I took my family here for the first time last Friday. I was a little confused doing the waivers when we first arrived, but the cashier Jamie was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was very attentive in fixing my issues with the online waiver forms. The prices aren't horrible, but Jamie recommended some online deals on the website for the next time we visit, which are great for big families. There was plenty of activities to do for a variety of ages, including dodgeball, a swing, and a bouncy house. My family and I had a great time today, thank you Jamie for all of your help! read more

Went here with my sons and their friends, they had a blast! The check in process was so fast and the cashier Jamie was so helpful when I was confused about some things lol. Currently considering the annual pass for my son :) read more

Jacob that works there and refs dodgeball is Awesome! He made it so much fun for my kids.

I love Jamie she's my favorite worker and she always is so nice to everyone and works really hard

A fun place for the kids. The service is friendly, the reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the place is so big so you need to keep an eye on your party. Not a cheap place to have a birthday party. read more

My son and his friend had a fantastic time at Get Air Poway. They are both 5 years old and right at the 46 inches which allowed them to play in the big area. There were quite a few bigger kids (teenagers) and at one point my son was next to one when they bounced which caught my son off guard and threw my son into the air. He landed a little funny and was startled by this which made him cry. There was only 2 people monitoring the area and one of them came up to us to check in on him which was a nice gesture. This place was packed due to the Veteran's day holiday and all the schools being out. I took one star away due to the super long wait we had to endure (1.5 hours) before getting in. There was quite a bit of confusion as to the lines and no staff to provide guidance and direction. They were definitely understaffed. We will go back for sure and hopefully it won't be so packed. read more

My Kids love this place! For the reviews about it being crowded? That's a bit obvious as it's the new place to be for our POWAY kids?? It doesn't bother me as it's a new place to hang out and have fun, not to mention the exercise they are getting jumping and flipping around, staff was nice too:) The only negative thing may be that it is a little bit more costly than other places to have a birthday party? But other than that a great place! read more

The director is extremely rude and customer service sucks. The installation in falling out of the ceiling and the whole place just looks run down. read more

This place is absolutely horrible. The employees are just a bunch of children who have little to no customer service skills. We were here for maybe 20 minutes and I needed a refund. Constant correction from the children workers. I wouldn't go here if it was free. I absolutely wasted 80 dollars for 3 children to be policed by jerk power hungry kids. DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Clean, good service, large. I have a small guy so I liked the separate area for small kids. Price is higher then other places in the area so I won't come too often read more

The only place to just "jump around" is in the big kid area. Kids under 46" don't really have a place to just jump freely. Management needs to add an area for kids under 46" to jump freely, otherwise this is pretty much a waste of money. I would not recommend this place for kids under 7 years old. Also things appear to be falling apart. A lot of things look dirty. Not a lot of money seems to be spent on upkeep or maintenance. read more

I really loved Get Air Poway I have a almost two year old who loved the children play area. I did place minus one star because there is no staff in this area and there was a little boy telling his sister to punch other kids in this area. There were also fast running and aggressive kids, mind you nothing happened to my son. That's not to say that would always be the case though someone could have easily hurt the smaller kiddos. My overall experience was AMAZING 10+ my son came in nervous and skiddish and did not want to leave and was jumping in the foam pit by the end. We will be back and we had a blast is highly recommend and may have his next birthday party here. :) read more

Customer service related. Called to make sure it was open and due to Covid if there were any special recommendations. I was simply told it was open and masks are required but WAS NOT told about any reservations. My family drove from Temecula and was told it was full and there was nothing she could do. Careless and ignorant employees!!! read more

Weak "corporate policy" not allowing toddlers on main areas, except Tuesday Thursday 10a-12, even if there are zero big kids on the entire building. I added video showing how empty it is. Change the policy guys. read more

We brought our son and his brother here on his birthday, and they loved it! The place is very open and there are a lot of cool things to do: foam pit, roads coarse, and tons of trampolines. After the one hour jump session, they were dead tired! Thanks, get air :) read more

