Was great until Simone ruined my night. Yelled at me for everything I did. If you get tired, just leave cuz if you try to sit anywhere, Simone will rip you a new one. read more

Interesting experience to say the least! We have been here several times. Today was our last. They used to have comfortable couches for parents to sit in. Now they have been replaced with plastic folding chairs. They put massage chairs where the couches used to sit. Of couse there's a fee for that. If you sit in the chair without paying. It beeps continuously. Sox...you now have to buy their Sox before jumping! I posted my concern on their fb page...it was removed within 2 minutes! So I added a review in which they can't remove. Then the unthinkable happens! Three parents sitting in massage chairs...none of us paying. BRIANNA an employee with an attitude approached me. She told me... and me ONLY.. that I had to get up from the chair. I could no longer sit there. I said...I've been sitting here for the last 40 minutes you've passed by several times. Why do I have to get up now. She said. I let it slide...but now I'm telling you...you hv to get up and move. REALLY??? 3 parents sitting unpaid. She chooses the Afican American woman and tells her she has to move. But the 2 non paying Caucasian parents are fine to remain sitting there! Lol! OMG! Hilarious! It was a nice try BRIANNA. I told her... I'm fine hun thanks...and went back to reading my book. Perfect example of dollar smart penny stupid! Lets make more money on the front end by nickel and diming parents once they get in the door. And lose it on the back end due to employee stupidity. You still have alot to learn BRI! PS: I also paid CASH and they gave me no receipt. Lots of "under the table" income I guess. Last visit for sure! read more

You now have to buy their grippy socks. This was not necessary last time I was here. While this was irritating they were out of half of the sizes, having only small and extra large. They made me buy the wrong size that 4 out if 5 kids would never wear again. We were already looking at spending $100 for 90 minutes on a weekday! The manager (who was not wearing a name tag) was rude. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. She ended up whispered something to the effect of I am not dealing with her to the cashier as she whipped her hair around and left. Then as I am still standing there she went to talk to another lady who the cashier said was the park manager. I asked to speek to her (she was 8 feet away) and I'd have to leave a number for her to call me back. I asked to wait and was told ok then w/o any attempt to let her know I was waiting to speek to her I was told she was too busy to talk to me! The rude manager came back and said they would swap out the sicks for the right size at a later date. I live 25 mins away and this was to be a treat for my kids and their cousisns. I eneded up just buying an hour of time and we will not be back again. read more

Pros: It is very fun. Cons: If you have small children, they will likely be injured by much bigger children and/or adults. I brought several young girls. Get Air mixes all non-toddlers in the same area, and thanks to several very large teens recklessly jumping into crowds of children less than half of their size, my girls left with several bruises, a fat lip, and a twisted ankle. I showed the staff a video of one teen jumping across multiple trampolines and knocking several children over, and the staff member stated that he wasn't breaking any rules. He also indicated that small children getting injured like that wasn't uncommon. No wonder they make you sign a waiver. Never again. read more

Its a nice place to take kids in on their off day.. Cool and breezy.. Love the massage chairs for parents

First time here and the kids are having fun. They are playing Regge music which is cool jumping music. Then Sublime "smoke two joints" comes on and my wife and I were in shock. This song clearly glorifies smoking weed and is a PG 13 song at least. A warehouse of kids and you play that crap? I agree with other yelp reviewers and site poor management as their downfall. As a business owner, I am surprised that some places are in still in business with the poor management they have. Well, not going to have my business. read more

Disappointed and will not be returning. Brought my young children (3&4)in early at 10am during the week when no one was there and they force all the young children into a small area where multiple kids run in to each other. The big jump area was completely empty!! All the young ones come on weekdays because the older ones are in school which compact the little area. If you want your kiddo to jump in the large area then expect to pay an adult price of $14/hr. If you have more then one kid-doesn't seem worth it for 1 hr of play. The best part, the teen who police the place kick the little kids out when NO one else is jumping. Nice customer service. read more

I've been to this place with friends and family members. It's fun but you gotta pick the right time to go otherwise it's filled with little kids. For someone like me to be jumping on one trampoline and have kids run/ jump on my side risks injuries. The rules are heavily enforced and parents need to watch their kids. There has been times where parents have confronted me or my friends for their child's misbehavior. Prices are a little cheaper than Rock N Jump in Miramar so it's worth the money. Overall 4 stars and no need to respond back to me if you're the manager lol. read more

I took my son and his friend and they had a great time. The facility was well laid out and clean. They have staff dressed as referees walking around watching the kids to make sure they are following the rule and being safe. An employee named Cassie did a particularly good job keeping the kids safe and keeping things in order. My only complaint is the waiting time to check in. I filled out the waver and personal information and still had to wait in line, with only one other person in front of me, for over 15 minutes before the other four employees in the area bothered to wait on me. I spoke with a friend who had to been there a week before and she told me she had the same problem. read more

