Stopped in here randomly as the BBQ place we wanted to go to was closed. Since this was a 5 star rating we decided to give it a try. Service was excellent! The 3 people working that day were so helpful and welcoming. Food on the other hand was just okay for us. It's good but not 5/5. Beef broth is sweeter than we are used to and the broth of spicy wonton noodles seems just bowl of chili oil. This place is a must try! We had the best customer service we have experienced in a long time. The servers and hosts there were great! And we went on a Saturday, and they were pretty full in there, yet everyone was so attentive to us and the other customers. I tried the Vermicelli Boom Cha Y'all, and it was as delicious as other people say! The sauce was very tasty, and I really enjoyed the crunchiness and texture of the egg rolls. I don't even know how to describe the steak in this dish--it was so good! The meat was tender, with just the right amount of acidity. The only thing I did not like was the amount of bean sprouts put in there, but the overall execution of the dish helped me overlook that! I also had their spring rolls with peanut sauce. This place is amazing. Service is a 10, food is a 10, the owner is always there waiting tables, serving food, making sure quests are happy. On this visit I had the aloha fried rice that comes with shrimp, pineapple, spam and a fried egg. Everything is made to order so there is a small wait for your food but it's worth it. Also the shrimp in the fried rice was fresh shrimp, not the frozen kind. The servers are super friendly and don't have a problem explaining the menu or recommending a dish. The owner is a genuinely nice guy and will come by and check on each table and even sit and have a conversation with you on just about anything. My new pho place. There are decent places around, but this one is far better in my opinion. They offer a small spring roll with the pho ingredients and a small pho broth bowl for only around $6 and it's perfect! I always order spring rolls and pho separately at other restaurants because I can't just get one and it's always way too much food. Next time I come back I'm going to try the Keto pho! So far, I'd say this restaurant is way more successful, based on ratings alone. For an app, I tried their Pho-rollees, which is a great concept. These were actually pretty good. I also ordered the beef pho and the vermicelli bowl and was not all that impressed with either. Let's just say the broth needs a lot of help. Everything about our experience here was great, from being greeted to being seated, the waitress' service, management checking up on us and even leaving, we were thanked by everyone for stopping by. The food was good, everything tasted delicious. I am highly impressed with the level of customer service that was provided to us during this visit. Okay, where has this place been or where the hell have I been? I cannot believe I have never been here before. Then we're greeted by the "bus boy" who is very likely the owner, and offers us a shot of peanut butter whiskey when he heard it was our anniversary. I took about fifteen minutes to decide what I wanted because EVERYTHING looks amazing. I wanted it all. Their sense of humor continues on their menu with the menu items and descriptions. We ended up getting a few popular items to split. The fries covered in spicy mayo and pulled pork were soooo good. I do with the fries were a different brand but still so incredibly good. The egg rolls were amazing as well as the sauce that was given with it. I could drink it. The cream cheese crab egg rolls were beyond delicious. Paired with above mentioned sauce and it was an amazing combination. My husband got the boom cha ya vermicelli and it was just as good as expected. Very flavorful and the addition of shrimp and egg rolls mixed in set it a part. To top everything off, both parties sitting beside us we made small talk with. One for an extended amount of time and we exchanged information. That can happy anywhere but we bonded over how incredible the food was and how happy we were in those moments. At first glance, the beef pho (regular) looked liked it should have more noodles. It was actually a good amount. I did think it was cooked a little too long before being served though as the usual chewiness was almost gone after a few bites. The broth was thin and savory. The homemade meatballs are really big and chewy. I read a few reviews mentioning how strange it was that there were sliced meatballs in the pho. It appears as if they took a a large meatball and sliced the center a few times to get the thin slices and left the end pieces so you get a few half spheres. I liked the spices in the meatballs. I think I would get a small bowl next time as a regular bowl has a lot of meat. The egg roll sampler was pretty good. They came out hot and crispy. I thought the Mac and cheese with ham egg roll with bbq dipping sauce would be a little weird, but it actually tasted good. My favorite part was the flavor and chewiness of the meatballs in the pho.
