My dog Toby always arrives happy to go to his appointment (which has not always been the case) and leaves looking great. Happy to have found Gucci Pooch. read more

I dropped off my Yorkie 'groomed' as I have for years, should have been a no brainer, Tommy had a long history with these people. When I picked Tommy up he had been shaved down completely over his whole body! When I asked what happened, the groomer just said he had tangles and trimming him like a Yorkie was just too difficult. I paid $75.00 for something I could have done myself in about 30 minutes!!! I have a mobile phone and they have used it so I know that they could have called me! What a freaking Joke! read more

The customer service at Gucci Pooch is amazing! Today, I had my dog groomed but mixed up which phone number I needed them to notify me with. The staff stayed past closing hours with my dog because of the confusion and were so friendly when I came in. They seemed to really care about my dog and were very understanding of my mistake. You can tell how much joy they get out of caring for pets! They also did an excellent job grooming. read more

The first time we went we had a great experience with our 2 shih tzu's Well groomed and they seemed to care about the dogs and cutting them carefully. The second visit the price increased dramatically and the dog's cuts looked rushed and choppy. They are nice groomers but they were not consistent with our dogs. I wouldn't have minded the price increase if they looked good, on the second visit. I thought it was strange that nothing was said about the price increase when we dropped them off. read more

The team at Gucci Pooch is wonderful! They take care of both my Bernedoodle and long haired German Shepherd. Both can be a bit nervous but the team calms them and they love it there! We are regulars at this place! Highly recommend them. read more

I took my yorkie in with a picture I have used for years to show the groomer how I wanted him clipped. When I picked him up, it looked like he hadn't been clipped at all. They cut the ears on my Morkie wrong but that could have been a miscommunication. When I called to get a price, I was told $70 a dog but they charged me $75 each. This isn't their fault but the parking at this location is ridiculous. read more

Super nice staff, and had a great job with my dogs! Even the temperamental Pomeranians :-) I will be taking them again for their next appointment read more

They were great! My two small dogs are terrified of going to the groomers, and I was hesitant about finding someone new that we (and they) would like. I did have to drag them in the door but right away the workers were nice and tried to pet them/talk to them. They were also able to be in the same kennel. When we picked them up they seemed happy (whereas at other groomers they were shaking with fear, even as I went to pick them up). I was also honestly just happy they answered the phone right away - as I was looking to book an appointment with other highly rated groomers on Yelp, it was really hard to get a response. Thank you Gucci Pooch for being great with our babies! read more

We LOVE Gucci Pooch! The owners care about every aspect of their business. We drive from Tempe to have them to service our fur baby. They have taken so much pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Let me tell you they have NAILED IT! If I could give 10 Stars I would. But just to know that we can leave our for baby in good hands gives my husband and I such great appreciation for Gucci Pooch! There's no other groomers out there that can do what they do trust us!; read more

I decided to take my new dog here after seeing the great reviews here and on google. I was able to text to make an appointment (super convenient for me) and got a good date and time for us. I had only had my dog for about 6 months and wasn't sure how he would do with the haircut but the girls there said he did great! The girls working there were very sweet and made us feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the cut he got and they even said I could come back to trim his under eye hair if it grew over again before his next cut for free! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. read more

I just moved here and have been looking for a place to get my malti-poo groomed. After contacting TWO different mobile groomers who never returned my calls, I decided to give Gucci Pooch a try. I'm so glad I did. My little dog Henry loves his groomer, Aubrey. She did a great job with Henry (and yes, I'm picky!) and the two of them really hit it off. His new cut is exactly what I was looking for and Aubrey is great at what she does. I'll definitely be back to Gucci Pooch. read more

This place does an amazing job grooming our Pipa. This is our second time here since the new owners took over. My 45 pound Portuguese Water Dog look gorgeous. Her hair is not only trimmed perfectly with a close cut coat and labradoodle face, her nails are filed, teeth were cleaned the hair around her paws is trimmed so cute with the fragrance of a spoiled dog. I wish I could think of an improvement, but if the care, concern and end result are well beyond my expectation. Well done read more

My dogs are my babies. My big guy has very sensitive skin and my little girl is a holy terror with nails. The ladies at Gucci Pooch ask questions, get all the details, let us know what the plan is, and then execute flawlessly. We get a full report, texts when they're done, everything. Plus, on top of that our dogs LOVE them. Every visit has been perfect and we recommend them to everyone. Best in the area, period. 10/10 from Indy and Moxie. read more