I have been coming here since both of my kids were young and it's sad to see how down hill it's gone. It's filthy , grime and dust everywhere, wads of toilet paper on the bathroom ceiling, black grime all over the padding , dust hanging everywhere , And finger prints and dirt all over the glass. I stopped coming here , especially on weekends because theres no staff monitoring anything and kids are out of control. Today I decided to give a shot and take my kids for a few hours and I already regret it. The staff here today like every other time is miserable, on their phones and don't give a crap about anything going on. I came in with a Groupon and honestly would have gotten away with not even checking in because they're too busy on their phones to care . Two workers both with a nasty attitude barley said two words to me. One (LA hat) literally sat there on his phone while I was at the counter . The other one that helped me was clearly unhappy and bothered . I'm honestly upset I spent $38 to come here . This place needs a full makeover , a major deep clean and all new staff . It's a shame we have to now drive to San Marcos to go to sky zone , but at least the staff is friendly , they monitor the areas, and it's clean . Get it together get air !!! read more

First time here and an crowded kids area where staff and other parents don't pay attention to their kids is never fun.

This place is so ridiculous. My Niece is only 3 years old & my mom and brother we're allowed to go jump with her or help her out when she wanted to climb on some of the stuff. They didn't even have helpers helping her. She had to play by herself. Why would there be a rule that parents can't help a 3 year old jump or climb. come on dumbass employees use some common sense. Probably why this trampoline place has the lowest ratings. DO NOT GO HERE!! read more

good place to spend a couple of hours indoors. The low review is due to the unnecessary intrusive check in process and lack of security for the children. They require your address, exact birthdate, phone, as well as your children's. Who they sell this personal info to, and what opt out options are, were not made clear. After all this info (for your child's security), it was ironic that anyone could walk out with your child, as there was no check out verification process before walking out. read more

My son has fun here. Seems cleaner than other places I've been to. I like that they have other stuff for kids to play with in the lobby area. The area for toddlers is a good size and my son didn't get bored. I do agree with the establishment not having very good staff. They could train them better and have a lot better attitudes. Customer service isn't important here. Just a quick place for my little man to get his energy out. Please note parking is horrible, especially on weekends. read more

I was overall impressed and happy with our visit here. I have a toddler and was invited by a friend of mine to join them, and she reassured me that the toddlers have their own section that is safe and fun for them to play in, but on weekday mornings, apparently they may roam with their parents all over. The place appears to have just opened, it was clean, huge, easy to find, and had plenty of parking. When I was greeted by a service member at the counter where you pay, I was quickly instructed to sign a waiver and then return to the counter. She seemed very brash, like she was trying to get me in and out, and out of her way. I remained pleasant and thanked her anyway. I was the only one in line. I even received 4 dollars off of my admission when I asked for military discount, which they do advertise on their website. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was not overly-crowded, I went at 11am on Friday. My son especially loved the foam blocks in the pit where they may jump into, but he only wanted to stack them and toss them. Once he warmed up to the trampolines and gained confidence, he happily ran, bounced and played all over the place. The "referees" watching out for safety were very attentive. They blow their whistles when they see someone being unsafe. The music is upbeat, and fun to jump to, but not too loud, and the enormous fans give a very nice breeze so it was very comfortable. I feel like I do need to mention one hiccup in our experience that was unfortunate, and why I gave 4 stars. My friend that showed up forgot to ask for the military discount, and decided to ask the same cashier if she could refund/get the difference back. The young lady was rude and was very quick to tell her no, we don't give refunds, and it is only 4 dollars. First of all....whether or not it is policy to not issue a refund, no matter the amount, the customer isn't aware, we don't work there. So if she would have been a bit nicer about it, it wouldn't have mattered. 4 dollars isn't going to be the end of the world, it's the way it was handled. So she let it go, came back and told me how she was spoken to. We did discuss it with the manager that was present, and she told us that the girl is very black and white, as if to say by the book. But she did give us each a free pass to go back, which was nice. She asked me if I lived in Poway, and that if I needed to come on the discounted days, I could go then. She did say that she would speak to the gal. I would prefer that instead of defending the cashier she would apologize. You can still follow the rules and not be condescending at the same time. Everyone has a bad day, and I realize that the young lady looked like she was a teenager, so perhaps she didn't care, I don't know. Whether or not I am from Poway, and request a military discount, how insulting. I didn't feel like she heard me, but judged me. I will give them another chance though, my son and I had a good time. read more

