Melted drink, this was how it came to me.
Nate J.

I love this place! The people are super friendly! And the drinks are honestly so much better than the Starbucks down the road. Slightly more expensive, but definitely worth the extra money. I wish I could try everything on the menu because everything sounds good. It's also very consistent quality. Basically the only thing I don't like is that it's ridiculously busy most of the time, especially on the weekends. Makes sense & I am happy that they are getting the business, but on the weekends you should expect to spend 20+ minutes waiting in line in your car. Update, knocking this down to three stars. Sunday night, took me nearly 30 min to get through the line- I got a frost and it had melted by the time it got to me (see picture, this was the condition it came to me, this was taken right after I got the drink.) The woman taking the orders was chitchatting with every car and going in a random order rather than how people had arrived. This has been a problem pointed out by other reviewers as well. 10 cars ahead of me, pulled in at 7:30pm Sunday 10 minutes later, my order gets taken (7:40) - there were three people ahead of me, so it took 10 minutes to take 3 orders. 15 minutes later, I get my two drinks (7:55) Judging by the state of my drink it was probably sitting there on the counter for at least 10 minutes. My previous review had said the drinks were worth the wait, but not if they are going to be melted by the time they come. I guess if you go on the weekend, don't get something frozen? It's a shame because this place has excellent drinks.

Line

I'm very happy for them that there are always 20 cars in line, but they've been open for several weeks now and I was hoping they would figure out how to make it A little more efficient. I mean the third attempt was Sunday at 6:45 p.m. and the line was still twenty cars, blocking neighboring businesses, one attendant just checking one of the two drive-thru lines and not the other. I put my car in park for several times. Then they take your order when you're very far from the menu sign like 30 ft away and their website is down so I don't know the hundred drinks on the menu. So I just told him to make whatever is popular. People are willing to wait in line so it's a testament to the crack they must put in the coffee. For me, I'll stick to my daily loyal Den*vo where it takes me about two and a half minutes and they know my name and my drink. They have a winning combo where they have mastered their craft dang they are super happy and nice. They also didn't build a learner's permit driving course for us to enjoy. :) Hopefully they can figure something out in the next few months.

The line speaks for itself.

Absolutely LOVE Dutch Bros! 10/10. This is my first time at this location, and second time ever trying Dutch Bros. The line definitely speaks for itself. Although they don't have many options on the menu (as you can tell in the photos I uploaded), quality over quantity here. I haven't tried any of the food/snacks, but I saw on the menu that they only have 1) chocolate chip muffin top 2) granola bar 3) lemon poppy seed muffin top and 4) orange cranberry muffin top. I will probably get the orange cranberry next time I come. Everything is pretty self-explanatory, the service was pretty quick and the drinks are just delicious! Try to download the app if you can, so you can work towards free drinks. And if you pay in cash and not through the app, they'll still allow you to scan your bar code from the app.

I'm not a huge coffee drinker, but if the opportunity presents itself, I'll partake in an iced coffee/frappe. I've read/heard good things about Dutch Bros, and decided to try out the Annihilator (chocolate macadamia nut breve.) Upon arriving at the drive thru, there were 2 lines. Surprisingly, they had staff going up to each vehicle and taking orders. Service was just as quick & efficient like the drive thru at Chick-Fil-A. This small coffee was $4.82. I declined whipped cream so that I could taste the flavor, but I'd opt for it next time.

If you like personality with your brews, this is the spot! I love the drive thru concept (it's drive thru only) and although the menu looks limited there is a customizable selection of coffee and tea, but the standout was the service. As a firsttimer the ladies helped me with both on & off menu recommendations based on my preferences. I ended up trying the "Annihilator". If you're looking for a option to provide a caffeine kick & satisfy your sweet tooth (it tastes like a macadamia nut cookie) I'd highly recommend. If you're looking for something less sweeter, fruitier etc, the baristas are happy to help customers live out their caffeinated willy wonka fantasy. In the future, I hope they're able to invest in additional technology to better manage the drive thru rush during peak hours but for now, I had no problem with long lines in the afternoon.

I always go to this location never had an issue until today. I ordered two of the viral $4 drink from TikTok as usual. My drink is always filled up to the top. But today it wasn't even half way filled. Looked like it was just a bunch of Carmel not no actual liquid in it. Very disappointed. If I'm paying for a medium drink my stuff should at least be filled to the top and not just with ice as you can see in the picture. Shouldn't matter if it's $4 I'm paying for it and I should be receiving back what I'm paying for. I can only imagine how a small would be filled up... I always make sure to tip but to receive something like this, yea never again.