I have dreaded having to find a new pet groomer as this is my first time spending the winter in sunny Arizona. But did I get lucky! My 5-lb Yorkie/Japanese Chin mix, Bailey, visited Gucci Pooch before making the appointment on the recommendation from several neighbors who love this business. Co-owner, GInnina 'G', was so kind, gentle and loving towards Bailey and the feeling seemed to be mutual! We found the business to be clean, cheery, well-lit, definitely a happy place! So one week later we returned for a haircut and were thrilled with the results. Beautiful cut, soft silky body, high-end spa smell. Luxurious, but at a very reasonable price. Bailey and I would be thrilled if 'G' could be talked into making house calls (just a 12 hour drive!) when we are not in Arizona! read more

He and I were both a little nervous, but I was surprised he was calm the whole time and let the groomer do what she needed to do! Took my pups here after the place I had been using had a month plus wait. Extremely happy I found them. My Aussie has had her best grooming yet. I took my dog there on July 22, 2022. The lady that groomed him was Nicki (not sure how she spells her name). She cut my dogs ear and gave me a made up story that he's turning his head and ears a lot because he's got hematoma and that I should wrap his ears for at least 2 days. I'm a first time dog owner so I didn't know what she was talking about but wanted to do my own research on it when I got home and so I didn't see the cut till I got home. On top of that my dogs appointment was at 12:00pm. I got back at 2pm to pick him up. As I'm walking up to their door Nicki is walking back too!? She left my dog after she bathed him and went to lunch??! She should've been honest with me about cutting his ear and at least not charged me the $75 for a horrible grooming treatment for my dog. He was traumatized!! When we got home he didn't even wanna get out of the car or come to me to go inside our house! He has NEVER done that with me or after coming home from any of the other grooming shops. Horrible!! I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. read more

I've been bringing my golden doodle here for about a year. They got new ownership and honestly it's been better than ever! The girls are so sweet and so professional. My dog always looks so good after she leaves here. And smells so amazing. They are perfectionist when it comes to the cut which to me is important. I've had groomers who don't care and leave patches all over or who have cut my dog while grooming. These girls are so caring and actually love what they do and it shows in their work. I'm always so pleased with the service they provide. Highly recommend. read more

This place was great! I took my Dog Lemon in to get groomed. She is normally very scared and gets nervous around new people but Gucci Pooch took care of her like family. I haven't taken my 1 year old Golden to a groomer because I was not familiar with who out here is good. I was referred to Gucci Pooch as a great place for a sensitive groomer who did great work. Took my dogs at the last minute for a simple nail trim after Petsmart refused to take them because I couldnt produce their rabies vaccinations. Not only was the quality better, he was FAST...probably about a minute for each dog....which matters because my beagle is old and fragile and HATES getting his nails trimmed. Any way to lessen the trauma for him is appreciated! Oh and did I mention he was way cheaper than Petsmart too! Got himself a loyal customer today. PS...google directions tried to take me into the mobile home park next door. DON'T go in there...it doesnt go thru. It's in the SE corner plaza by the nail boutique and its NOT by the animal hospital. read more

I love the people who own his dog grooming business. They do a wonderful job. I take my Chihuahua in to get his nails clipped and a bath. They also clean his ears. 6 weeks ago my dog was sprayed by a skunk. I gave him 5 baths but he still smelled. They not only gave him a bath, they washed him 3 times. He finally doesn't smell like a skunk. They are so gentle with the animals, I never have to worry. Great place and very reasonable in price too. read more

These people are awesome! They were very accommodating and did an excellent job grooming both of my Maltipoos. What impressed me the most was how they took time to help my dogs feel at ease. While I was showing Winona a scar on one dog's back, she even got on the floor and rubbed the dog's belly! I've never seen groomers so concerned about the pets' well being. I will definitely be taking my dogs there again! read more

I rarely ever write reviews but I had such a great experience at this place I knew I just had to. When I was looking for a new groomer as my old one was moving out of town I was asking my groomer at the time who she would recommend and she mentioned Diane at Razzle Dazzle. I can start with saying I was a little hesitant about taking my "kids" to just anyone 1) Razzle Dazzle is out of my way about 10 miles and 2) she was new. I'm so glad I called Diane and after talking to her on the phone I felt confident that she was the one who would take over caring for my little ones. I have been taking my "kids" to Razzle Dazzle now for a couple years. All I can is Diane is simply AMAZING!!!! Let's just say I would travel an additional 30 miles if it meant that Diane would still be caring for my "kids". read more
