Let me start by saying I enjoy this Dutch Bros location. I'm a creature of habit and usually order the same drink 9 out of 10 times I go. However I have experienced not once but three times within the past few coffee runs I order a "small" and have been automatically charged and given a medium drink. When I ask "why" their answer is usually because they likely didn't hear me, but three times is more than a coincidence. Please be mindful not to automatically assume that patrons want a medium or larger drink. I'd rather the size I know I can finish in a sitting than a bigger size and be wasteful. read more

I love this place! The people are super friendly! And the drinks are honestly so much better than the Starbucks down the road. Slightly more expensive, but definitely worth the extra money. I wish I could try everything on the menu because everything sounds good. It's also very consistent quality. Basically the only thing I don't like is that it's ridiculously busy most of the time, especially on the weekends. Makes sense & I am happy that they are getting the business, but on the weekends you should expect to spend 20+ minutes waiting in line in your car. Update, knocking this down to three stars. Sunday night, took me nearly 30 min to get through the line- I got a frost and it had melted by the time it got to me (see picture, this was the condition it came to me, this was taken right after I got the drink.) The woman taking the orders was chitchatting with every car and going in a random order rather than how people had arrived. This has been a problem pointed out by other reviewers as well. 10 cars ahead of me, pulled in at 7:30pm Sunday 10 minutes later, my order gets taken (7:40) - there were three people ahead of me, so it took 10 minutes to take 3 orders. 15 minutes later, I get my two drinks (7:55) Judging by the state of my drink it was probably sitting there on the counter for at least 10 minutes. My previous review had said the drinks were worth the wait, but not if they are going to be melted by the time they come. I guess if you go on the weekend, don't get something frozen? I'm very happy for them that there are always 20 cars in line, but they've been open for several weeks now and I was hoping they would figure out how to make it A little more efficient. I mean the third attempt was Sunday at 6:45 p.m. and the line was still twenty cars, blocking neighboring businesses, one attendant just checking one of the two drive-thru lines and not the other. I put my car in park for several times. Then they take your order when you're very far from the menu sign like 30 ft away and their website is down so I don't know the hundred drinks on the menu. So I just told him to make whatever is popular. People are willing to wait in line so it's a testament to the crack they must put in the coffee. For me, I'll stick to my daily loyal Den*vo where it takes me about two and a half minutes and they know my name and my drink. They have a winning combo where they have mastered their craft dang they are super happy and nice. They also didn't build a learner's permit driving course for us to enjoy. :) Hopefully they can figure something out in the next few months. read more

Absolutely LOVE Dutch Bros! 10/10. This is my first time at this location, and second time ever trying Dutch Bros. The line definitely speaks for itself. Although they don't have many options on the menu (as you can tell in the photos I uploaded), quality over quantity here. I haven't tried any of the food/snacks, but I saw on the menu that they only have 1) chocolate chip muffin top 2) granola bar 3) lemon poppy seed muffin top and 4) orange cranberry muffin top. I will probably get the orange cranberry next time I come. Everything is pretty self-explanatory, the service was pretty quick and the drinks are just delicious! I live in Houston, but do a lot in the Spring/Woodlands area. This Dutch Bros location has been a life saver! I have come here when there have been very few cars and I've also come when the line is crazy. I feel like they're just as quick as a Chick fil a drive thru line and their customer service is always great. They have someone waiting to take your order at the menu screen and have always been helpful when I've asked for input. I've tried about half of the items on the menu and nothing has disappointed. The walker that took my order was distracted while taking my order. Usually I can talk to them and feel welcomed. Not the case, shift change was happening and they were just ready to get off. Okay, let's get into it! Location- Off of North Freeway Service Rd in a shopping center with Top Gulf and Camp World. The service line for drive thru was pretty organized and they were busy. There is no outdoor seating at this location that I saw when I walked up to order. They also didn't have the music on, which is kinda weird for dutch cause they are normally always jamming out. Service- Super friendly as always. I've been across the country and Dutch is just known for their stellar service. They are consistently nice and up beat at all the locations I've been too across the country. They are also more than willing to help you pick a drink as well. Packing / products- love the dutch cups. Plastic for cold beverages and paper products for hot beverages. Taste- This go round I got the "kicker" cold brew with SF Irish cream. Man when I tell you I hit a sweet spot with this drink! I loved it and going forward this will likely be my go to drink! Overall- Dutch is just consistent! Drinks are crafted well! I really hope they figure things out. I really like the concept, I really like the drinks, and I really like that there's an eternity of option to the Starbucks monopoly. That being said, if you are in any sort of a rush I would recommend going to Starbucks a couple hundred yards away. I walked up to the window since the drive-through line was ridiculously long. There was no one in line in front of me but several people that filed in line right behind me. I ordered one energy drink. The entire staff was focused solely on the drive-through line. After 20 minutes the lady that had ordered right after me went to the window to ask why no one was making our drinks. At this point there was at least seven orders that have come to the window behind me; all waiting outside with the music blaring.... loud (not to sound too much like a Karen). It wasn't until we asked them about the walk up orders that one person peeled off to start making them. It took 24 minutes from the time I ordered until the time I received my drink.
