Won't be back. My boyfriend ordered a strawberry (fruit & green tea) got an artificial strawberry asked them if I was possibly a miscommunication. They told me they don't do that and that's how they make it. Also, asked if they could possibly make it with just green tea no sugar. I was told no. I would have to pay for it. I've come here so many times. Honestly thought this would be no problem. Try to make pay for two drinks. Made me extremely sad because I did love this place and would often go out of my way to support local businesses.. this was just super uncool of them. This location doesn't get very good reviews, but its in a good spot near the main intersection of tomball. It's a fairly tight spot, facing business 249 on one side and kroger on the other. They have the typical board and card games for kids or adults to play with while sipping tea. There are numerous pendant lights in the ceiling here, all the same design, and one table even has a cluster of 6 pendants. There is a limited food selection with popcorn chicken, French fries, sweet potato fries and fried squid balls. Also the usual tea options, plus bubble waffles. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea since it was my first time. I think I can see why they are rated low. Boba was inconsistent, as some were super firm and some super tender. The overall drink was super sweet. When ordering, they fail to ask your desired sweetness level. I also tried an avocado smoothie and dint finish that one either. read more

Stopped by this boba shop because it used to be a teahouse so I wanted to see if the menu was the same. (it is similar but they added a few special drinks like lavender, matcha, Thai green tea and strawberry milk tea). I got the matcha milk tea but it was overly sweet and the consistency was off. The drink was separating from the powder. My bf got a thai green milk tea and it wasn't bad but still too sweet for my liking. The squid balls were salty and overly fried. I was playing a nice game of uno with my friends that I haven't seen in a while and we weren't even screaming but we were being a little loud. However, nobody was in the restaurant. This was my first time at this tea house and I sent my little sister in to get a strawberry cream tea. The lady said they did have strawberry cream tea so she continued to make it. When they gave her the tea it said it was a strawberry green tea which is not what she ordered. Teas were good but are over obsessive about masks. I guess some are appreciative of it but, my family and I are over it. It felt like it was the beginning of the pandemic. There is a notice about masks on the door, a notice propped up on a chair right when you walk in, signage about masks all around the cash register / order area instructing you not to move your mask around on your face when ordering, ( which I was told to cover my nose with my mask when I pulled it away slightly so they could hear my order) and a cartoon cat with diagrams informing you how to wear your mask on the cork board.
