If I have any concerns, Ashtyn is so responsive in addressing my issues. My dog helped get me through the death of my husband and she means everything to me. Took her to the vet within 24 hours and she had a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and blood coming out of her nose..$3500 later and she has pneumonia and is very ill and in the animal hospital. When i called the business they apologized that they forgot to tell us her tummy was upset. This is way more than a stomach ache and they should have informed us right away. Take your dog elsewhere. *update: she has now passed over the rainbow bridge. Called the facility to let them know and they informed me the owner won't be in until next week. No apologizing, nothing.

Kathy took exceptional care of my cats Bo and Snowball last year while I was out of state for a…read moremonth. Bo is typically shy and hides in the closet but he took to her, left the closet and regularly interacted with her. She went out of her way to spend quality time with them daily. Her communication is excellent and she provided daily updates with pictures. Bo got sick while I was away, she took him to the vet and called me so I could speak with the vet for the entirety of the visit and know exactly what was going on. Afterwards she spent additional time with him daily to make sure he was improving and doing well. He doesn't like taking medication and she immediately took the initiative to buy meat to ensure he took the full course of his medication. Kathy was the only one I trusted to take care of my cats in my absence and she is still the only one I'd trust. A 5 star review doesn't give justice for everything she did and if I could I'd rate her higher.

I have to say that Gilbert dogs 24/7 was wonderful. They were able to get our little miniature schnauzer cairn Terrier in within a few days, the prices were very reasonable, and they did a great job. Everybody was appropriate Lee mask and social distance thing.They did a wonderful job cutting him down, recommended an appropriate length given the heat, and did a left his eyebrows and beard a little longer - just the way we like it.
