So far each visit was worth the wait. Always a long line and staff are busy. The past few weeks after hurricane Beryl was a chaos. It was easier to order inside than the drive-thru. Needless to say today was an exception. Operation is back to its norm and staff are nothing but wonderful. The food and beverages is great this morning. I noticed it looked like it just got made when it was handed to me. Not like the normal where it has watered down somewhat. I enjoy being inside as well as the ambiance is pretty cool. I ordered a Dubai chocolate mocha but was given an iced white mocha instead. I went back to the counter and politely explained the mistake. The cashier insisted I must have ordered the white mocha because that's what the sticker said, even after I clarified it was made wrong. She sighed, told me to throw it away, and remade it. When the new drink was ready, the barista was too busy laughing and talking on her headset to even call my name. The cup was also sticky and spilling, and when I got to my car we realized it was cracked. My boyfriend went back inside just to ask for a new cup, and the same cashier sighed and said, "What's wrong with it now?" The drive -through was packed, so I decided to go inside. I found that they had only three people working, and the inside was crowded . Five minutes later, two more came out from the back. So I walked in at Starbucks and they yelled at me for just adding a snap of a very full day, I thought it was just a crazy morning. I'm a regular person nothing crazy was going on in there. And ALEX one of the workers was so loud and rude to me about it instead of politely asking me please don't post it. She yelled and embarrassed me in the entire store. The two lady's at this location me and my aunt just got drinks from there. Well they argued about how they can't make the "HOT"nondairy apple crisp drink during fall time. It's just because they're lazy and don't want to make it hot but on the "Starbucks website they're supposed to make any drink iced or hot regardless what drink it is". I don't think they actually read the entire sticker for app orders. Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew 7 pumps of cane sugar and extra splash of vanilla cream. I was denied service because I forgot my mask. No mask was available in store. Tell me, whats the difference between 6 ft in store + plexiglass shield and 6 ft in drive thru with no plexiglass ? Nothing. But you can drive thru without a mask! And not get served inside. (I ran in to quickly order because there were 10 cars in drive thru.) Starbucks makes no sense. This Starbucks is in a tucked away location near the Tomball Medical Center. If you don't look for the sign you might miss it. The staff is very friendly, so it's worth the effort. If you have a gold card you can get a free refill in your drink. Also, you can ask for "grounds for your garden" and they will give you a big bag of used coffee grounds. read more

If I could give this Starbucks less than 1 star I would. I come here often only because of the drive through. ONCE AGAIN the only reason I keep coming back is for the drive through. And yes I pay for the venti even though the amount is like a grande but I don't mind I'll pay it any way) annnnyyy hooo. Here's my order for the machiotto. Venti iced caramel machiotto 7 pumps vanilla( it usually comes with 5. I use to say 2 extra pumps of vanilla but then they would ONLY PUT IN 2 pumps instead of 7) I like less milk than what they usually put in( if you look at the cup there are 3 black lines that they use to measure a vinyl machiotto has milk to the top black like I like it to the bottom) So I order it with milk to the bottom black line. WITH EXTRA EXTRA ICE! It's not hard. Vinyl iced caramel machiotto with 7 pumps vanilla milk to the bottom black line with a crap ton of ice. It's simple instructions. Starbucks encourages people to play with their drinks and make them like they like it. I've dont that and they still can't get it right. I will never ever come back to this Starbucks. I'll go to the one in Kroger or 4 miles away before I go here again. Full of incompetent people who cannot make a drink for the life of them. I use to have perfect Starbucks who knew me by my order and I never even had to say it. They'd just ring me up and if be on my way! I since moved and am stuck with this. I am not happy. I was at this Starbucks this morning & the service was horrible, we'll specifically the girl with purple highlights. There a misunderstanding with the cashier of how many drinks I wanted & I proceeded to tell them that I am missing a drink & the lady said okay what was the drink? I proceeded to tell her & I asked a few more times after that if the drink was getting worked on. She continued to say "give us one moment" several times. I didn't get my drink until 20-30 minutes of waiting for a drink that I purchased from the jump. Total weight time approximately 40 minutes or so. Service was horrible. Costumers that come inside need to be treated with the same respect that drive-thru customers do. read more

I've been a frequent Sbux addict since I had my first Java Chip Frappuccino when my older brother got me one when I was like in high school (I wasn't really allowed to drink caffeine lol). I've traveled to different Sbux over this area and have frequented them to study (if I calculated how often I've gone to Sbux, I think I could've supported a fellow Barista and sent them for one semester at the local college!) The good thing about this Sbux is the consistency. Sure some of the baristas change but a couple come to mind since they are hard workers and are very friendly, especially when I bring my younger brothers join me to just chill. Rámon and Jake. Two awesome guys. Rámon is cool cuz he really encouraged my kid brother to do well in track. That makes a long lasting experience since he's a sophomore in high school. Jake is awesome cuz he's very relaxed but helps me correct my drinks if it was made .. um... not as well as I had hoped (I'm remembering a time when there was a girl being trained and the mocha frappe I had tasted like watered down milk with a touch of mocha). Yes, mistakes happen, but listen -- Baristas are people, too, who make mistakes. Be nice about it and ask to see if they can remake the drink for you. If you're late for school or work... you should try your best to add possible beverage mistakes into your commute. Or just make your own at home and you would save money Anyways, these guys and gals are great and I enjoy studying here. If they ever expanded to add more sitting space and outlets (especially wireless Qi chargers that give out 5v/2amps output).... that would be wickedly spectacular! read more
