The staff are always friendly and showing patience in the event someone doesn't know what they want like my 10 year old. I was craving a refreshing drink after a long morning of running around doing errands. I was instantly greeted as I came through the door and the staff was quick about taking my order. I had the Strawberry Tea with green tea and Passion Fruit w green tea. It was a hit and taste buds were loving it!Also, if you want a heavier tea choose the black tea instead of green tea. This place has lost its touch- The soda cans on the counter have been sitting there so long they have no color left. Showing love to your business is important and when things look old and worn out it makes you wonder about what you can't see. Also, the customer service here has really gone down. Asked for a simple request of a side of jelly balls which I was willing to pay extra for but I was told I had to buy a whole drink first to then get it "on the side". I'm very picky when it comes to boba. I can tell when it hasn't been changed out every four hours when it should be. It gets chewy and just does not taste like fresh boba should. This place was okay. I've had better boba, but it wasn't bad. The place is quaint and cute. Service is okay. Been trying to find a new boba spot since my last one switched owners. That one the fam and I visited almost weekly and they knew our name and our order when we walked it. They moved away and we were devastated. They got me into my love of boba and taught me everything I know about it. I have yet to find a spot since that has the service and quality of boba drinks as my old boba spot. I ordered cream tea using black tea, half and half, condensed milk, yogurt boba and egg custard. I didn't edit the sugar and it was the perfect amount for me. There was nothing too special about the smoothie but the food is where I felt I needed to write a review about. The banh mi had the perfect texture and seemed to be bigger than the average one I usually get elsewhere. The bulgogi hit the spot and on top of that I still had the plate to go! The plate was honestly amazing. What I liked about the chicken is that it was healthy, had lots of flavor and that there was a lot for the price. My favorite drink to order was their Chai Tea with boba. You should be specific when stating the name "Chai" not "Thai" tea, as they have both there. I've seen this boba chain around Houston for a while. I've never thought that I would actually try it. It's a small boba shop. Seating arrangements aren't great for studying because their tables are small and circle shaped. They have a great deal going around right now. It's buy 1 get 1 drink 50% off if you check in on yelp! They have a good variety of drinks, so there should be a drink for everyone! What we ordered: Mango Green Tea - 3/5 It could have used a lot more ice.
