A couple friends and I went here for a fun evening and Get Air delivers. We walked in and saw a huge room that was almost entirely trampolines. Just as we were paying for our time a big group of kids left so we had the chance to really explore the space. Unless it is not in the best interest of your health, you have to try this. This is the most fun that I have had in ages. You can't help but laugh and have a ball as you bounce all over the open area. The staff was friendly and inviting, and they had fun EDM music going to keep the energy high. And the best part is we arrived for two for Tuesday, which meant half price for all of us. This is an amazing and fun experience. Don't hesitate, if you have read this review, go to Get Air and have a blast! read more

HORRIBLE experience having my daughters birthday party here today!!!! Save yourself the $350...and have your party somewhere else! Our "host", Jamie, was horrible!!!! Our experience started when I checked in. Jamie said she could not find record of the $75 deposit that I made and when I asked her to look for it, she rolled her eyes and had a bad attitude(she had a really bad attitude the entire time!) she then tried to charge me for the 2 additional pizzas that I was supposed to get free for the "book over the phone" promo. When I told her about the promo she said " I don't know anything about that" it's obvious that the communication between the over the phone booking staff and the actual on site staff is VERY minimal. Then, I was originally told that I could have my private room (I paid $50 extra for it) at 2:45pm to set up for my party (party from 3-5:00pm) but when we arrived at 2:45 there was still a party in the room and Jamie so rudely told me that I couldn't have the room until exactly 3:00 when my party started!! How was I supposed to set up for my party at 3:00 when it started at 3:00?! ‍ to make it worse, the party before me decided to stay in the room until 3:15, and after clean up I was allowed in my room at 3:30. So I paid $350 and lost out on 30 minutes of the room! I had also called at 1:00pm and asked how early I could go to set up and the man on the phone told me that I was the only party booked in that specific room for the day and I could go set up as early as I wanted to! Good thing I didn't go earlier!!! Throughout my 1 1/2 long party...my "host" was no where to be found. Not once did she check on us or ask if we needed anything!!!!!!! Useless!!! AND the pizza was DISGUSTING!!! Worse then a $5 hot and ready pizza and it was cold and hard!!! Worst place to have your party!!!! I will never be back here and regret spending my $350 here for my daughters birthday. The ONLY good party of the party was when Chris and Justine gave my daughter a free jump pass to come back...problem is that I will never go back. This place might be fun for an hour visit but I would not recommend having a birthday party here!!!! read more

This place is fun but there are a few things that were concerning. First, seemed to be the lack of control that the staff had. Granted, there were quite a bit of kids when I went but I think management could have staffed better knowing that there were schools closed today in the area. For example, there was no one at the dodge ball area to help run a game. Here are some of the neat things: 1) on the foam pits they have a video feed that is about 10 seconds delayed so you get to watch your replay of your jump into the foam pit. 2) the basketball hoop was nice so people can feel what it is like to dunk. 3) There are different elevations and features where you can jump onto and off of. Now for the bad: 1) They need to have a cap of kids versus the number of staff. Today the park was packed but only saw 1 or 2 people on the floor at a time for at least 60 kids. For an area of a few thousand square feet I would think you need at least 3-4 if there are a bunch of kids. 2) the open area is pretty small when compared to the place on Miramar rd. 3) THE REGISTRATION PROCESS SUCKS!! It took me a good 10-15 minutes since the table was not functioning properly. If you go, save your self the trouble and register online. Overall this is a fun place but I would check out other similar places in SD as well. read more

Love this place! I have a 12yo, 5yo and a 19mos old and they all loved it. I took my 19mos old today, I thought for sure he would be too young. Boy, was I wrong. We jumped and ran for almost 2hrs. Get Air staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been there 4 times since it ha opened and every time we all walk out smiling and laughing. I would recommend Get Air to anyone. You can bet that you'll have a blast for any occassion from a date night to a family night. So happy they opened. Exactly what Poway needed! read more

