There are a lot of pho places but Hanoi Kitchen does theirs a little different which separates them from the rest. Their more central style of Vietnamese food and diverse menu really make the drive here worth it vs eating somewhere closer to me. Today I ordered the pho dac biet (combination). I thoroughly enjoyed the thicker noodle and the rich broth. My girlfriend ordered the banh xeo which came out massive! I go through banh xeo at home like hotcakes but the one here were filling. They don't slack on mean or veggies. All in all I spent a little under $50 for all of this. Definitely worth trying.

Called ahead to place an order for tofu spring rolls. They mentioned there's fried tofu, pickled veggies, lettuce, crispy roll and vermicelli. I asked for extra pickled veggies and confirmed no mint or cilantro. I took a bite and there was no crunch, no crispy roll. Also the pickled veggies seemed like a little amount for me. I went back in and mentioned the crispy roll was missing and was told they ran out. I asked for extra pickled veggies and he gave me some. The sauce isn't the most flavorful but not bad. They put some sort of herb inside though. I'm not sure what but the taste didn't go well with the rest of the roll. Almost like ribboned shiso leaves!

I've been to Hanoi Kitchen back when they were in Pomona, so I was really excited to see them open this location! I ate here today, and the food was delicious--the noodles they use in their pho are especially good. Our waiter was awesome and attentive, and the ambiance was lively and energetic, with EDM music playing. Overall, it was a fun, unique experience to add to your day :)

We came to this spot on Friday after I got out of work late, it's too loud at night so me and my boyfriend ate outside, they don't have drinks yet so we were kinda sad lol thinking we would have drinks and food but it's okay lol but the pho was moderate but can definitely be a lot more tasty but hey for being open late I'll eat it. Service was okay they checked on us here and there but I'd definitely come if your trying to grab something after 10pm

Arrived around 10PM, very loud vibes with music and lights But the service was good, food tasted great as well. Prices are a couple dollars more than other Vietnamese restaurants, but hey they close at midnight so I think its worth it to for those late night cravings! They were previously located in Claremont but relocated to Ontario

Tasty food. Nice staff. Clean restaurant. Decorated nicely. I had the beef short rib plate. My mom had the tofu with lemongrass and vermicelli. Veggie egg rolls were great. Nice sauces and fresh veggies! We'll be back!!!!

They moved to this location from Indian Hill Claremont a few months ago. Service is always prompt and courteous, and the place is always clean with a few Instagram perfect nooks . This is my go to place for Pho lots of meat, tasty broth and the noodles have a good bite to it. You can also ask to substitute the noodles with bean sprouts if you wanna skip carbs. Their Banh Mi and Rack of Lamb are good too, and Vietnamese coffee of course!

Had to take a Selfie when you come to a place for the first time.

I've been coming here for years, and it's still my go to spot every time the craving hits. You already KNOW I had to start with the lumpia egg rolls... my absolute favorite. The chicken was juicy (not dry at all ), and the fresh side salad paired perfectly with the fish sauce and a little hot sauce on top. So good. And of course, you can never go wrong with their beef brisket pho. The broth is rich, comforting, and always hits the spot. Great service, staff & vibes. The same waitress we've dealt with in the past continues to be extremely rude. She has gotten our order wrong before and tends to argue instead of resolving issues. There also seems to be a communication barrier, which wouldn't be a problem if there was at least some effort to be patient or respectful but there isn't. Tonight really crossed the line. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing, which is still reasonable time to dine in. The waitress made direct eye contact with me when we walked in, yet never greeted us or acknowledged us. A man came in after us and was immediately welcomed and told to take a seat. Meanwhile, my son and I stood there waiting with no direction. Eventually, I had to ask where we could sit. The man at the register mentioned they close at 9 PM and asked if we wanted to dine in or do takeout. Since we still had time, we chose to eat there. We sat down and again, nothing. The waitress walked past us multiple times, even bringing condiments and service to the man who came in after us, completely ignoring us. At around 8:45 PM, she finally approached us. As I began placing my order, she cut me off to ask "for here or takeout," then suddenly changed it to "actually, you can only do takeout." This was confusing and frustrating, especially since the other customer was clearly still being served for dine-in. I went to the register to place and pay for my order, and I asked her why the same rule didn't apply to the man behind us. She said he was dining in. That didn't make sense, considering we arrived first. The situation turned into her arguing with me claiming she didn't see us earlier and even disputing who brought us water. On top of everything, I was left feeling severely embarrassed in front of other customers, especially with my child there to witness it. No parent should have to experience that kind of treatment while simply trying to have a meal. By 9 PM, the man who came after us was already being served his food while we were denied the same service. This experience felt not only disrespectful but also discriminatory. It's disappointing because I've tried to support this place multiple times, but the consistent poor treatment and lack of professionalism make it impossible to return. I won't be coming back.

When we first walked in, the place looked empty, and my wife and I almost considered leaving. Just as we were about to head out, a server came over, seated us, and explained the menu. The $45 menu is extensive, featuring a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes such as escargot (ốc), pho, and bò né (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak), among many others. We ordered escargot with tamarind sauce, oysters with cheese, a lobster special, rau muống (water spinach) with garlic, glass noodles, and a ribeye steak. This isn't a typical buffet--each dish is cooked to order. It took about 15 minutes since there were only two chefs, but the wait was absolutely worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. The lobster was a whole lobster with claws, and the ribeye was a generous cut served sizzling at the table. The portions are large, and our server kindly warned us ahead of time--we're glad we listened! The owner was friendly, and the service was attentive throughout our meal. My wife and I loved this place and will definitely be coming back. It's great to have quality Vietnamese food nearby without having to travel all the way to OC.
