Been here a few times, and its an okay buffet. There is good selection of food, but not a whole lot. There are hibachi-grilled options and a dessert bar. Vegetarian options are also available. I love the chocolate fountain, but I wish there was more options to utilize it. The service was friendly and they were attentive. The restaurant is pretty clean and spacious environment, making it where you can do family dining and group gatherings. Pricing wise, I think it's not bad at all. Especially for dinner. Had a variety of seafood: fried shrimp, salt and pepper shrimp, steamed oysters, steamed mussels, scallops with vermicelli, and Manila clams. Each dish was prepared very well. The seafood was fresh. The meat of each one was very tender. Loved the oyster especially. It was very tender and juicy. The sushi was exceptionally delicious. It was a mixture of simple nigiri and specialty rolls. Loved the salmon and ahi nigiri. They were very fresh. The inari with seaweed salad was good too. The unagi was also good as well. The French fries were nice. They were reminiscent of Cajun fries. Loved that seasoning. It was crispy and paired well with the fried chicken wings. The beef ribs were excellent. The meat was very tender and the seasoning was tasty. Loved that fatty piece to the meat. The sweet and sour ribs were good, too. Sticky and sweet with tender pork, was excellent. The chicken and mushroom was nice. Loved the mushrooms, especially. I miss all of the Asian buffet restaurants from the 2000's. The atmosphere, the endless choices and the overall experience. This place brought me back the second I walked in the door. From the giant "bedazzled" bear that greets you when you enter to the neon lighting under the buffet to the comfortable seating, the ambiance reminded me of those buffets from twenty years past. I was warmly greeted and seated immediately. I couldn't have possibly tried all the dishes during my first visit however all of the dishes I chose were super fresh and spot on. You will wait up to an hour on a busy day. At least they have tables outside to sit at or you can go walking around the mall to kill time. Birthday celebrants eat for free with 6 guests. They don't have an age limit for kids it's by height. Fresh fruit, sushi, Chinese dishes, cooked and steamed seafood. You get your own drinks, silverware but napkins are at the table. Came to fusion tonight to celebrate my son's birthday. I must admit I was skeptical because I never had good experience at any buffets I've been too let's just say buffet and I just don't get along it's either the food is salty or too bland and I leave still hungry and disappointed but at fusion's it was the opposite I actually like the food it was good especially the coconut shrimp it didn't taste like coconut shrimp more of like a honey walnuts shrimp without the walnuts but it was good I went back for seconds. I didn't try most of the food but the ones I did try were good . they had a chocolate fountain I went and made chocolate cover strawberries and ended my meal with that and left full and satisfy my son really like the food there as well and we're planning to go back in the future. read more

Came across this place on a fb page & had to give it a try when in the area. The place is very well decorated and modern looking with tables, booths and chairs. The price for the buffet was only 20.99. They had a lot of items on the table as well. & drinks were included as well. The food tasted very good but some of the dishes lacked the spicyness & flavor. The place was almost packed even on a weekday. They 've got good number of people working around to bush the plates as well. Very welcoming staff ! Good thing they don't charge for the drinks--I love that. The ambience was cozy, and when we arrived, there weren't that many people yet. I did see a young girl getting marshmallows with her hands and putting them into skewers and then dipping the marshmallows into the chocolate fountain. This is extremely unsanitary. I did not get any more chocolate from the chocolate fountain after this. Wish there is a more sanitary way for diners to dip their marshmallows or fruits into the chocolate fountain. This is such a beautiful location with endless food options. I love the fact that they have the drinks machine out on the floor for guests to refill instead of having to ask a worker every time you need a refill. We walked in and the place was about half full. The place was nice, bright, and trendy. Checked out the offerings and there was a good variety of dishes. Decent sushi offerings and sashimi. Many of the rolls had cream cheese inside. The Chinese dishes were good. They tasted fresh and authentic. The American dishes (pizza, Texas toast) were less so. An Italian pasta would've been nice. The steamed oysters were popular. Small dessert selection. The fruit wasn't very ripe. They had a Mongolian bbq noodle bar. Assuming they were still doing the soft opening and the price was good. The waiting time will say 30-50 minutes, but never have I waited that long with parties of 2,5 & 15. This place is AWESOME! Fried rice bad. 4 of the 5 desserts were not edible after 1 bite. Watermelon and strawberries. The drinks were watered down (2 different lemonades). They did not have Coke, Sprite,7up or Root beer. No Tofu for Vegetarians or Vegans. Conclusion: Get the feeling the management is cutting corners with old fish,sparse drinks,and bad cooking. Everything had a bad "off taste". The quality of the meat and vegetables are pretty good though (visually appealing). Slightly long waiting time at 2pm. Very hectic and almost running into people. Was there during the lunch to dinner transition (was not intentional). They put signs up and enforce that if you pay for lunch, that you are not to get any of the dinner menu.
