Love the selection of food and great atmosphere. Just a little crowded inside and outside it's either too cold or too hot to enjoy your meal . Otherwise the food was good . read more

Kids would definitely enjoy the food offered here, which includes marshmallows and a chocolate fountain! They even have ice cream and sherbet available as well! It may not be my first choice of buffet, but it has a decent variety of food featuring your typical buffet items (fried rice, broccoli beef, sushi, mushroom chicken, etc.). You'll get the most bang for your buck with their hibachi grill. I definitely recommend this place for families that are looking for a big meal before or after shopping at the mall. read more

My husband and I went on Memorial Day for lunch. It was pretty busy but the sign in said that we would wait around 23 to 36 minutes. I believe it was about 30 minutes we waited. The place was really nice and clean too. The service was very good. I did not like the crab or the crawfish it was mushy and bland. I didn't think the sushi was going to be good, but it surprisingly was. There was even sashimi, but when they put it out it soon disappeared because everybody wanted some, it also was good. The crab raccoon was the best I've ever had in my life. It was perfect. As we were leaving we were taking a selfie with that big bear in the entrance and one of the staff members stopped what they were doing to come take a picture for us and we didn't even ask so I thought that was really great customer service. Eager to come back and try the dinner out. read more

Tables are VERY crowded together. The food selection is decent but could have been bigger.

This place is busy but we didn't wait too long to be seated for a table of six. All the seafood was pretty fresh. They had lots of shellfish, oysters, clams, scallops, sea snails and mussels cooked in different ways. They had fried crab and fried shrimp too. It's pretty clean for a buffet. The sushi is what is to be expected for a buffet, nothing special. They had pretty good dessert options, ice cream fresh fruit and chocolate fondue fountain too. They cleared the table of dirty/used plates fairly often so that it stayed clear of dirty plates. It's loud in there as there are a lot of people. Great place to take the family. Minus one star because it was my daughter's birthday and she didnt get a free meal because they required 6 paying adults in order for the birthday meal to be free read more

Decor was nice and employees were helpful however Seafood not fresh Fruits stale Sushi was tasteless Kum Pao chicken flavorless If your going to be a buffet then focus on freshness, right? Raise prices a little bit and focus on quality. Unlikely we will coming back unless these reviews get better Owners Get it together, great central location that's easily accessible, dont blow it by going cheap or improve your quality standards. read more

Food is good and fast wait time. They have limited variety of food but most popular is the huge oysters, crab and crawfish. 2nd and 3rd round you will start to look for variety. Price is higher compared to Hibachi Buffet. read more

Excellent food. Very popular but worth the wait. Will return. Large selection of seafood dishes. Fresh sushi.

Stopped by here for a quick lunch pre-shopping...and was definitely a win-win! Great lunch price and options! They have a hibachi bar, sushi, desserts...lots of seafood options!!! The best thing about the seafood is the quality! I'm not a huge fan of buffets because I feel like quality goes out the door when making mass portions of a dish...but everything tasted amazing! Highly recommend their scallops with crabmeat!! Will definitely come back with the whole family! read more

I've came here about 3 or 4 times. It's a great alternative for picky eaters or if you have a lot of stomach problems. I can't eat a lot of other types of food but here there's lots of shrimp crab and seafood and also other types of lband food. I know that's not what you want to hear about it buffet but they have also red meat pork lots of fried rice and egg rolls and foods like that as well and even some pizza. The reason I can't give it a full five star reviews because they got rid of their self-serve ice cream. Used to be able to scoop up as much as you want it and they had a lot more flavors too especially the rainbow ice cream. They no longer have it it was the perfect ice cream for my stomach the new ice cream is just standard ice cream it's fine but they're in these tiny little child size cups and I'm not feeling that at all. So I will definitely come here a lot less but it's still pretty good read more

Most of the dishes tasted old, but overall it was okay. People hype about this place but I don't get it. The service was fine, the ambiance is cute in the entrance area. My chances of going back are slim. read more

I was so excited to try this new buffet place, we drove from SF to try this hype... 1. Service was amazing, they were constantly taking out our used plates. 2. Food was bland -nothing special about the menu. 3. We felt rushed that we were asked to leave 10 minutes before our allotted time(they said they were busy) 4. Seafood was not fresh..., we all got sick with diarrhea after eating there. I was so sick & it was a struggle going back to SF that I had to use the bathroom 4 times! That was the 1st & last time I will ever eat there!!! Warning: Don't waste your money ! read more

A new buffet is in town and it's better than China Wall Buffet down the street. I loved their Mongolian Noodles station and the chocolate fountain. There are a decent selection of foods to choose from sushi, fried foods, seafood etc. I came here on a Wednesday afternoon and it was packed. Service was good and friendly. Drinks are included. They have soda, coffee and tea. read more

We found Fusion Buffet on Apple Maps. We're I. Town for a couple days and was looking for a buffet close to us. We were greeted warmly by the host and taken to our table right away. There is a great assortment of sushi. The hibachi grill was well stocked with chicken, beef, shrimp, and sausage with fresh veggies. The guy working the grill was on it! He grilled our food just how we liked it. The ambience is warm and inviting! Restaurant is very clean and the workers are very quick to clean up. Fantastic food and great service!! Thank you Fusion Buffet!! read more

