RUN. DO NOT GO HERE. This location has been completely abandoned by the owner/manager. They purposely leave a skeleton crew of a single teenager, informed them that it is their policy to NEVER accept returns or complaints. If you ask them to make an Açaí Bowl, they will hand you a bowl of white yogurt base with random fruits available mixed in. If you tell them there is no Acai in the base since it is white and not PURPLE, they will threaten to call the police. If you ask them to blend it again, they will say their blenders blades are too dull for a different result. They don't answer the phone. Essentially the new owner came in, purchased the location, and is trying to extract all profit possible before shuttering it and closing it permanently. The touch screens are DIRTY AND STICKY. The surfaces of their work area are absolutely filthy with sticky residue from never being cleaned. And all the while the OWNER/MANAGER is making one single teenager figure it all out. They're basically paying them minimum wage to deal with all the complaints due to BAD MANAGEMENT. I visited this location yesterday around 2 PM and was very disappointed. They seemed understaffed, with only one employee working, and he looked overwhelmed. I ordered the Relaxation One smoothie, which cost about $12, but what I received was completely unblended. After taking a sip outside, I noticed chunks of banana and even a piece of avocado peel. I went back inside to request a remake or a refund and explained the issue. The employee admitted, "Yeah, the blades are just dull on our blenders right now." At that point, I didn't want a remake since it would likely have the same problem, so I asked for a refund instead. He told me he wasn't allowed to issue refunds and that his boss would call me once he returned. I left my number, but I haven't heard anything since. I feel like I got scammed out of a smoothie. Very disappointed. I love Clean Juice...but I was turned away and was told my order wouldn't even be taken for another 10 minutes or more because of To go orders. Mind you, I was the only other person in the storefront and parking lot. Again a few weeks ago I attempted to stop by the storefront, online said open. I have been back a few times (not a regular quite yet :) ) but since my first visit, I have been greeted EVERYTIME. So that's an improvement I have noticed...I have tried different smoothies and juices and have been pretty happy with all of them...some do have less flavor than others but remember, they aren't getting loaded down with added sugar which is great for me...I actually have loved all the juices. Wish I was able to enjoy this place like I used to, but it seems that every time I come here there's a certain individual that works here and it makes it impossible to get any food or drink! For instance, when I went in there the other day, there were clients walking out, saying they got turned away service "because they aren't serving anyone at the moment" . So when I walked in to try to order he said "you are going to have to wait in hour, we have online orders before you", I was in shock. There were 3 people behind the counter. When I responded to him I said "sir I'm a paying customer that's standing right here" and he still turned me away and all the people that came in after me. I was so confused because every restaurant now offers DoorDash or a food deli every service but they don't stop serving customers that come in to pay. Not to mention they were not in any rush, the workers were just making normal orders like it wasn't like they were making a 60 person order. The worst part is a week went by and I went in again to just purchase a premade juice and there was about 4 people in front of me just standing there annoyed because the SAME guy was working again but he told us "there's online orders in front of you guys you need to wait" I was in SHOCK. Clean Juice recently opened a location in The Woodlands, and it's great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They're extremely knowledgeable about their products and will gladly take you through their menu so you order something that you really want. I really appreciated this because you don't find that attention to customer desires at many places, so I hope they keep that up! The building is very nice- it feels very clean and refreshing to walk in. You can tell that they paid a lot of attention to decorating the place to depict what they stand for, which I really liked. They are certified organic, so they are a little on the pricey end, but I thought it was worth the buy! I got The Almond Toast (which was delicious- they put just the right amount of almond butter) and a Hot Coffee. I liked the coffee, but I wish that they offered more than just Stevia to sweeten it. I don't like Stevia and it's not actually the "healthier" choice, so I just wish they offered another sugar option like brown sugar. They give almond milk to add to your coffee, which was tastier than I expected! My boyfriend got the Slushie One, and he loved it! TIP: Download their app for $5 off your first visit!! Charged me $22 for a small and one large fresh celery juice, didn't ask if I wanted ice and both drinks came with ice, asked the juice maker to change it (she was kind) but dumped out half my drink. & apparently if you order celery juice it also comes with lemon? I believe from experience and knowledge I have read up on, that celery juice is best ingested at room temperature and on its own. It also tastes better that way too. We've lately been gotten into Acai bowls. When we went to Houston we looked a few places on Yelp to see if there were any places in The Woodlands area that served them. We found Clean Juice and it was pretty close to where we were staying. We went and it was very clean and like other reviews say it's more of a juicing place. We didn't taste any of the juices but did order a few of their acai bowls. The bowls were good but didn't have the variety we were used to having in HB like Blue Bowl. The thing that surprised me the most was we were taking the bowls home to eat and they didn't have any lids for the bowls. So we just had to carry it out and hoped we didn't spill them in the car, which we didn't. Overall, it was a decent place to go in The Woodlands where choices were slim. The lack of simple things like the lids and choices were why they only got 4 stars. Service was very good and the girls working there were all very helpful and friendly. read more

Today was their Grand Opening and they had everything decorated really nice and were offering many different specials/discounts. I was so excited they were opening close to us, but I'll drive to Nektar or the new one next to Flower Child. They've been out of product twice when I've gone in. They also would not do any smoothie in kids size. Only ones listed, which are not that appealing. Also, their smoothies just aren't very good in flavor. Have basically dropped a lot of money trying to give them a chance and won't anymore.
