My eldest daughter and I had just returned home from a two week road trip in the Midwest in celebration of 2026 Route 66 Centennial. Kid you not, we didn't eat one Asian meal during our entire trip. We had to get our grub on at Pho K Plus right away LOL. Our first time here per recommendation of my brother. Thanks Bro! They are located on Archibald Ave at the Airport Gateway Plaza in Ontario... less than 1 mile from the Ontario International Airport. Plenty of parking. Good size clean and comfortable interior dining space. We were greeted immediately upon entry to sit at any open table. First thing we noticed was a sign that indicated one complimentary Lemonade or Thai Iced Tea drink for each entree ($12.50 or more) purchased (not valid with delivery). Cool deal! Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were given two iced water shortly after being seated. They pretty much left us alone after delivering our food and drinks. We had to wave them down a few times. They provided us the good attention and care as needed. Thanks! Menu was not massive, but has a good selection of appetizers, pho noodles, rice, vermicelli, salads, and drinks. We went with one Pho Dac Biet that came with good quality beef round, beef meatball, brisket, tendon, tripe plus fresh basil, bean sprouts, jalapenos, lime. Huge hot and steamy bowl with abundant noodles that can be shared. Broth was clean and light, but could have been a bit more savory. We also got one Rice Combination Platter with grilled pork (chicken, beef, or pork chop are other meat options), fried egg, meat loaf, bean curd shrimp patty served with rice, salad, and fish sauce. I was slightly disappointed it wasn't the broken rice, but still good. This platter was quite delicious and definitely shareable. Love the bean curd shrimp patty the most! With the purchase of these two dishes, we got one Thai Iced Tea and one Iced Lemonade with jasmine peach tea on the house. Thank you for the free cool and refreshing drinks! We also ordered a couple items to-go (Pho Dac Biet and Grilled Pork Chop, Fried Egg, & Rice) and got 2 complimentary Thai Iced Tea (no ice). How cool is that! IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN OR CHILDREN IN GENERAL, DO NOT COME HERE. Me and my mom and my two children (both with autism) came here on a Friday morning because we were craving Pho, so we searched up nearby places with good reviews and that's when we came across this restaurant. We gave it a go and when we walked inside, everything was clean, they attended us quickly with the tables but we waited about 5 minutes to get our drinks and food ordered. We ordered two chicken pho bowls and a side of fried rice. My children were already hungry and so they became a bit fussy and loud but I did my best to calmed them down which didn't seem to work, and to make things worse, we notice all 3 MALE SERVERS watching and STARING at them. So although the place is calming, clean, and overall pleasant, I had issues with the service. Because 1. The servers weren't checking up on our table (we saw them check on other tables except ours) when we were running out of napkins. 2. The three servers in the restaurant were just watching my kids like a hawk as my special needs children were having a trouble time settling down. Even talking to each other in their language while still staring at my children like if they're talking about them, mind you they're both under 3 years old. But besides the horrible and rude service, the chicken pho was delicious and the Vietnamese iced coffee was really good. It's been awhile since my family and I had pho because of the heat wave. So, we stopped by here as we were passing through Ontario for an event. It's a spacious restaurant that's clean and well-kept. Staff was nice though I think they should have checked on us at least a couple times if we needed water anything else. The pho broth is on the light side so my family added hoisin more flavor. Some of the noodles were kind of overcooked and mushy--kind of off-putting. I ordered the bun hue which was tasty but needed more hoisin than usual as well. The star of the show was the bone marrow, which made up for the mushy pho noodles. We were very delighted to see huge bones with enough buttery bone marrow and soft tendons for four of us. This is my first visit at Pho K Plus and I used a delivery service. The overall quality and appearance of the meal was good. I love that they offer grilled chicken for the Pho and the side mixed vegetables I ordered were a perfect texture (not hard, firm but tender) once placed in the soup bowl with the topping and pour the hot broth on top!! The pho was decent, not bad but not great. I will say the food and beverage was delivered very quickly! But, it clearly was quick because once I got the pho the noodles were still a hard ball at the bottom - it negatively affected the quality of the pho. Also I had to ask for more water. I had to get napkins from another table because there was none in my table. It was also very slow and there were multiple servers just standing around the back on their phones. I also had to ask for the check and for my food to go. Instead of making it to go in the back, it was such a mess for me to pour in the plastic container myself. The wontons are a bit on the smaller side but you get lots of mini-sized ones as a trade off.
