It's 50/50 at this Dutch bros location when ordering a lemonade. It's the 4th time I've come to this location and my lemonade is watered down with light ice.. I've gone to the window to have it remade , the first two times already. The last time it happened I went to the window and they had said "I already remade this lemonade" and the girl said it's a different one. What makes them so amazing? Their customer service is beyond! It's not yes ma'am and no ma'am but it's always incredibly warm, welcoming and personable. Today I dropped by for an Americano with a whipped foam topper thing and noticed they're now offering protein coffee. Discovered Dutch Bros. a few years ago, and have loved it ever since. Now that I live in the East Coast (where they don't exist), the first sign I'm TRULY AWAY... is by visiting any Dutch Bros. in my proximity. Went to this location in Conroe, and got 2 items: (1) The Caramelizer, and (2) a White Mocha Cold Brew. Now I've been to Dutch Bros. in at least 3 states now, and I have to say the quality is ALWAYS THE SAME everywhere I go. I love how I can confidently go to any location and quality will always be above fantastic. I had asked the lady for some "freebies" (aka MERCH), and she said that they had run out...but had indicated the "DATE" when they would re-stock. Again, friendly workers! They do not make your drinks right, the past 3 times i have been there, they have made my drinks wrong.

Gotta love the staff members here! They always know their regulars and always seeing how we are doing every time we stop on by before we go walking in The Woodlands, TX area. Now that I think about it...I remember one of the days I was having a bad day and I really appreciated one of the staff members taking the time to pray for me at the drive-thru window. The drinks are always made correctly and fresh! I would choose their coffee over Starbucks just because I personally do not get a crash from their coffee. I actually get the energy I need from their coffee drinks! I get their protein caramel latte (called hopscotch now). Super creamy and tastes delicious while getting 20 g of protein in a medium. Yum! The location is pretty small, but the staff are good about moving the line just kinda like a Chick Fil A concept, but drinks in this case. Great service especially the night shift, drinks tastes great/customizable (even sugar free/dairy free options), and convenient location if heading towards The Woodlands, TX area for a concert/walking/shopping. read more

Drive-thru or park and walk up to order at the window. This place has delicious coffee treats and the staff is fun and friendly. The first time we tried Dutch Bros, we somehow missed the person taking orders but were still able to order at the pickup window. They were so nice and fast in getting our order ready. SO i finally tried it and OMG, I AM HOOKED! I don't usually complain about having to wait in line but 40 minutes being stuck in a drive thru is excessive. And no apology for such an insane wait time. Being stuck for 40 minutes made me late to pick up my daughter from school. They took my order, 40 minutes later when I get to the window they haven't even started my drink.
