchen pantry to Chili's diet and now about 2 months later the skin problem is gone. Sabrina is absolutely reliable, extremely organized and professional, very responsive to emails and texts, and just in general is an uncommon and highly valuable resource. I just don't encounter many people out there in the world who are as reliable and committed to their work as Sabrina. When we return home from a 2+ week vacation Chili is calm and happy. Not sure what else we could hope for...other than to be able to take Chili with us everywhere. In the meantime, Sabrina is a terrific resource, and we are very thankful to have found her. Thank you, Sabrina!