This place is awesome!!!! Please don't waste your money at sky high...Get air staff are super nice, and understand kids. Love it

Kids love it here! (Def love coming here though, great work out, not just for kids! Lol) They really do try their best to make it feel cool in here, it can get very hot! But kids are kids and don't care as much as us adults sitting down! Customer service is a hit or miss. read more

couldn't find the bathroom so i just peed in the foam pit but overall a great experience

Crowded at times and expensive. $14 for an hour is a lot. I had vouchers on my phone they wouldn't let me use, I had to have the print out. The online voucher came right from Get 1Free but wasn't honored. Kids like dodge ball but can get crowded and not all workers maintain rules so gets a little dangerous when my 8 year old is playing with 15 year olds. read more

Fun place but not a trustworthy business. Signage in the men's restroom indicates mommy/daddy and me time of 10am -2pm at 6 dollars per hour. They charged me the full rate of 16 dollars per hour. I explained that the sign indicates otherwise. Front desk said the time changed for summer. A good business would send an employee over to Take down sign and just give me the six dollars per hour and leave it at that. This business however is perfectly content with ripping people off see you read more

Don't go with younger kids. They charge full price and you only get to use 25% of the facilities. Even during "toddler" time.

The staff are the best and it's got a great vibe in the park!! If you really go up to the staff and start a conversation it goes on for a while and they are totally chill with what you do! Have a excellent time at Get Air. Ho Ho Ho read more

This business is not staffed well. We purchased tickets ahead of time online to avoid the line. The one person who was working behind the counter wasn't trained on how to process the pre-purchased tickets. This caused an unnecessary delay, but I HIGHLY recommend getting the tickets ahead of time if you think it's going to be busy. That being said, my family and I loved it once we were inside. The staff that IS working was very nice and helpful! read more

Fun and safe place for people of all ages! The staff is friendly and there's so much to do. It's a great and unique way to have fun. Their DJ Nights are high energy and interactive. It's the perfect place to bring your kids or just hang out with friends. Highly recommended! read more

Have to say I'm very disappointed with their policy. They are height restricted only. So they wouldn't let my 5 & 7 year olds play in the main area. Restricted us to the "small area". Where there were infants and babies playing.. Boo GetAir, clearly the owners don't have children.. read more

First id like to say thank you to get air Poway for sticking around in the community for so long they're gonna be the only fun place left after the city tears everything else fun down like savages. For real big mama is the glue for this place. It's like 2012 end of Mayan calendar apocalypse all over here I saw like 4 people get fired but big mama got it handled. She's like a V8 corvette with 750 horsepower picking up the slack and keeping the party alive. God bless America. read more

I love get air. They are so good with kids. I always bring the kids that I nanny every week, they cant get enough of it. After leaving they are just sooo tired. The employees are just soo friendly. They have great prices and great customer service. Highly recommend!! read more

Came here for a free event with Dr. Thomas Orthodontist and it was so much fun! There's an area for basketball, dodge ball, foam pit, kiddy area and more!! I jumped around for 15 minutes and was drenched in sweat.. Such a great work out!! read more

My son LOVES this place and it wears him out SO fast! He aspires to be a parkour bad ass and this is a great place for him to come and practice his flips and moves without it being on my walls or off my furniture. We have been during the week which is my favorite time to go because there are less people and we've been on the weekend which is kid party mayhem mixed with parkour practicers which gets sketchy when they are moving between the kiddies. My only complaint is during the weekend it gets a little too hot, steamy and stinky. So if I can hold off for a weekday, I absolutely will! They are also a little bit pricy compared to the place in Miramar that offers specials like happy hour half price. Would love to see this place offer parkour classes/training/tricks or something along those lines. read more