I love love LOVE DB!!! I'm from the PNW so it's like the perfect piece of home! I freaked out and drove across town as soon as I heard they were open in Spring! They are mostly breve drinks (made with half and half) so they are super rich and creamy but never over power the coffee. 100/10 The kicker is my favorite for a well balanced option. The cocomo is good if you don't want the heavy half and half, and the annihilator is for those that have a sweet tooth. Our barista was from almost the same area that I grew up in and we had a LOVELY chat. For sure one of the "calmest" locations I've been to, at times DB can seem a bit much with the loud music and over the top baristas but this location was perfection she was soooo incredibly nice and not only was able to find some stickers for us but gave us some extra too!

Im a Stan for Dutch bros and always have a stellar experience. However this Dutch was not one to be happy about. I've ordered this drink plenty of times and it's always filled to the top. The walker that took my order was distracted while taking my order. Usually I can talk to them and feel welcomed. Not the case, shift change was happening and they were just ready to get off. When I got my drinks and realized a good amount of my rebel was missing I asked. He just said well you ordered it light ice. At all the other locations it's filled to the top so what was the difference here? Try the other locations for a good time and a welcoming smile.

Few words to describe this place: Quick, Tasty, Quality, and Friendly. If you are coming in with the intention of getting coffee quick, then you are definitely in the right place. On the other hand, if you are hungry, this place only has muffins and nothing to really stave off your hunger. I would have to say though that Dutch Bros, from first impressions is a really nice place to go to. From my experience I have only been through the drive through. But from having been to two different locations, I definitely can see consistency in their coffee and service. If you are looking for solid coffee that you want to enjoy and have been spending way too much time at Starbucks. I definitely recommend trying out a Dutch Bros! Will be coming a lot more often in the future :)

Okay, let's get into it! Location- Off of North Freeway Service Rd in a shopping center with Top Gulf and Camp World. The service line for drive thru was pretty organized and they were busy. There is no outdoor seating at this location that I saw when I walked up to order. They also didn't have the music on, which is kinda weird for dutch cause they are normally always jamming out. Service- Super friendly as always. I've been across the country and Dutch is just known for their stellar service. They are consistently nice and up beat at all the locations I've been too across the country. They are also more than willing to help you pick a drink as well. Packing / products- love the dutch cups. Plastic for cold beverages and paper products for hot beverages. Taste- This go round I got the "kicker" cold brew with SF Irish cream. Man when I tell you I hit a sweet spot with this drink! I loved it and going forward this will likely be my go to drink! Overall- Dutch is just consistent! Drinks are crafted well! Service is stellar. I suggest downloading the app to stack up points and to see the full menu. Way more options available to choose from on the mobile menu.

Held up for 10 min

Decent coffee (a bit sugary), friendly staff, & tons of menu items you wouldn't know about unless you go to their website. Cocomo + Campfire Coffee have been my two (I've only been here a handful of times!) Cocomo is a bit more sugary - just be sure to look up the nutrition facts online. They're all a bit ridiculous. However, it is a great "dessert" item if you're feeling it. Today the cashier took a bit of time with a gentleman in front of me - causing an additional 10-15 min of time to get through the drive through. Not as quick as you'd think this place could be.

I was recovering from a cold so I decided to order a hot herbal tea and was happy to see that they had such a huge selection of loose leaf teas to choose from. My friend also got one of their lattes and we couldn't resist getting a tiramisu before leaving. Overall, we liked everything and I think this place is worth a visit for that Kafeina latte. - Kafeina Latte (4/5): The lady told us that this latte was half white chocolate and half pistachio and we could definitely tastes both flavors. I really liked how they put a lot of pistachio pieces in the drink, giving it a crunchy texture. This drink is definitely on the sweeter side though, so keep that in mind. - Nutty Almond Cream Cinnamon Herbal Tea (4/5): I was very happy with the flavor of this tea. Like the name suggest, it tasted very almond-y and had a good amount of cinnamon flavored. There was also a tangy fruity flavor that followed and reminded me of spiced cider. - Tiramisu (4.5/5): I was really impressed with their tiramisu. The mascarpone layer was very nice and custardy, yet felt so light and refreshing. I also loved how strong the coffee flavor was which helped balance out the dessert and made it not too sweet. Service/Ambiance: Upon entering, I was really surprised by how pretty the interior was with the mixture of gold and wood. I'm not sure how pack this place usually gets because I came at an off time ( like 1 pm), but they had a good amount of tables and seating available. I did see a handful of people studying, so I think this would be a good quiet study spot.

I understood they were having power issues and were operating on a generator. Their tablet system appeared to be working, as I could see my order while placing it. I was making a large order for my coworkers and needed an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, I was told they couldn't provide it due to the power outage. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge. This was frustrating, as these add-ons were suggested by staff without clarifying the additional cost. While the issue was eventually resolved, I left feeling unhappy with the overall experience. I did return once afterward, but between the inconsistent beverages and the lack of transparency around pricing, I don't think I'll be coming back.