Fusion Buffet - food - Buffets Near Me - Concord, California

Came here on a whim just because it looked so new and shiny from the outside. It's spacious and clean on the inside as well. I personally do not go to buffets for gourmet, perfectly cooked entrees. In terms of doneness, there will always be pieces that are slightly overcooked or not 110%. However, the majority of the food had good fresh quality! A buffet's signature is providing tasty options and variety, and this one provides. If you like Chinese fusion and seafood, this place has something yummy for everyone! Even on a busy weekend, workers made sure empty plates didn't sit on your table long. It was such a bargain trying different sushi rolls, American Chinese dishes (think Kung Pao Chicken), and different seafood (mussels, crab legs, steamed oysters). They make sure each buffet selection is a reasonable size so when it's empty, it can be replenished and taste fresh/hot. I also love the help yourself soda machines, tea, and ice cream. I got to eat a bit of everything at my own pace and then narrow down what I wanted for seconds. Overall, I was so impressed by my first impression that I brought my family here a second time and we were all happy. We'll be back soon! read more

Went for lunch. Food was good with a nice variety of dishes. - Sushi was good with a good variety of rolls and different sushi. -Mongolian bbq station is good. -Chinese food was good with a lot of options. There was nothing I had that wasn't I would stop eating mid bite. -Front of house could be a little more welcoming than just saying "How many!" -The wait staff was very nice and quick to clear your plate. The restaurant is clean and inviting. They are constantly cleaning and wiping things down. One thing that was a little off was when they refilled the sushi all they did was rinse off the plate and dried it with a rag that was just there. Would go back! read more

I am wondering if the owners of this buffet are the same owners as Lone Tree Buffet in Brentwood, as the menu seems to be nearly identical! That was a bit of a disappointment to me, as Lone Tree hardly ever changes the food selection, and now Fusion will have the exact same things. After awhile, it gets repetitive. Please plleassseee change the food selection at this place!! read more

Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 3/5 my daughter and I came here for a soft opening day and it was great! we were sat by the drink refill station and utensils. it was clean and the food was very warm. today is Mother's Day 2025 and we came here with my daughter, my dad, and my sister. there was already a line outside (around 1050am). We didn't wait that long, HOWEVER, there was already a long line to get food. they ARE a pay first then get sat down buffet so be aware. I had to give 3/5 stars bc they gave an HOUR-eating time frame for everyone. I know some buffets and restaurants give 90mins. but an hour? not even enough time to properly inhale my food. suffice to say, we had to snarf our food down bc there was apparently a bajillion other people waiting to eat for an hour as well. food was good. great food choices. saw a familiar face from another buffet place working. other than that... Lone Tree Buffet is still a little bit better. However, Fusion is good if you're in the area and don't feel like trekking out to Brentwood direction (with horrible traffic and all). (sorry no pics this time trip. next time we come back I'll try to remember to take pics). overall, not bad but felt rushed to enjoy my food read more

Good food, great ambiance, great service. When I walked in, I was immediately impressed by the ambiance of the place. There was a large chandelier in the lobby, along with a very large bear made of glass (I think), a few feet away. I really like the dangling lights and the neon lights. We came in on a Monday during lunch, but it wasn't too busy yet. We were greeted as we walked in, then seated right away after we paid. The food was delicious, but my only minor complaint was the aftertaste of the clam chowder. I'm glad that beverages are included; it was my first time seeing coffee, tea packets, and hot chocolate at a buffet. I was excited for the ice cream and chocolate fondue, The service is great; finished plates were cleared right away, and the friendly hosts at the front were smiling while saying thank you as we left. I will definitely come back! read more

I came here last week and the buffet had a unique aesthetic compared to other buffets that I've gone to. They had a more diverse variety of sushi and other meats to eat from such as pork and beef ribs. The waiters/bussers were super attentive. For the most part the food was good except for the clam chowder which didn't taste like clam chowder and there was little to no clams in the chowder. read more

Food options where great. Be careful if decide to come here with a big group of people however, the resturant charges an incidental fee for large groups then was unwilling to sit our party together. New restaurant so I wanted to try it. It was their soft opening and was only $25 per person so I took my parents with me. Staff was nice and was very clean inside. Foodwise had no flavor at all to them. They were all lacking salt or msg in the Chinese dishes. The tuna sushi tasted all rubbery and the sushi rice was super mushy and watery. The salt and pepper crab were small and had barely any meat in them. Even the ice cream that you have to scoop yourself had no flavor either. Overall good ambiance but all food lacking a lot of flavor . Probably won't comeback again if I had to pay regular price. read more

Food was excellent, the service was good too and pretty attentive for how busy it was. I had gone there w my partner on a Sunday and totally didnt factor in that it was Sunday, so of course hella families were here. Had to wait 40 min to be seated but i'm not a chump that gets upset about that. my only critique would be how inside it feels a bit cramped and having to step aside frequently or wait for people to pass through the food section was a bit annoying and inconvenient. Felt cramped yet seemed very full so it's just weird. Regardless I recommend this spot if ur in Concord, otherwise just order takeout or go on a less busy day read more
