So unique and fun. It was delicious. The coffee... oh my. Under the flavour options I saw both lavender and rose, so I asked the barista if he could do both. He did. It was one of the best coffees I've ever had! Next time I'm going for the big size. It got very busy after we ordered and even though we had a bit of a wait for our drinks and food, the barista was such an apologetic sweetheart. He was the only one behind the bar and was kicking ass. He even brought us our stuff directly to our table when it was ready. Highly recommend it here for a drink of any kind on the menu!

Loads of parking available as it's in the middle of a shopping center. Plus, it's right off I-45 so it makes for a quick trip when I pass by during my lunch break.

Have been craving for fries lately and when I saw Common Bond, was very excited but they didn't carry the thick truffle fries which I was so fond of in the other Common Bond. Still, it was good fries and the staff was very friendly.... many high schoolers doing a summer job so they are super nice. They have a rewards program running - once registered, $spent is $earned in points which can be redeemed later. Staff was friendly and seemed like some of them were high schoolers or sort of, doing summer jobs so they were extra courteous and cautious - it was very much appreciated The fresh pastries were inviting and they had a big menu of other eats too. Overall, we liked everything and I think this place is worth a visit for that Kafeina latte. - Kafeina Latte (4/5): The lady told us that this latte was half white chocolate and half pistachio and we could definitely tastes both flavors. I really liked how they put a lot of pistachio pieces in the drink, giving it a crunchy texture. This drink is definitely on the sweeter side though, so keep that in mind. - Nutty Almond Cream Cinnamon Herbal Tea (4/5): I was very happy with the flavor of this tea. Like the name suggest, it tasted very almond-y and had a good amount of cinnamon flavored. There was also a tangy fruity flavor that followed and reminded me of spiced cider. - Tiramisu (4.5/5): I was really impressed with their tiramisu. The mascarpone layer was very nice and custardy, yet felt so light and refreshing. I also loved how strong the coffee flavor was which helped balance out the dessert and made it not too sweet. Service/Ambiance: Upon entering, I was really surprised by how pretty the interior was with the mixture of gold and wood. Note that all food is either vegetarian or vegan. The theme of the place is artisenal Latin/Mexican. If you dine in, you will receive your cold drink in a tall ceramic mug/cup most likely in an Aztec/Mexican style, while the hot drinks will be served in a mug and the food is served on festive plates. They play light Latin music in the background. They don't really advertise their syrups if you come in for an iced latte like me, but basically any of their artisanal coffees can be made iced or cold and you can choose from any of those ingredients/syrups in those choices to flavor your own custom latte. I also added a slice of banana bread from the pastry case adjacent to the register. The alchemist - a pretty light tasting latte with obvious notes of cinnamon. I liked it. Banana bread - more like a triple slice of bread. Its gluten free and very dense. A little on the dry side, obviously. Overall, I can see why they're highly rated. A must visit if you want to try some of the best coffee woodlands has to offer.

When I got there they had different ways to order. Inside or drive up/drive through. I went up to the window and asked for a surprise drink just without any dairy but a milk cold foam was fine. Not only did the drink itself impress me, the politeness and sweetness and down to earth vibe of these baristas was amazing! They asked if I wanted to come inside since it was pretty hot, and I am glad I did so I could take a look at their pastry/food selection. I decided on a Nutella sandwich probably because it was closest in eye view to me and I didn't have my glasses lol! Anyway, they were super sweet and complimented me. While I was waiting which was less then 5 minutes for sure, I looked around the place a bit and it is so simple yet fun and bright and full of colour and positivity! It is a nice little hangout spot, and so much friendlier and human centric than a starbucks. I love that it had a touch of dutch bros with the walk up window but I loveee that there is an inside since drive through make me nervous. They were quite excited about me trying the tiramisu drink and asked if I liked it and it was AMAZING! Next time I go back, I would ask for light ice though and likely try something new.
