Second time going in September, they put my dog with a different groomer and it was horrible. 3.5 hrs, and completely uneven, noticeably bad as soon as I walked in and saw her across the room. I'm not picky, just wanted it even. No special cut, just short. I am embarrassed to tell people that a groomer actually handed her to me this way and thought it was ok. Let me add this was groom was $90. I've paid a lot less for a much better cut. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend.

Checked at 3:00 to see why they hadn't notified me that I could pick up my poddle. At 4:00 I went by to check to see what was happening. I could see my poddle in a cage bitting it with her teeth. Sad part was next day noticed that she was missing a half a dollar size area of hair on her back leg. I been told that she has razor burn. Look it up on goggle. Hair will not grow back. My poddle is a beautiful dog. This was so unprofessional and heart breaking. Had to give 1 star on review in order to post. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

She was very lethargic couldn't stand. She wasn't herself till the next day. We will NEVER use this place again.