Get air - get x-rays. Beware of the young referees. Though we've had family fun at Get Air over the years, on a recent visit, the ref threw a ball across the court at my 11 year old and clocked his finger, requiring an emergency room visit, x-rays and 2 weeks of no sports! And, while I didn't see the prelude, reports are that the ref pegged him in the face several times before the "big hit." Employees should uphold the standards of adults, even the young males brimming with testosterone. Ref, you hurt a young boy because you chucked the ball way too hard for the game at hand. If kids are out of line, send them out. If refs are out of line.... hmmm..... read more

First time to this place! I'm a single mother and my child likes to jump with me and this place has rules against parents with kids. Unfortunately they do not share this information with you until after you pay in which there are no refunds. My child was very upset because I could not jump with her in any situation while being a very slow day. Half of the machines are broken. There seemed to be no air conditioning, I talked to the manager on duty and he didn't care about my situation. He just said I could "jump on my child." Ps. They blow whistles for breathing. Not literally, but that's basically what you hear every minute. Good luck! read more

Great place to have your toddler run out energy!! Especially weekdays, because there is a mommy and me time!

Horrible customer service. Sent them this message via Facebook three days ago and have not heard anything. Hello, I went to your website to try to find an email. I am disappointed to see that there is none. So I will compose my letter to you here, but copy it and email it to myself. Please let me know if you have an email address. I took my two sons to Get Air for the first time today. I called prior to coming in order to clarify a few questions I had. My sons are three and 18 months. I was excited about bringing the three year old, knowing he would have a blast. But I had some reservations about the 18 month old. Mainly because he doesn't know how to jump yet. My concern wasn't so much about safety, but about wasting my time. We had a 30 minute drive, coming from La Mesa off the 94 Freeway. So I just didn't want to get there only to find out that my toddler gets bored after 10 minutes of "jumping". So I called to see if there was anything else for him to do in case he did get bored. My secondary concern was regarding safety as I didn't want any big people to bowl him over. The person on the phone reassured me that it was Tot Time, or Toddler Time, from 10 to 12. So I felt better about it. So when we started jumping I quickly noticed that there were many big kids jumping as well. My understanding of tot time was that people over a certain height would not be allowed in. I spoke with another mom in our group who agreed that was her understanding as well. We both feel that if you are going to call it Tot Time, than it should be in fact dedicated to Tots. I found it to be scary at times. I just so happened to be shooting a video of my 18 month old jumping when a big kid comes running by (and in your safety video, which I watched prior to coming in, along with my three year old, it states specifically not to run across the trampolines) and bowls over my son. I will be sending the video separately so you can see. I'm not looking for a refund but just consideration that you change the requirements of admission during tot time to, lets say, age five and under. If you don't want to do that then change the advertising so that it's clear that everybody is allowed. read more

This place is great! I took my two year old son here and the staff are so kind and genuinly nice to all customers :) The foam pits are his favorite place to go. Will for sure be coming back soon. Not only for the staff, but the park as well! read more

Worst customer service ever! I was denied a refund AFTER we were told to leave! Never again Get Air! My family fun night was ruined. I think we'll just buy our own trampoline. I'm done with paying 55$ to jump for an hour with ridiculous rules and rude employees and poor management. It's too bad- the concept is great. But this establishment clearly isn't. Don't waste your money. read more

I think that Get Air Poway has come a long way from the past few years and the park is beginning to get a more friendly and welcoming atmosphere, while still keeping the jumpers safe and under control! Get Air's staff has seemed to improve on knowing how to monitor the kids in the park and keep them from hurting each other! While it can be challenging to keep everybody satisfied the staff really tries their best to make sure everyone's needs are met and concerns are taken care of! read more

I want to write a better review because the park is clean and my toddler son has a blast here, however management is terrible and clearly doesn't care about their customers. Each day from 10-12 is toddler time, reserved for smaller jumpers to be able to enjoy a safe environment with their peers. However, both times we have been here management has double booked the venue for adult men to come jump for a "special work event". It is infuriating to drive over an hour to a venue that is supposed to be reserved for a specific age group and then to arrive to a crowd that is wild and puts our children at risk, just so management can make a profit. This will be my last visit here. I'll go to urban jungle next time. read more

staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me found my phone after it got lost on the trampolines chasing after my toddler. kind and friendly service. also my daughters friend's birthday party was great!! just remember: put your phone in a locker or cubby!! read more

To be honest, I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars. We went for the first time today and my daughter and her friend had a wonderful time. They did not want to leave. She enjoyed the trampoline floor, the slides, the basketball court, and the foam pit with the slack rope. She thought it was really cool that you can see yourself on the TV while you are walking the slack rope. We went first thing in the morning and it never got too crowded. My only complaints were that they have everyone go barefoot (ewww) and they ask for a lot of personal information when they have you sign the waiver and it takes a long time to check in. read more

