It was mine and my wife's first…read moretime ever coming here and Xavier, even though they (I'm unsure of their pronouns and I am so sorry I did not ask while there, I was just completely blown away by the quality of service) were super busy and had a lot of guests already there, they took the time to explain the menu FROM MEMORY PERFECTLY and answered all of our many questions, most of them before we could even ask them, that's how PERFECTLY they explained the menu!! From there, to my utter disbelief and complete pleasure, the service ONLY GOT BETTER! I am making sure to capitalize certain parts for emphasis because words truly do not do justice for the quality of service provided by Xavier! They checked in on us the perfect amount of times and at the absolute perfect times, they refilled our drinks before we even had to ask, they checked to make sure we had everything we needed, they checked to see how we were enjoying everything and asked if there was anything they could do for us, they asked the whole room if the TV volume was too loud or too quiet or just right and adjusted accordingly (it was a tad too quiet, so their asking and adjusting took our whole experience to a completely higher level), and when we were finished they came and asked us if we needed anything "to go" containers which we did, they even gave us a bag and also threw in a set of utensils each for us, some napkins, and a couple of each of their sauce packets to ensure we could enjoy the same tastes that we did while we were there!!
