These are my husband's fave. He gets them every visit to the barber shop. (location: Market Street) My daughter and I also loves them and the different varieties. Some days it's cookies and some days it's a desert like a key lime pie or a pudding of some sort. It's also great that you can choose from two different sizes so I get the smaller ones for kids and the bigger ones for adults depending on the occasion. My only suggestion is, I guess with all cookies that are left out, don't leave them out for over a day. They get really hard. I tend to just put them in the microwave for like 5 seconds and they are as good as new. (Don't leave longer or you'll scorch your tongue!) read more

Just like my usual Crumble these cookies are the BOMB!! Got lemon bar which was amazing, peanut butter chocolate, pretty good, and carrot cake. No carrots but good flavor. Like a snickerdoodle with cream cheese frosting and pecans so you get the sense of carrot cake. I'm still mad they are taking away pink sugar! But I like the idea of more unique flavors per week. I wanted to do a taste test without any bias and these cookies are TRASH as well as expensive. Bless the male worker with the glasses and crazy socks for attempting to pretend they were good . I tried 4 cookies and will rank them from best to worst. The Strawberry Cheesecake-3.5/5 Tasty but not original. Just like the no bake boxed cheesecake you can make yourself. Also not a cookie... Peanut Butter Brownie-3/5 overall, good. bitter aftertaste. It was alarming towards the end because I don't know where it was coming from. I don't love peanut butter but it was edible. The brownie part was good initially. Chocolate chip cookie- 1.5/5 did not like the taste at all. The outside was hard but the inside was wet? What? The taste and the texture was unpleasant. Barely any chocolate chips, just dough. Now the WORST ABoMINATION!!! The original pink sugar cookie was so bad! 0/5 wet inside. No flavor, just sugar. The crack cookies at Walmart are 10x better and I just think they are ok. Ugh. It smells like industrial cleaner in the store as well as on the boxes and that flavor unfortunately transfers to the cookies. It's so bad that even though it was my closest location I'd drive the extra miles to go to a different one. They opened one up in The Woodlands and thank goodness that one smells fine so there's no reason for me to come back here. 2 stars because the staff is super sweet and the manager did hear my complaint and address it but they're still having the same issue. After multiple chances I'm done. Sad since I'm a weekly Crumblr and would like another option on that side of town. Let me be honest here, I'm off sugar, but when I saw that crumble cookies had opened near my place, I couldn't resist. A little sugar here and there doesn't hurt, right? This was my very first time trying out crumble cookies and I guess this wouldn't be my last. Enough of my dilemma, crumble cookies are the best thing on planet earth (no one can refute that). The options are straightforward and the cookie size is hugeeee (more on this later). They had a total of 6 cookies to choose from and a few drinks and some ice cream (to be honest, I didn't take a proper look at those). When I saw the demo cookies on display, I thought it may be one of those where the display was just for representation and not the actual size, and boy, was I WRONG. The cookies were huge and scrumptious, and guess what, they rotate the cookie flavors frequently (I think they have a weekly rotation). I bought a pack of 4 and ate those over a span of a few days (believe me, I wanted to devour them in a few hours, but I couldn't, lol). The prices are reflective to the size of the cookies and the service was nice and quick. Would I come here again to grab another 4 pack? There is a HIGH possibility. I went in to get a birthday arrangement for my niece. Just a few folks (maybe 5 or so) were waiting for the free cookie that was promised on November 6th for all customers. The staff claimed to have ran out, then one staff said they wouldn't be ready for another 20-30 mins. I paid for my arrangement and then decided to wait for the free cookie because I was on lunch. I went back into the store 30 mins later along with two other small families with toddlers and the staff said another 20-30 mins. I then reminded her that she already told us that and then she proceeds to go into a back to pull out several pre-made and package chocolate chip cookies. The two staff (ladies Hispanic) lied to every customer because they didn't want to give out the free cookies. There was no line, no one there placing an order, just two small families and myself waiting for a free cookie that was already prepared and in their personal bags. That was very low of them, especially to make the toddlers wait. I don't recommend this location at all. I even called later that evening and a male staff over the phone said that the morning staff (the two ladies I encountered) have very low work ethics and he apologized on their behalf. read more

So it was busy today (Labor Day) and they prepared my cookies wrong, I called them shortly after receiving the cookies (9/2/24 5:50PM) and told the Crumbl associate about my cookies being wrong, he said due to it being busy they will possibly mess up and forget things on some cookies and said there is nothing that can be done and that's final. I then asked for his name and he hung up on me, I tried calling back and asked for a manager and again got hung up on. Strange, we've never had no quarrels with this location and never have witnessed such poor customer service...what these Crumbl employees (the ones that answered the phone) displayed today is a disgrace to Crumbl cookies. read more

We love crumbl cookies. We were in town for an event and we decided to stop at this branch. We bought the Lemon cookie and the Cinnamon Fry cookiw. The frosting on the lemon cookie was good but wasn't a big fan of the cookie part. It was brittle and broke apart. The cinnamon cookie was divine. Overall, it was a good eating experience. First time visiting Crumbl, and my experience was terrible - I got food poisoning. I visited this location on 10/11/22 ~6pm-ish, and, excited to finally drop-by, ordered all six cookies on display that week. Got home, cut 1/8 from each cookie to taste, and noticed each one looked underbaked - some more-so than others. The raspberry lemonade was the worst offender and practically looked raw. I had heard Crumbl cookies are supposed to be super soft, so I assumed it was part of the effect and tried all 6 eighths. I didn't care for the flavor of any. Not even the chocolate chip, which should be a standard cookie that should taste good, if you're a cookie shop. My husband only ate 1/8 from the 3 least underbaked cookies and didn't care for them either. The next day, everything went downhill for me - upset stomach, cramps, chills, fever (constant 102+), nausea, vomit. Went to the doctor, got meds. Had to take a day off work bc I felt so bad. This went on for four days, and my stomach is still not absolutely 100%. My husband got sick the same night we ate the cookies, but his ailment was gone the following day, since he didn't eat as much and only ate those that looked the least raw. The cookies were the only thing we had eaten in common. Spoke to other people about it, and there were some that got sick the first time trying these cookies as well at other new locations, so it's safe to say I would not feel safe trying Crumbl again. Makes me wonder how many people get sick and don't write reviews, and how many others got sick from the batches mine came from that evening. I really like a warm soft cookie. These meet the criteria. The kitchen is open and looked clean; you can see the workers - so they can't do anything shady. I have a love hate relationship with Crumbl that started in April 2022. When this new location opened it was so tempting to go and see why the line was out the door. My first taste was NY cheesecake and it was good but not $4 per cookie good. Very dense and cakey and overly sweet for my liking. Yet somehow I ended up there again (and AGAIN -thanks to TikTok) after falling in love with their cookies and cream flavor. Ever since then Crumbl has had me in a choke hold, looking forward to checking their weekly lineup every Sunday. Trying new flavors (LOVE the cornbread cookie and apple pie by the way!) but some are a total miss! Hated a few. Like for instance - this week's old fashion donut. Ew. Flavor was nasty and the texture was extra gooey as if it was underbaked. Matter fact I'm sure it was under baked!! Had to throw it away. Waste of $4.15 bc when I called the store they wanted me to drive all the way back up there to look at the cookie but - who's going to drive 10 min in traffic to go have them inspect a $4 cookie? I know when a cookie isn't done. Lol. Guess I needed that bad experience to save not only my coins but my waistline .. bc now I think I'm all crumbled out. I'll be back one day - but only for flavors I've already tried and loved. The customer service at this location is great!