The staff was over the top friendly!! Great customer service all around!! The area to play is open and fun! I liked the fact that I could see the entire facility from anywhere inside. So I never lost my kids. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it was 1000 degrees inside. They had a bunch of fans going but it was still so hot!! They also need a cafe. They offer hot coffee, but when the temperature is already 100 there is no way I want hot anything. I nice iced mocha would have been lovely to have while I say and watched my kids play read more

We booked our daughter's 10th birthday here. The women who assisted on the phone was helpful/pleasant. I was told I would have a host, which I didn't on the day of. They set up the plates/cups. Then cleaned up after, but did nothing else. The pizza had slide in the box and looked like half a pizza. I had to serve the kids in my party, they didn't do it. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our party and service! They asked if I wanted to leave a tip, I said no because I did all the work. They just said sorry and that's it. read more

Love the jumping on the trampolines and the indoor dodgeball. The foam pit idea while it looks like fun screams germs to me. There isn't really a way to clean the foAm blocks in the pit. I saw a used bandaid in the pit and it nearly made me throw up. They just need to rethink the hygienic aspect to all the fun read more

What a let down. Took my 5 year old and 9 year old for the first time. Four different trampoline areas (the basketball area was broken) and though we paid for an hour ($12 per child) they were bored after 30 minutes. On top of that, the referees (teenage workers) throughut the areas blew their whistles incessantly but arbitrarily. Where small children would be rushed to stand up at all times, the older kids were constantly cutting in line and loitering in some of the areas without a glance from the refs. Oh, and loud music blaring the whole time. Next time we'll go to Pump it Up. read more

It deserves a half star to no stars but there is no button for that.... I am a mother of 4 and went there for a birthday party this past Sunday. My 6 yr. and 4 yr. were demined to play in the baby section because of their height. They couldn't even play with their friend at the party. My kids are tall enough to play at Urban Jungle but not here. I talked to the manager and all she could say is, "that's our Policy". I will not be promoting their facility. And I was not the only mom with this issue that day... Also beware if you have a Little Person (Dwarf) and they are older but under the height requirement, they are demined to play in the "Baby Section". If I was the mother, I would be contacting a lawyer and have a lawsuit in hand. Hopefully Corporate will get it together and come up with a better plan. read more

I had a birthday party for my 10 year old twins, and after spending close to a thousand dollars, I think it speaks volumes I had no follow up. No one cared how we were treated. We received no passes for future visits, which were part of of party package. Trampoline parks are great, just please, consider Sky Zone. Sky Zone will make sure your party is great for everyone. Sky Zone will assign people to actually help with your party. Get Air has no elevator for your handicapped guests, sorry if your party is upstairs, they are not welcome. I was worried, luckily my father in law was able to make it up stairs. If I could I would give Get Air 0(zero) stars, read more

Overall good. There is a dodge ball area, climbing wall, and foam pit. However, the foam pit feels a little dirty and many of the obstacles they have are too hard for most kids. I found the trampolines are well maintained. It is a little pricey but I came on the twice the time Tuesday which made it more affordable. The biggest thing I want to mention, however, is the safety aspect. When jumping I sprained my foot and had to use crutches afterwards. As long as you are cautious and stay safe, you will be fine. read more

During winter break I took my kids here to meet up with family, as they love it. However, to save time I figured I would go online and pre-purchase their jump time. I tried three different times to order online and each time I was told that my purchase could not be made. So the kids and I drive there and I pay for their session. Imagine my surprise when both my bank statements and credit cards show up with 126 dollars in charges from Get Air, on top of the 32 dollars I actually paid when I arrived. When I called to resolve the issue, the young girl took my name and number down and said that a manager would call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. I am truly disappointed since my children, who are gymnasts, love to go there. Needless to say unless this is resolved we will not return. read more

Normally I love this place, but one employee there caught my eye. I was there with my daughter and her friends and an employee named "Theo" was incredibly disrespectful. I'm taking me and my kids to another trampoline park even if it costs more. This is simply disgusting. read more

My boys LOVE this place! Nothing like a 2 hour dodgeball session to tire them out! Usually, on Sunday at 1:30pm is not so busy.....

Can't say that I was the one actually using this place. Had my daughter's birthday there. Her and her friends had a great time. They gave them a lot of jumping time then we went upstairs to a reserved room for the party. Their supplied pizza wasn't the best, but then again what can you expect from a place like this for pizza? I do think they were a bit over priced though. read more