It's been a while since I experienced truly superb customer service, but the staff assisting with our 11yo's birthday party offered just that. Yes, there are improvements that could be made here & there, those foam ball pits are showing some wear, the pizza was meh, etc. But on a Thursday night, our little party had a fantastic time and I think the staff had a lot to do with that. My advice to management, give those party-hosts an extra bonus and consider a way to give the parents paying for the party a free session on those massage chairs. :) I look forward to doing this again, I was very happy with the experience. read more

This park is excellent. Both management, and the life guards alike are friendly and professional. If you are looking for a great time, Club Air on Friday Nights is the place to be! read more

This facility is great for the kids but smells horrible and the bathrooms are never clean.

It's a fun place for kids and adults! We had a blast. Highly recommend the place for a good time with family

I take my 5 year old here quite often and the staff are always friendly and the place is always clean. Now for the bad: my daughter is just under the height requirement so most of the time she's made to jump in the kids section which is gated off and small. If I want to jump with her, which most of the time she wants me to, we have to use the upper foam pit area which only has two trampolines that are used to launch into the foam pits and a lot of the bigger kids are using those as well. Needless to say she gets quite bored within 1 hours time. As I said, the staff are friendly, but they're held to enforce these rules that are making the place become more of a jump-nazi dictatorship by the week. "No chewing gum. No sitting on the top of the trampolines. No laying down on the trampolines. No double flips. No little kids in the big-ass trampoline area even though there's practically no one here. You must wear socks. No drinking (we even disabled the water fountains so you can't drink)." Every other minute someone is blowing a whistle and yelling guidance. I get accidents can happen and we want to be safe but damn. Its a trampoline park where all corners and sharp edges are covered with soft mats. If kids can't run around here, where the hell can they?? We signed waivers so let the parents decide if they want their kid to jump with other kids or segregate them to the small area. That is all. read more

I would leave no stars if I could but my experience here Get Air was the worst I have ever experienced. I was just there last night for a birthday party for my little brother. Our party consisted of his friends (7-10) and a few family friends who are also teens and young adults. Everything was going fine until a bunch of other teenagers started bullying our kids. There was absolutely no one supervising any of the jumping areas. The teens were cussing and being extremely rude to our kids. We tried to tell them to stop but they would not listen. At one point, one teen decided to GRAB ONE OF OUR KIDS and throw him. This was absolutely unacceptable. What made it worse was that all of the teen's friends were laughing and joking about it and did not even apologize after being confronted about it. We spoke to the employees about it yet absolutely nothing was done. It took maybe 20 minutes for this teen to get kicked out despite the fact he assaulted one of our kids. The older kids in our party had to do these "lifeguard's" jobs for them and essentially keep an eye on this group of teens to make sure they didn't mess with our kids. Even after being talked to, these teens still cussed and believed they did absolutely nothing wrong. The lifeguards did the absolute bare minimum, and it appeared that the we're friends with these teens. The teen got kicked out but then returned twice trying to sneak back in. The last time he tried to sneak in, he sprinted and tried to hide in the dodgeball court. Our kids expressed feeling extremely uncomfortable and scared and the staff did nothing to help until we called their manager. This experience was absolutely ridiculous and showed how poorly the place is managed. I am definitely never coming back here and do not suggest to come back here unless you want to get harassed by teenagers and be with a staff who does absolutely nothing to help. read more

This is a very nice place for kids or family to have fun. I brought my daughter and her friend here for two hours and they really loved it. read more

This place is super dope. I came in on a Saturday night during club air and had blast with the music, lights, and the staff was chill.

