I'm gluten intolerant and read where they had several options. My husband and I dropped in after our anniversary dinner, and we had such a wonderful experience. The staff were knowledgeable with food allergies, and our cookies were wonderful. They had more than just chocolate chip or one flavor, unlike most places. The people working here are way too young, they charged me without checking if they had what I was paying for. I paid and it turns out they didn't have what I asked for. Her solution was to instead offer me "any other cookie". I went there to try 4 different cookies, not to bring two of the same. I accepted and they gave me the cookies without a bag, just prepackaged and frozen. Then in the car I noticed I was missing another cookie, I came back. They gave me the cookie I was missing and had already paid for. They did not say "I am sorry" or apologized in any way. I said: I didn't want two of the same cookies, he said: "oh yeah yeah she didn't know we were out of those". Well, don't charge for it, check first!! No, I do not recommend this place, I will suggest the owner to train their employees better, to have a better and more polite attitude to costumers, especially when making a mistake. read more

Why 5 stars? Because there's plenty here for my fellow sweet-toothians. --- --- --- Twisted Sugar never seemed to show up when I looked on Yelp for things around me, but I recently discovered it and it did not take me long to stop in. They basically do three things: cookies, sodas with extra flavoring and smoothies. I had the first two and would happily return to try many more items on their menu. I ordered the Dr Knievel, which is a Dr Pepper (regular or diet) with strawberry puree, vanilla, coconut and cream. I loved it! I think the puree helped soften the consistency a bit. I rarely drink soda these days, but it kind or ruined all future soda-drinking because I just want that from now on. For cookies, I ordered the salted caramel, banana cream, cookies n cream, sugar, chocolate chip and candy cane crinkle. That order listed is my favorite to least favorite. I really enjoyed all of them, except the candy cane crinkle, which I was not a fan of. Otherwise, they were all enjoyable, especially the first three. I am not a cookie fan but the Banana Cream is addictive and amazing. The only cookie ive had that I really did not like was the watermelon one. It was just way too sweet for me and tasted like watermelon candy, not actual watermelons. I am from Utah and we have these little soda shops all over so I was really pleasantly surpirsed to find one here. It's become my go-to because Sonic's flavored sodas are gross. A couple of things thaglost just one star. 1. A couple of times the syrup has been out on the Sprite Zero and I was given soda water instead. 2. I wish I could make my own drink through DoorDash. Heat it up and it'll make your dreams come true. *Snickerdoodle- sweet, non traditional, it's "just ok". I would not reorder. *Crinkle- gummy...it's a no from me (dawg) *Lemon tart- my favorite of the bunch! It's presented with a lime to be squeezed on top. The acid helps cut the sweetness. *Lemon sugar- tart but good flavor profile. This one was a strong 2nd place. *Salted caramel- felt unnecessarily sweet *Banana cream- the artificial banana flavor was not for me but to each their own *Oatmeal chocolate chip with cookie butter- delicious. I mean, how can you hate on cookie butter? Whatever you do, don't kid yourself, bring backup. I don't think these treats are designed to be consumed alone! I'm a die hard Crumblr but since this place is closer to me than any Crumbl I decided to see how it compared. Not even close. Don't get me wrong the cookies were good but between the circumference, thickness and amount of frosting they were half the size of Crumbl's and the slightly lower price did not reflect that. Service was super sweet but also super slow. The only advantage was that their menu has all the flavors all the time and I was able to get a cookie butter and Nutella one without having to wait forever for it to come around in rotation. No contest though. I'll stick with the pink box. read more

I will try to remember what we got in addition to the above, sugardoodle, lemon sugar, frosted sugar, chocolate crinkle, sprinkles sugar, cookies n cream, salted caramel sugar, oatmeal chocolate chip, and cookie of the month which was pretty much Valentine's Day themed (it's the puffy one with heart sprinkles - no frosting- in the 9 pack pic). I recommend literally all of them. My favorites were the peanut butter, CRINKLE and the oatmeal cookie butter. Every taste of one makes you wanna taste another. Do it. Worth the calories.
