Venti Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino Blended Beverage

So far each visit was worth the wait. Always a long line and staff are busy. The past few weeks after hurricane Beryl was a chaos. It was easier to order inside than the drive-thru. Needless to say today was an exception. Operation is back to its norm and staff are nothing but wonderful. The food and beverages is great this morning. I noticed it looked like it just got made when it was handed to me. Not like the normal where it has watered down somewhat. I enjoy being inside as well as the ambiance is pretty cool. The AC is great in this time of heat! Head on to Starbucks and collect them stars!

Wasn't blended right. Huge pieces of matcha mix in drink by lady with curly hair and mustache

Matcha wasn't blended. took a sip and matcha mix got stuck to the roof of my mouth very large sticky chunks had to pull the chuck out with my finger. Who to thank? Lady with curly black hair and lil mustache to thank

This is before I took a single drink of it. I asked for light ice.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm so over the inconsistency in their drinks and when I pay over $6 for a cup of coffee, I don't want a cup of just ice. Once I use all the money in my app, I won't be back. I'm so livid.

Nate is at this store. Think I posted his pic for a different store. Sorry for the confusion. Awesome barista!!!

This Starbucks is in a tucked away location near the Tomball Medical Center. If you don't look for the sign you might miss it. The staff is very friendly, so it's worth the effort. If you have a gold card you can get a free refill in your drink. Also, you can ask for "grounds for your garden" and they will give you a big bag of used coffee grounds.

They messed up my entire order. Only 1 out of the 4 drinks were correct and they took a very long time. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Absolutely worst Starbucks. Very poor service. Barista was rude and sloppy. Didn't fill drinks or put whipped cream.

Did you know they have a drive-thru? If not, you should, it's been my saving grace each and…read moreeverytime I visit with the doggos. The ladies are incredibly patient. They make sure my dog(s) have pup cups, help me decifer the menu (it's huge), and everything received seems to be treated with care. Their menu is truly a world tour boasting everything from Cafe Cubano to San Sebastián cheesecake. Today I chose two items...well maybe three depending on who's counting. Their avocado toast is served as thick slice of sourdough topped with cream cheese, guac, and a fried egg (with the option of hot sauce on the side). Their key lime pie is personal sized, and great for those who are sensitive to tart. I'd say, it's a creamy cheesecake with a lime glaze providing a spritz of key lime on top. As for the third item, Linus (my dog) gives their pup cup 5 stars. That being said these folks remain a reliable and delicious-worth a return visit in my book.

Typically when I have a bad experience with a company, I improve my communication in the future and…read moreif all else fails I just pick another place. However, it is obvious that the person that started Barbarossa has a great vision, and we have been going since they were just about to open their second shop. The owner provides above average products yet sadly it is almost always ruined by the incompetence of the hired staff. So I will be sharing my experience today, as well as the pattern of the most baffling interactions I have had over the last year. Today, my partner ordered the breakfast bagel (this comes with avocado), I ordered a croissant with only eggs over hard (this doesn't come with avocado according to their menu). Also it is necessary to ask for eggs over hard otherwise the egg whites will be oozing off your croissant. And I mean this with full disrespect because while cooking is a skill that requires development. How. On. Earth. Do you serve someone a raw egg? It is clearly visible, you don't need a food thermometer, it might literally be the simplest thing to cook. You can practice at home for next to nothing! When you ask for eggs for hard here, they will be close to over medium if you're lucky. Today, since they put avocado on my partners bagel I guess they decided to just add it to mine because why not? Well why not is because it's not on the menu, and I did not ask for it and I'm paying for the item I asked for. Not your random remix. Additionally, every time I order, I make sure to specify I want my matcha UNSWEET. Every time they say "ma'am it doesn't come with sweetner" and I hold my tongue because I know well enough if I don't say that, they add SWEETNER. And since my husband ordered this morning and didn't say unsweet, my Matcha ended up sweet. Once? Fine. Twice? Everyone makes mistakes. It's a drink idc. But every single time unless the customer specifies? Are these people being trained? Do they have the capacity to be trained? And sure you might be thinking wow that's harsh. So I shall share a previous experience. I wanted to purchase a lanyard, we all know a lanyard is about 20 inches long right? Well I asked to buy a lanyard in the drive thru, I was told they didn't sell lanyards, not that they were out of stock. No according to this employee they don't sell them, never have. Mind you I had just seen it in the store a few days earlier. I'm not one to argue so I acted as if it were my mistake. A few days later I stopped inside to see if they had any left in store. They had several, I took it to the register and asked to purchase the lanyard. She said "you mean our dog leashes!" ........... I thought she was pulling a little joke. She wasn't. I'm sorry have you seen someone walk a dog? Have you ever seen a dog leash shorter than 2 feet? Have you ever seen a dog? She genuinely begins to argue with me because she can't find the button for dog leashes in the system. (DUH girl! Because the company you work at doesn't sell dog leashes. How do I know that and you don't?) The manager walked over and chose the LANYARD button to which this young lady says snarkily "oh I guess it is a lanyard". The manager looked bewildered at her and I thought surely he will now realize how lacking his staff is. However that wasn't the case. So I beg. Please train them. Fire them. Replace them with robots please. I don't care. I'm even happy to give them gentle instruction on how to do their job if you'll at least teach them not to talk back. Don't assume they know what a lanyard, or a croissant, or a cup is because it just might be to the failure of your company. Bonus: a lot of these kids seem to not know that the source of sugar is what they call "flavoring" :) If I don't want sugar, it feels like common sense that I don't want vanilla with sugar in it? Sincerely written as a person that supports smaller coffee shops in hopes that they succeed over chains.

If you have not been to Victory Pie Co. in Tomball, you are missing out. My husband and I stopped…read morein for breakfast, and every single bite exceeded our expectations. We split the breakfast sandwich panini and one of their giant cinnamon rolls. The rosemary potatoes were perfectly seasoned with an incredibly velvety texture, and dipping them into their signature Victory Sauce was absolute perfection. The breakfast sandwich was outstanding, with thick, meaty, flavorful bacon on a buttery croissant that tasted like it had just come out of the oven. We paired everything with a caramel hazelnut iced coffee that was perfectly balanced, and the cinnamon roll had just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. What really stood out was the quality. Everything is made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. On our way out, we could not resist taking home two pies and the cutest strawberry Pop-Tart covered in patriotic sprinkles. They looked almost too pretty to eat. The food alone would have earned five stars, but the hospitality made the experience unforgettable. The owner was incredibly genuine and treated every customer like a VIP. She has a true heart for veterans and took the time to personally thank my husband for his service. That kind of kindness is rare and speaks volumes about the people behind this wonderful business. Victory Pie Co. has earned loyal customers in us. We cannot wait to come back and work our way through the rest of the menu.
