Bo is typically shy and hides in the closet but he took to her, left the closet and regularly interacted with her. She went out of her way to spend quality time with them daily. Her communication is excellent and she provided daily updates with pictures. Bo got sick while I was away, she took him to the vet and called me so I could speak with the vet for the entirety of the visit and know exactly what was going on. Afterwards she spent additional time with him daily to make sure he was improving and doing well. He doesn't like taking medication and she immediately took the initiative to buy meat to ensure he took the full course of his medication. Kathy was the only one I trusted to take care of my cats in my absence and she is still the only one I'd trust. A 5 star review doesn't give justice for everything she did and if I could I'd rate her higher.

Since that time three years ago, we have been coming here with our other pug pets that we have adopted- not only for food, but for their veterinarian needs as well. The second time was in seeing the hospitals doctor whom "come to find out" was actually the owner! It was a professional & pleasant experience for our senior pug Mo. We've been back now numerous times for checkups and vaccine's visits with our newest addition Marvel and we have had nothing but knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. Every visit has been very positive for our fury babies and they have been treated so well by all the employees. Note-They do have a long wait list so make sure you call way in advance to get an appointment. If it's an emergency for their hospital they do not have the ability to get your pet seen right away unless you "luck out" and there's a cancellation, but the odds of that happening are very slim. There is not an immediate "emergency" services hospital available here. Store-There's a nice shop adjacent to the hospital that offers many different types of pet products for every type of pet, Including treats, toys and healthcare merchandise to explore. They have a grooming salon, pet boarding and pet adoption program offered here too! Recommend- Highly suggest getting on their monthly newsletter which is sent via email. They send out detailed information to inform customers of their happenings. They also provide deals on their products & promotions so sign up for with their rewards program. This will be helpful if you are constantly seeming to purchase pet food (dry) like we do! If so, this just might bring you a free bag after you hit a certain quality! We are gifted that perk with their Nurisource brand. Seems love, compassion and kindness breeds well within Marketing Street Pet Depot from our experience anyway.

Once I entered into the grooming salon I asked to get y pups nails filed down. I will add that I am black given I just noted they were hosting a Turning Point event back in April wish I had seen that prior because that explains everything. It's a sad time to see the inhumanity on full display. It's unfortunate that I am forced to give a 1 star.

Dog parents BEWARE. Everything below occurred during the 1.5…read morehours we actively watched on camera. We brought our dog in for her intro on 1/21/26 at 3:30 PM, recommended by our trainer. Check-in was wonderful: front desk staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely seemed to love dogs. They pulled up the cameras so we could watch while completing paperwork. Our dog was timid at first but began warming up after about 30 minutes. We were told that during the 4 PM break, dogs would be kenneled no more than 15 minutes. Instead, our dog spent about ¾ of her visit locked in a kennel, crying and begging to be let out. While another trainer fully cleaned their room and had dogs back out promptly, our dog's trainer delayed cleaning and only spot-mopped visible messes, pushing the mop over pee puddles and putting it back in the bucket. Dirty mop water was never changed. They use one mop for both clean and dirty water, and the buckets appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. Major safety concern: Mop buckets and spray bottles were left within reach of the dogs. Our dog was left alone in the room multiple times, jumping on kennels and sniffing at chemicals and mop water while unattended. After cleaning, all other dogs were released first. Our dog got ~5 minutes of group play, then 2 minutes of attention, and was placed in a kennel in a second room. She was never let out again until we arrived. Other dogs repeatedly approached her kennel wanting to play. She play-bowed, barked, spun in circles, and cried to be let out. She was ignored. At one point, a trainer was on her phone, leaning against the counter, while responsible for supervising multiple dogs. With this level of inattention, a serious fight or injury feels inevitable. Staff knew our dog is a recent rescue from the county shelter and that our main concern was kennels and barking being triggering. That concern became reality because she was kenneled most of the time she was there. When we reported everything, the front desk staff were genuinely upset and stated they had told the trainer multiple times to let our dog out. Based on their reactions, it appears the trainers involved have known issues. Front desk staff also had camera access, yet no manager checked on the trainers or the new dog. We chose to leave rather than wait to speak with the trainer. This facility charges premium prices so dogs aren't kenneled all day, yet they couldn't keep our dog out of a kennel for even an hour. After pickup, our dog curled into a ball in the car--behavior we hadn't seen since the day we brought her home scared from the shelter. She's normally happy and excited for car rides. A trip to the dog park immediately restored her usual demeanor. They knew we were watching. If this is how dogs are treated when parents are actively monitoring, imagine how dogs are treated when owners are at work. I'm grateful I watched the entire time. Don't learn this lesson the harder way.

If you're a pet owner looking for a true 10-out-of-10 service, this is the company. Our pet sitter, Karen, was nothing short of amazing--so loving, so attentive, and so patient with our very needy black cat, Jax. She didn't just stop by; she stayed, hung out, and genuinely spent time with him. And even though our gray cat, Dolce, didn't come out very much, she was just as incredible in caring for her and making sure she felt safe and comfortable. Wow... just wow! We were floored by her love for animals. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking such great care of the fur babies we love dearly. I would recommend this company to absolutely anyone. And honestly, anyone leaving anything less than a five-star review? Shame on you! These people love animals and treat your pets as if they were their own. Amazing, amazing, amazing! (I thought since the reviews were perfect, they might come thru... but instead... nada!) We were considering giving them a pet sitting job for over a month in length. But unfortunately they can't be reached via the phone. I left a vm and waited an entire week and got no call back. Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍
