This location is really hit-or-miss. The only consistent thing is the service. The people working are always really friendly and patient. 10 stars for the app with its ease of ordering and free birthday cookie . Also 10 stars for a stellar curbside experience. I was skeptical based on all the people coming in and out and how crowded it was but it went perfectly and with super friendly service as well. Of course I had to get the cool cutter! Make sure you bring a napkin though to wipe it off in between cookies. I was most impressed with the sugar cookie with its hint of almond. It was perfectly cooked and frosted. Sometimes sticking to the basics is best like at Krispy Kreme with the original glazed. Can't go wrong. The Reese's cookie knocked my socks off however due to its real peanut butter frosting. If I had to pick a favorite of the rotating flavors this would be it. The caramel popcorn one that I was most excited about and the flavor that brought me here in the first place ended up being very fun but too sweet for my taste. The rocky road was super chocolatey but could've used more marshmallow. All in all worth the 30 minute trip to try! If you live close to one I'm jealous! read more

Don't get me wrong, no one is baking in a tree, and I'm not at all suggesting the presence or likeliness of mystical elves, but instead reflection on my memory of the smell & the visual upon entering this crumbl shop...young uniform bakers happily baking, heating & packaging cookies in bubble gum pink boxes for patrons filing in & out, bright cheerful light illuminating the goods, and the smell of fresh baked cookie hybrids wafting through the air. I say hybrids Bc these cookies often resemble another dessert. Cake? Pie maybe? I can't put my finger on it, but it's not your Grandmas cookie. In terms of flavors, as mentioned at nauseam, they rotate weekly, and new cookies are announced online on Sundays. It's also easy to order ahead via their app- but just a word of advice- avoid the chocolate chip & chocolate chip walnut. They're not "bad", but all of the oddball cookies that we usually wouldn't try (with a sugar cookie base or the funky cookie on cookie action of their Neapolitan cookie) are FAR better, & if you're going to spend $3 on a cookie , it may as well be amazing, right?! Why 5 stars? Because this place is so good, it's dangerous. --- --- --- I started writing this review and before I could finish it, my wife couldn't help herself and brought home more Crumbl Cookies. Why does the scale have to be the enemy of our taste buds? Crumbl Cookies has been open for 4 weeks as I write this review and we have been 3 times. Actually 4 times because we ordered twice during one week. Okay, so, the cookies are great. I could eat them all day long. When that pink box is sitting in the kitchen, I get hives thinking about it. The only cure is going in there and eating a lot of them. But honestly, that's not what I love most about Crumbl. What I love most is the rotating menu. I am constantly trying new restaurants. I will often drive 20 minutes to try a pizza place even if there's one that I really enjoy 5 minutes away. I love the rush of potentially finding my next favorite restaurant and will do so at the expense of rarely returning to places I very much enjoy. The rotating menu at Crumbl makes every week feel like it's a new business. I actually look forward to Monday's now so that I can see what the new menu is. Even if I'm determined to eat healthy that week and just want to see out of curiousity. My least favorite part of Crumbl is that I didn't come up with the idea for the business myself. Wow. Where do I start. 1. A bakery whose website does not allow you to order online and redirects you to download AN ENTIRE APP DEDICATED THE BAKERY is one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. You literally cannot order online without downloading their application. 2. The owner of this business thought it a good idea to hire nothing but teenagers to run an entire bakery. Is this the teenagers fault? No, they were actually incredibly nice and hard working and tried their absolute best. That being said, they're teenagers. They can't run a business alone. 10 teenagers and 1 adult who was too afraid to deal with any of the customers. 3. The final and perhaps most damning criticism, their cookies were absolutely raw. That means the only job they had (they're not making the cookie dough at 7:00 PM), BAKING THE COOKIE, they failed to do. Again, I come back to the fact that this is not the fault of a bunch of teenagers, because they are just that: a bunch of teenagers. This is the fault of a cheap owner who hires the cheapest unskilled labor possible to keep overhead as low as possible. This. Bakery. Sucks. read more

After seeing all the hype on social media, I wanted to try Crumbl for myself and it definitely did not disappoint! Their cookies are a very unique texture - chewy yet cakey, depending on the type of cookie you got. Despite the flavor variations, all of the cookies had a slightly under baked center, which made the cookie very dense and toothsome. I loved all of the flavors they had this week, especially the cookie dough and caramel pumpkin. I'm definitely coming back when their new flavors are released each week. Also, I really liked how they have a loyalty program! 100 points (or $100) earns you $10 in use in the store. The app makes it very easy to rack up points. I have to admit that these were quite expensive, about $3 each, but I think it's a good value considering the size of the cookie. Each one was as big as my hand! I'd recommend coming during off-peak hours, like before noon. It was very busy today at 10 AM. Be sure to tip the workers! They were working so hard cranking out fresh cookies. read more

Very dissatisfied with my experience here. Purchased a pink velvet cookie for my 4 year old last night. When we got home, I gave her cookie to her, and as she began to eat it, she started choking.