This is NOT a safe place to take your children!! My family and I were there for a birthday party and since COVID restrictions have been somewhat lifted, the jumping area was open to the public as well, which we didn't mind until there was a group of teenage bullies, who started messing with some of the kids from our party (ages 7-10). They were dropping a lot of f*bombs and screaming at them, mainly in the dodgeball area. But, it didn't stop there - it continued in other jump areas, too. Us parents of the kids from the party were there witnessing all of this and had kindly asked the teenagers to be careful about their actions and language, but of course, who are we to them that they would care to listen?? One teen crossed ALL boundaries once he laid hands on one of our kids from our party. The teen thought it would be smart to grab a 10-year old from our party, who was minding his own business, by the neck and picked him up!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The incident was immediately reported to the "Referees", who was basically one of the teen's peers. There were no adult managers on site to be seen or to help deal with the situation. So, THAT alone is a red flag!! The teen wasn't immediately reprimanded by the staff. He was seen laughing and hi-fiving his friends who were there. Bullies, I tell you!! You can imagine how LIVID our parents were!!! He was finally "kicked out"...for about 10 minutes?!? We think this teen was friends with the referees, who let him back in and he tried to slyly hide behind the dodgeball area. UNACCEPTABLE AGAIN!! All in all, avoid this place at all cost! read more

Get Air Poway - So much fun and good work out. - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Poway, California

So disappointed and angry with this place. My 8 1/2 year old son was invited here for a 2nd Grade Birthday Party. My son is height challenged and was the only one in his 2nd Grade Class that was not allowed to go in the Big Area. He was told to play in the little kid area. Meanwhile, his classmate's sibling who is a Kindergartner, was allowed to jump with the big kids. How is that fair!! He was told he had to be 46". Ridiculous! This is height discrimination without consideration for age or maturity level. He was at Rockin' Jump last week and was not restricted from any areas. My son left Get Air in tears!! Many of the parents were upset about this and the way it was handled. Needless to say, we will not be returning. read more

what in the world. all of a sudden the rules have changed? for the past two years i have been allowed to bring my little one in (who is under 4 feet) to jump WITH ME in the big kid area when it is during school hours. The staff has always allowed us to and many other younger kids to go when there is only a few older children in the building. Never has this been an issue. Today i drove all the way from Ranch Santa fe to Poway ( a good 30 mins) to come jump with my two little ones because they didn't have school but we knew public schools still had class. We arrive, excited and ready just to find out "the rules have been changed" There was seriously 6-10 kids in the building, this HUGE building and i was told that my 4 year old who is 3 feet tall could not come with me anymore to jump in the big kid area where she has been for the last 2 years on days like this. EMPTY DAYS! first off, you just turned away a loyal costumer and what the what! why did this changed? did this even really change? SOOOOO THE BEST PART!!! i get to tell my 4 year old, who USED TO love jumping around with me and her sister in the big kid area that she isn't allowed anymore. After 2 years of doing it. please. this doesn't seem right. read more

My boys (7 & 3 years old) had a great time! They have a separate section for younger children that is enforced. For a place like this, safety has to be top priority. However, staff on the floor are pretty indifferent to what's going on. My six year old and I have been here for several birthday parties, but our latest time here was upsetting. My son and his friends spent most of their time inside the dodgeball courts playing with other children. At some point, teenagers joined in on their game. The supervising staff did not separate the six year olds from the taunting teenagers. Needless to say, the teenagers threw the balls harder and some children got hurt. And what did the staff do? Nothing. In fact, the staff walked away after & the courts were unsupervised for some time. read more

First and only time coming! How do you want to put a 5 year old in the toddler section when the park is dead empty?! Not cool!

Management is horrible here. We had a party using the Groupon deal and ordered 4 pizzas for our 11 year old girl's birthday and her friends. We called ahead of time to check twice that the pizza order would be placed. The party host told us at the time of eating that they didn't have pizza for us and it was probably our fault since we didn't order 3 days in advance (an assumption on her part). She further elaborated that when we call to make changes, we are actually talking to the corporate office which doesn't communicate well to the local sites. I explained that this must reflect poorly with their online reviews, and she replied, "our reviews are already horrible". About 10 min later, another teenage kid who worked there was carrying pepperoni and cheese pizzas to the back bragging about how they had extra pizzas. He stashed them on a back room shelf. I asked him if they could be ours, and he said no way and that they were probably for another party. I confronted him and told him I was taking the pizzas I ordered, which I did. Next thing I know, the manager confronted me and told me that my party and I had to leave or they were calling the police for stealing pizza! They told me that the pizza was for another party across the room, however, the other party saw the situation and said that they already had their ordered pizza. The manager actually took the pizza off the kids' plates. One kid's hand was actually slapped by the box closing. When the kids cried, they told the kids to blame their parents. We left quietly, but other party parents were appalled by the situation and complained to the manager calling her a "child abuser". The police came but never spoke to us because 1) no law was broken 2) other patrons intercepted them and told them how inappropriate the manager (with multicolored hair) was. Trashy situation. Trashy place. I'm sure this birthday will never be forgotten by the kids! read more