We have visited Get Air twice, was not extremely crowded either time, so I cannot comment on that. I know my nine year old would visit every day if I let him. The kids enjoy it, and find it easy to keep busy for the full hour. After bouncing around and jumping into the foam pits for a bit, they usually end up involved in a dodge ball game. My kids are pretty tough and don't complain, the only problem I had was a few older teen kids bullying my son (he asked them to stop something so they spent the game targeting him by throwing the ball hard at him in dodge ball, good thing I did not see it, he was sore and told me after we had left) and the female attendant did not notice it or stop it. Otherwise, the kids love it, and we will be back (I'll just be watching the dodge ball participation a little more attentively). read more

I'm really disappointed at the experience we had here. My 10 yr old came back from the dodgeball court and said kids wouldn't pass the ball to him and his cousin because they're Chinese. Staff person just stood there, heard the comment and just rolled his eyes? Seriously? Not convinced that they train their staff very well. He'll remember this trampoline park as the place where he experienced his first racial discrimination. Heart break! read more

This place is amazing! I definitely enjoyed myself and my son didn't want to leave! 1 hour will definitely get your money's worth, I was tired within the first 20 minutes! Felt like I jumped my life away!! Personally, I think there's lots of room. They have a foam pit, basketball hoop, dodgeball area, a kiddie section, AND 2 massage chairs to keep you going! They provide some drinking/soda machines to keep you hydrated! And they have party rooms to cater your next birthday or special event! I haven't planned or done a party there yet but I'll definitely plan my sons birthday there sometime! So far, the times I've gone, the staff is really friendly and they keep good eye out on what's going on, on the floor. I'll be back for sure! read more

Love it! I normally work but my nanny has been out of town and being that it is too hot to take the kids to outdoor playgrounds, I came here for a play date with a friend and her daughter on a Friday morning. The place is super clean and they have a section for little ones, which is great because I have a 2 year old and 9 month old. My 2 year old had so much fun jumping around and playing in the foam pit and my little one loved sitting on the trampoline while the other kids jumped. It was not very busy so the friendly staff even let me daughter play in the dodge ball area (it was empty) even though we only paid for the small area. So excited to have a safe and fun indoor place for the kiddos. read more

Do not come here with kids under 4 especially if you're only taking them. You cannot jump with them at all. It's very unfortunate. Also NO REFUNDS, but they don't tell you the restrictions before you pay. Super shady. We told the manager that we won't be returning customers and he just said .. okay. I'm appalled with the amount of rules this place has. You're better off going to a place that at least let's you jump with your kids. read more

We hosted a birthday party, football team banquet, and visited for a few different open jumps. This place is very high quality, clean, and reasonably priced. read more

Best staff ever!!! Friendly yet professional (yes, that's you Amanda!!). Clean. Fun. Great. I am amazed at the so-so to bad reviews but my experience has always been wonderful. read more

My son and his friends can't get enough of Get Air! Wish they had a loyalty program or a rewards program.

A Fun place but customer service is a little lacking. Front desk says parents can join in but inside they said no. Inconsistent guidelines and they can be a little friendlier. Surprised to see it's not busy during Spring Break. We were able to use Living Social certificates. read more

Unsupervised mayhem. I'm shocked that no one was seriously injured during our time here. My girls couldn't do certain areas because kids weren't taking turns. They still had fun but as the one shelling out the $$ for our time here I wasn't impressed and became frustrated with the ultra laid back staff. read more

First time to a trampoline park for my niece and I. My niece is a little taller than 46 inches, maybe 50 inches-- no one was in the small air pit and she wanted to check it out so she went in and staff had me pull her out because she was too tall. Beside that weird rule, it was very clean and nice. Staff is friendly also. read more

Attended a 5 year old bday party here. My 2 and 4 year old had a blast! They were running and jumping like crazy. It was clean, well organized, and safe. The kids and adults were all having a blast. I dropped a star because they didn't have a private section for the bday kids they were all just in with everyone else, which seems not as special as it could have been if they had a section just for bdays only. read more

love this place! Amanda, Alex and Kenny are the most helpful employees in this facility. Kenny is very friendly loves to play with kids and will always make sure you stay safe. read more

