Bo is typically shy and hides in the closet but he took to her, left the closet and regularly interacted with her. She went out of her way to spend quality time with them daily. Her communication is excellent and she provided daily updates with pictures. Bo got sick while I was away, she took him to the vet and called me so I could speak with the vet for the entirety of the visit and know exactly what was going on. Afterwards she spent additional time with him daily to make sure he was improving and doing well. He doesn't like taking medication and she immediately took the initiative to buy meat to ensure he took the full course of his medication. Kathy was the only one I trusted to take care of my cats in my absence and she is still the only one I'd trust. A 5 star review doesn't give justice for everything she did and if I could I'd rate her higher.

Backstory: Ironically I believe there's someone named Shauna who operates the website and Yelp(and does a prompt job responding), but John the caretaker is the one who's phone number is associated with the biz, and he is unable to be reached to line up appointments!! (I contacted them a year or two ago when we were considering using them. We didn't end up needing them, but when we tried them last week when we finally did, John did not decide to call us back.) I'm glad others have good experiences. But that was not ours. ‍

He is always wiped out after a day full of fun with his friends. You can tell they love dogs so much, and we appreciate the care and love they put into the job. Since he's been there, he's been a happy, socialized, and well-rounded pup. He has many friends and gets all his extra wiggles out. They know the personalities of their dogs and constantly keep them entertained and safe. You can access their daily live video feeds to check in on your dog if you want. I love that it's indoors, especially during the hot summer months, with plenty of space to play. They're also able to separate dogs into different rooms based on size or energy. Picked up our dog this week after a 6 day stay and they neglected to tell us she had diarrhea and…read morewas ill while In their care. Took her to the vet within 24 hours and she had a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and blood coming out of her nose..$3500 later and she has pneumonia and is very ill and in the animal hospital. When i called the business they apologized that they forgot to tell us her tummy was upset. This is way more than a stomach ache and they should have informed us right away. Take your dog elsewhere. *update: she has now passed over the rainbow bridge. Called the facility to let them know and they informed me the owner won't be in until next week. No apologizing, nothing.
