Readers and reviewers please know, this review is written with no service provided!…read more I am however completing the review because Purrfect pets responded to "project" on Yelp. Yelp prompts a "why did you not chose this business" when you clear your "project" Please start with the "what went well". They are prompt in communication. I was provided a link to a website to fill in my pets info, contact info etc. The process and service were going very well until we got to the invoice/booking part. And here's where it went wrong. Potential clients, please read your contract!!! The requirement is payment in full for the contract 15 days before the service is provided! When I stated this is unacceptable and I would not pay for services not provided, I was given a nicely worded statement of this is in place to ensure the care provider is paid. Other pet sitters have struggled to collect payment for services after the fact, etc. I appreciate that team members will be paid by their employer whether I as the client pay or not. However, my empathy for a small business's fear of being shorted does not cover their payroll 2 weeks prior to services provided. Potential clients, if you are booking a $20 dog walk, I think this review will feel over the top. However if you are booking a multi day-several hundred dollar booking, please know this clause is in your contract, and it is ultimately "what went wrong" (Yelp verbiage as to why I did not choose this business) with my interaction with this business. I do struggle with if this is a "Yelp review" however ultimately it is the reason I chose not to use them for service. I cannot say "I do not recommend" however I absolutely will say "read the contract, if you do not agree with this requirement this is not the company for you".

Ashtyn, the manager is Juno's 2nd favorite human next to me! Whenever Juno has any issues with other dogs, I receive a phone call directly to let me know. If I have any concerns, Ashtyn is so responsive in addressing my issues. My dog helped get me through the death of my husband and she means everything to me. I trust her with very few humans but I completely trust everyone at Camp Bow Wow. They just have a special way of treating every dog like their own. Looking for a place that will care for your dog? I always worried about leaving town and could not wait to get home even though our neighbors would stop in to check on our dog while we were away. Not any more now that we can count on Sabrina. From the very beginning when she sends you the questionnaire that includes all sorts of detailed questions so that nothing will be missing in case of need to the text message she requests and responds to once you've arrived home we know that leaving our dog in her care is something we can do without the slightest concern. When we are out of town she visits twice per day, walking Chili our lab/pit girl, and even taking her to the dog park! We joke that Chili likes it when we go out of town because she enjoys her visits from Sabrina so much! Sabrina is very knowledgeable about dogs as well. When Chili developed a strange skin problem that was not responding to anything from the vet Sabrina recommended adding an item from the kitchen pantry to Chili's diet and now about 2 months later the skin problem is gone. Sabrina is absolutely reliable, extremely organized and professional, very responsive to emails and texts, and just in general is an uncommon and highly valuable resource. I just don't encounter many people out there in the world who are as reliable and committed to their work as Sabrina. When we return home from a 2+ week vacation Chili is calm and happy. Not sure what else we could hope for...other than to be able to take Chili with us everywhere. In the meantime, Sabrina is a terrific resource, and we are very thankful to have found her. Desiree was right on time as expected, communication was impeccable, charges were fair and very competitive, payment was easy afterward, Desiree is super sweet, and Kenny Wayne looked like the rockstar that he is!!! Afterward I quickly got him on her schedule for groom #2 which took place yesterday and it went even better which I honestly didn't think was possible. Desiree really cares about building trusting relationships with her fur clients and it shows! I'm so happy with her service that I'm now hoping to get on her coveted recurring yearly schedule. large selection of animals but they have a cat wandering the store which is a predator for a lot of…read morereptiles. makes no sense. plus a lot of people get into keeping reptiles because they're allergic to dogs or cats, seems like a weird choice to make. all the enclosures were either too small, over stocked with animals that should be kept alone, or filthy. the enclosures were covered in poop, and some even had mold. there were multiple bearded dragons that looked sick, baby crested geckos missing tails, anoles struggling to shed, giant snakes in tiny enclosures, no enrichment for the animals, chameleons free roaming over an open fish tank, and a macaw with no enrichment in a hot dirty corner with clipped wings. if you care about animals and their well being don't go to reptile junction.

Hope's Boarding Camp has been a lifesaver for my husband, myself and our four legged family member, Willow! She is a very shy girl, who hasn't had alot of interaction with other dogs and is very picky about the people she will attach to. Hope's crew have all worked with her to find other dogs she can feel comfortable with, interact with and her ability to be around other dogs has gotten so much better with their help and us leaving her with them every week. She gets excited to go to the door to check in!! We are so grateful! All of the the employees treat her with respect and patience, so she feels comfortable with all of them. We would highly recommend using Hope's for your fur kids! We have always been hesitant to trust a boarding place would really treat Willow with love, and Hope's has taken that fear away!! I love bringing my dog to this facility! Michelle and Brett are very calm and work well with him - he is definitely a handful. :). Although he had been kenneled many times before, we had an experience previous to bringing him to Hope's that left our dog traumatized. He didn't even want to get in the car afterward - for a couple months!! Hope's Boarding Camp restored my faith in the kenneling experience. They remember him by name, know his needs and what works best for him. Brett and Michelle are kind and experienced with animals and my dog is always happy to go there when needed. Hope's Boarding Camp was a great experience for our two girls! This was the first time we have ever boarded our dogs so needless to say we were a little nervous about leaving them. Brett and Michelle were awesome with the dogs and very reassuring that the girls would have a great time! Sure enough when we picked them up they almost looked disappointed to be going home since they were having so much fun there! Michelle and Brett are the nicest people I have ever met. They treat my dogs like their own. My dogs get all excited when we get into the car. They know we are going to Hopes. We were recommended to them from follow your heart dog rescue. I had purchased my two dogs from them. They use Hope's to board some of their rescue dogs. After his time at CharlieBar, everything changed. Angus now walks calmly on a leash, his reactivity has decreased by at least 90%, and he thrives during his daily training sessions at home. Since my first review I have acquired a couple of turtles and three hens! Heather didn't blink in eye. Jumped right in with a smile and a giggle at my menagerie and got right to work while I was on vacation last week. She had all of my 7 of my pets for 7 full days! In response to a previous review I would like to state unequivocally that I have NEVER had anyone be so accommodating and flexible with my pets and with such a great attitude. You want to see inflexible and unaccommodating try PetsMart! But that's a different review! I love Heather, absolutely love her and her Dog House. The dogs are carefully and thoughtfully placed in a full bedroom with others dogs of their own size and temperament. I never worry that they will be in harms way. Heather has encouraged me along the way to not make a big deal out of saying goodbye by explaining that it is harder on the DOGS and myself. She was right! They now hop right in the front door every-time. I would NEVER EVER trust my animals to anyone else other than Heather. We appreciate her very much! Thank you Heather!