Assistant manager Amanda needs to find a new job, one that's not in customer service. It's 100 degrees outside, the place was dead, and her attitude lost the business of our group of 9. This was my 2nd negative experience at this place, we're done and will never return. Save yourself the money and trouble and go somewhere else. read more

I showed up with ten family members. My nephew was turning 6 and fell short of the 46" limit for the main area by a half inch, everyone else was over - so ultimately they couldn't jump in the same place. We decide to cancel and go somewhere else. They didn't return our deposit even with the circumstances. There was no manager on site, just a bunch of teenagers that had no clue or any type of customer service training. read more

My three year old son has been dying to go to this place! We've been planning it and finally went down right when it opened today. They're nice there and the place seems pretty cool, but if you're taking a toddler, there are some things you should know that i didn't see on the website or when we were paying. It wasn't until after we paid and went in that we were informed that our son could only play in the small kid area, which is really tiny, has a couple small trampolines and a small foam pit, but even though it was first thing after they opened there were 20 kids in it. They said it was for safety but it was a zoo with no room to jump in that little gated area. Meanwhile, there was nobody on all the big areas with many trampolines, but the girl working there said our son couldn't jump. Policy. I get it, it's her job, but it was so disappointing and sad! Also, one of the MAIN reasons we went there was for our son to climb their tiny rock wall but they said he wasn't allowed there either. They DO have a "toddler time" on tuesdays and Thursday's from 10-12pm, but i wish that all of this had been more clear before we went and dropped 35 bucks on a super lame experience. We were totally out of ideas after 20 mins but we stayed to use the whole hour anyway. We spent the majority of our time telling our son he couldnt go there or play in that... So, it seemed a cool place, but pretty sucky policies if you are taking young ones. I just wish they would have allowed our son on ONE of the trampolines because they were completely empty and we were with him. It was ridiculous. read more

NEVER AGAIN I GO HERE. Hi. I usually come here once every week or so with my 2 sons, they like jumping in the trampolines (I like jumping too). After the jumping I ordered a gatorade for one of my sons, the Cashier thought I ordered 2 and gave me change as if I ordered 2. When I clarified I wanted just one I expected them to just give me the correct amount of change but they refused to give me the money back! After some discussion The manager appeared and explained "we know how you feel but we can't reimburse you". I was floored!! I wasn't even asking to get "reimbursed" just to get the correct change back to what I ordered. This was incredible strange - I really don't understand why they couldn't give me $2.25 back for a Gatorade I never ordered and never even touched. Just be warned to pay close attention so they over charge you and refuse to correct it. To Get Air I can only say to please enjoy the 5 dollar you stole from me. I never put my foot back in there more. read more

Kid likes to go but safety is a concern. Teen "refs" don't do anything about kids being out of control. It becomes unsafe when hoards of children are running like maniacs across tramps and kids are bouncing. It's one big collision course. Add in littles and ... I don't know the accident record but I'm guessing it's higher than it should be. Plus hard casts on trampolines. That's just stupid. read more

The park is a very enjoyable place for both kids and adults. The staff is very friendly and helpful even when the place is packed. The kids have also said they really enjoy the birthday parties. I recommend going during the week when it is not as busy. read more

My kids love toddler time every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 to noon where my kids get to jump safely on the big trampolines away from all the big kids. read more

Although this place had things galore for kids, I took my 2 y/o onto the "big kid" area. The staff at the front desk were so sweet however, the staff in the trampoline area were very rude. I understand it's policy to have little ones in a different area, but come on people. You couldn't at least be a touch nicer? I would only come here if I was forced to. Time to search for a new trampoline place read more

Have been here already twice and just like the other reviewers, it is a bit expensive when you have 2 kids and pay $25 for both for one hour. The first time we went, was so crowded, I guess birthday parties all over the place and regular customers. The saturday we went the lobby was a bit warmer than normal which I asked if the AC was on. Customer service replied it was on just many people in one place! The trampoline area has 2 huge fans which makes it good for the kids. It is a good place, but pricey. Drinks such water are $3 a bottle! so bring your drinks and don't buy there! read more
