Ordered for takeout. Busy Sunday with a good crowd. Wait for take out order was promised at 25 minutes and took 35. Prices are reasonable for the area. The lava custard buns were a bit runnier than expected and the siu mai was not that flavorful. The sticky rice and beef balls were very good. The tripe and BBQ pork bun were OK. It's good to have a place to go in this direction if I wanted a dim sum fix, although I would say that it is still a notch below the big dim sum places in the San Gabriel Valley. read more

Two thumbs up for me. The better ones are usually farther away but I'm super excited I get to eat dim sum. If anyone who doesn't know what dim sum is, my interpretation of it is appetizers or finger foods for cheap. Instead of feeding a family of 4, you are buying lunch portions for everyone to share. You may have to order 2 or 3 of the same ones but there is so many selections, it can be pricey if you come in with an empty stomach. Overall I love Dim Sum, so winner for me. read more

I would like to say that this is a small place and it was very hot inside. We thought that it might be due to us waiting to be seated by entrance but as we got seated, no ac circulating on that side. The restaurant was decorated very nice very relaxing the staff was very nice especially the owner. Most of the food was EXCELLENT. Some of the flavors were not as definitive as I have had at other dim sum restaurants. I will definitely go back it was definitely a treat and most of the items were very tasty. When I looked at reviews, I like to read the negative ones to embrace myself for the worst. When we read the bad reviews for this place, the responses from the manager were really funny. We decided to find out what's all about. Well, with low expectations, we were delightfully surprised. We arrived around 2:30 and were seated right away. The servers were busy but attentive to our needs when we requested for things. The food is good and very HOT. I mean it would burn your pallet if you were not careful. The soupy dumplings were soupy as its name suggests and the juice will spray all directions for unskilled diners. I like the sesame seed oil flavor in quite a few dishes that reminded me my hometown flavors. Our fried dumplings did come after we we're pretty done. But two of us ate faster than the usual larger group for dim sums. The restroom is clean, well stocked, and nicely scented. The restaurant has an A rating from the health department, which makes us feel ease about the food safety. I think it deserves a rating of 5. At least they are the best dim sum place in the Inland Empire that I visited. The name of the business is very catchy. You can tell the owner really gave a lot of thought to it. read more

There aren't any Chinese dim sum places in the Inland Empire so when I heard about this place, I had to give it a try. The food is amazing! The quality of the dim sum is on par and exceeds the dim sum restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley! Not only that, dim sum is all they serve all day, not just in the mornings. There is no wait at all, unlike the hour wait times in the more popular dim sum places. The restaurant atmosphere is simple and the place isn't huge. Prices are roughly about the same as other dim sum places. The staff is friendly and attentive. But for its quality, locality to me and other IE residents, lack of wait time, it's 5 stars all the way. Hubby & I tried this spot for the first time. They offer freshly made dim sum. For dim sum lovers the choices maybe somewhat limited but they offer all the famous dumplings like shu mai, har gow...Honestly for me, it's a tad pricey. What can I say about this place? First of all, their dim sum is legit. It definitely rivals many rowland heights dim sum restaurants.. This place is small and the owners are there working hard, good customer service... The skin on their hai gow has great texture, the stuffing inside the shu Mai has a smoky taste, you can tell they put good ingredients in all their dim sum!! They are not going cheap like some rowland heights dim sum place. The price obviously is not as cheap as many rowland Heights place, but since I lived in Ontario, this place is only ten mins local for me.. I would keep coming back to get sum dim sum.. and if you like chicken feet like I do? Then you will love their chicken feet !! The sauce is on point !! (Unfortunately, the yelpers often let me down on places with 5 stars!) They are better than many places in the 626 and better than the 949. I ordered to go and got the typical shumai,chicken ft,egg tart, pork bao and salty dumpling and I enjoyed every dish. Wow I was really exited to come eat again here with my friend but unfortunately the service we received here was by far the worst compared to the excellent service we got from last time. The food is always good but servers that don't have friendly facial expressions or don't even smile doesn't make the business ambience welcoming and friendly. I don't know if the business/ manager hired new ppl or what but be nicer when you place dishes on the table.
