As the blonde was cutting my quesadilla, because they were playing around so much, she dropped the cutter and her and her coworker just stared at the floor. I got fed up and just said I'd cut it at home. I waited in total, 35 minutes for my order. 20 minutes inside for a simple order that was placed when I was over 15 minutes away from the restaurant. If you tell them there is no Acai in the base since it is white and not PURPLE, they will threaten to call the police. Essentially the new owner came in, purchased the location, and is trying to extract all profit possible before shuttering it and closing it permanently. The touch screens are DIRTY AND STICKY. The surfaces of their work area are absolutely filthy with sticky residue from never being cleaned. And all the while the OWNER/MANAGER is making one single teenager figure it all out. They're basically paying them minimum wage to deal with all the complaints due to BAD MANAGEMENT. A concept succeeds, which inspires an entrepreneur to basically do the exact same thing, but try to do it 5-10% better. For me, I think they might have indeed succeeded with that 5-10% better goal. I really enjoyed my cold brew and even got a little crazy with adding foam to it, even though I normally drink my cold brew black. I could tell that the flavor of the cold brew was to my liking before mixing in the foam a bit more, but the foam did had just a nice mini bit of sweetness to the drink without being overwhelming. There are lots of good options here and I'm in this area a lot so I'm sure I will take advantage of the convenient drive-thru many times in the future.