It's really hard not to have fun in a place like this. It's one big fun room, that's for sure. Having been to Sky Zone in Chula Vista, and Sky High Sports on Miramar, I can't help but compare all three. Get Air does not rank at the top. It is the newer of the 3, so I'm sure they will work out the kinks, but until then, I'd have to recommend Sky High Sports. First off, this place is smaller than Sky High and Sky Zone. The check in staff were nice. I love the ipads where you can sign your waiver. While it saves a bit of time, the check in process is still very tedious and seems to take way too long. The trampolines here are fun. No doubt. The problem here is the organization, or lack thereof. We've been a few times, and if you have small children, I'd probably stick to weekend mornings and earlier times. We've gone later in the evening, and during the weekends, since my kiddo is a bit older, and there are definitely more teenagers. Throw some little ones in the mix and you've got a injury waiting to happen. There is an area for the toddler age kids, but it's the younger school aged kids that could get hurt. The staff doesn't regulate here at all. There was one person working the entire floor, and unlike Sky High or Sky Zone, they don't seem to care who is jumping where. Kids are flying everywhere, in every direction. One day, a group of teenagers were running from the top level, where the tightrope was, flying down onto the second level. The problem here was there were other people jumping on the second level crossing the path of the runners. There were many near collisions, and a definite collision at the end. I'm surprised they didn't call an ambulance because the kids collided pretty hard. The staff didn't stop this, and I don't know how he couldn't have seen it. It went on for a while. I just don't think there are enough out there, and they don't seem trained. The dodgeball area is fun, but they let way too many kids in at one time. Too many. You have to go barefoot here, which is also a bit weird. What's gonna happen when this place isn't as new as it is now? Yuck. There are couches located in various locations, and an upstairs party area, which I didn't check out. The prices are reasonable and there are coupons available which makes it even more affordable. If they work out the kinks, this place will do fine. read more

I have been to Get Air multiple times and I have to say every time was amazing besides this last time. We've visited Temecula before the Poway location opened and also visited Vista and overall every employee has always been upbeat, friendly and inviting. This last time we were at Poway I had spoken with the General Manager of the facility, an older women, and at first she was very respectful and was listening to what I was saying. After a couple minutes she became very rude and condescending and treated me as if I was my toddlers age. She ended up giving me a couple free jump passes to come back to keep her job but I went up to a young lady that was working that was there for the whole incident if she always treats everyone in such an unprofessional manner and she clearly stated that that's the way she treats her employees as well. As I stated earlier, every time I was at all Get Airs the employees were all happy and friendly but this time everyone seemed very uncomfortable. I went up to another employee this time a young man and asked him how he enjoyed working at the facility and he first stated it was a fun job but after tricking him I got him to say that all the employees hate the general manager, she runs a poor work environment and that she is unprofessional and she THREATENS them. A few minutes into talking I looked up and saw the manager exiting the building and moments after I overheard employees near us saying Deb is gone finally thank god. Deb being their manager. I spoke with several more employees and all of them saying the same thing about their manager and because of her they hate their jobs. I will no longer support such a park that has their employees miserable because of who is running the company. This lady needs to be fired. How can she get away with threatening her employees and still running a multi million dollar business. I happened to be a normal guest and they were quick to tell me the flaws of the business. In such a case it has to be a serious problem. I wrote this review in hopes that others too will complain. Kristin read more
