Just stopped in Tiff's Treats hoping I could pick up a dozen cookies (I forgot to preorder), and Austin was amazing! He fixed up o beautiful box of different flavors and was just so darn nice- you could tell he loves his job! I really appreciate his help and highly recommend you stopping in too! Excellent service Austin read more

The interior is small but tidy, and the cookies are plentiful- except if you come in the evening, when tons are sold out, and for good reason! I'll have to come back for the oatmeal chocolate chip, which was sold out when I came around 7 pm. I got the pecan chocolate chip cookie (fine) and snickerdoodle (very good) warmed up, and a cookie dough truffle in a separate baggie (definitely a dense truffle and not a cake pop, don't let the ball shape confuse you!). read more

Tiff's Treats is always amazing! There was a small mishap with the third-party delivery system, but one quick call to the store and everything was taken care of immediately. The employees truly go above and beyond to make things right, and their customer service is unmatched. And of course, the cookies are absolutely delicious -- warm, fresh, and totally worth it every time. Highly recommend! read more

Ordered 1/2 doz. Tiff's Mix and 1/2 doz. Chocolate chip pecan cookies through UberEats tonight around 7:30pm. The order didn't arrive until almost 10PM and wasn't even what I ordered. Honestly if I wanted 1/2 dozen peanut butter cookies I would have just ordered that. We're the chocolate chips cookies good? Yes. Did they have pecans? No. Definitely not worth the 2 hour wait. I honestly would have rather them cancel the order than deliver what was pictured. (I'm giving 2 stars because the chocolate chip cookies were at least warm). read more

I loveeeee the snickerdoodle specifically and how soft it is. the chocolate chip cookie dipped thing was also surpassingly good, I usually don't like cake pops and stuff like that but this was not to sweet! the inside smelled amazing as soon as I walked in the aroma hit me of freshly baked goods, also quick and fast service! can't wait to try more :) read more

Why 5 stars? Because the cookies were delicious without being overwhelming. --- --- --- At places like Crumbl, the cookies are amazing. But they are so rich and heavy that I feel like I take 3 months off my life when I eat them. I keep going back, but I always swear it'll be the last time. With Tiff's, my immediate impression after taking a couple of bites was that these cookies are incredibly light, but don't seem to sacrifice on flavor either. I ordered six of them: sugar, snickerdoodle, M&M, chocolate chip, mint chocolate and double chocolate. The latter three were for my wife as I'm not a big chocolate person, but I thought all of them were great. Next time, I will try some other things like a blondie or an ice cream sandwich because there will definitely be a next time! read more

Whoa! I changed my mind! These cookies taste bomb! I was lucky to have gotten an opportunity to try Tiff's Treats again (after an underwhelming first experience). Fresh out of the oven, these were the best snickerdoodle cookies I've ever tasted. And the chocolate chip pecan was deliciously on point, even better than the first time I tried them! Warm, soft, chewy. Yum! Thanks to the amazing customer support I received from the manager, I'll be visiting again. read more

Came in today to get some cookies as a good job for my son doing so well at his first hair cut. He e got chocolate chip and m&m and a brownie. The cookies tasted old and off from other tiffs treats locations..just not up to normal standards. we tried to reheat them at home thinking that was the issue, but no they still were off in comparison to the companies usual. Seems like a quality issue. read more

Tiff's Treats and I go waaaay back, like over a decade back in Austin. I'm probably dating myself, but these cookies were the staple when I was in undergrad at UT. My roomie and I would get a dozen (or two) delivered to our dorm. They contributed to my "Freshman 15." Haha. I'm glad they opened this location in the north side of Houston. I can't give it 5 stars cause I'm just outside of the delivery zone, and it would cost $15, which is as much as the price of a dozen cookies. If you live in the zone, which is about a 6 or 7 mile radius from the store (you can double check online), they're having a special this March for free Sunday deliveries. I miss the warm, delivered cookies in a white box with a ribbon wrapped around it. The price of a dozen cookies has also gone up. We used to get great coupon deals in Austin if we wanted extras like milk or brownies. My favorite flavors are chocolate chip oatmeal, chocolate chip pecan, and snickerdoodle. Their cookies are soft and buttery. I got cookies for my sister with a Birthday box and balloon for an extra $5. They have other special occasion boxes and balloons, too. I had a good experience my first time at this location. The cashier was friendly, helpful, and didn't mind when I wanted to add more cookies, which meant he needed to transfer and fix a bigger box. read more

Delicious! I love that they offer to warm up the cookies for you. Everyone is always so welcoming and patient, especially when you've got two littles trying to pick out what they want. Worth it for sure. read more

I went here once with my boyfriend and there was a girl working who was unbelievably rude. As soon as we walk in she looked at us and asked "what do you want" in the rudest tone. When we asked her a for a second to look at the menu she looked at us and sighed in annoyance. She had black hair and glasses and clearly had an attitude. I won't be coming back I would rather spend my money on good service. I don't understand why workers feel the need to be rude. We were nothing but respectful to her and she was so mean for no reason read more

I'm pretty sure the aroma alone would be the catalyst for a heart attack, but we braved it. Sacrifice made, we got way more than necessary. But how could we pass this highly rated, incredible aroma fresh baked treat. my favorite is the blonde pecan brownie. i tried it once and am hooked, We will of course be back and expound on this review. the staff is always friendly, even if forced. i will be going for something other than a burger next time, for sure. read more

Hi My Yelps, It has been a while since I have posted a review. I have been a busy little bee with working and my schedule is a whirlwind. I am so grateful to be employed. Enough about me, let's talk about Tiff Treats. My coworker SB visited this sweet treat place on yesterday during her hour. She bought a half dozen variety pack and blessed me with a white chip almond and a chocolate chip pecan cookie. I am a sweet treat freak! Y'all these cookies were so delectable. They had the perfect texture of softness, the chocolate chip ratio was on point, and so fresh. I'm definitely going to make a pit stop to Tiff Treats during my lunch power hour! Go and taste for yourselves. Until, I post again! Stay safe and Be blessed my foodie friends. read more

Yummy in my tummy! When these freshly baked cookies are right out of the oven, they are delicious. I am so glad I stumbled across this hidden gem. Service: The cashiers were very welcoming and explained the many flavors available. One cashier even recommended her favorite cookies which I always like. My order: I went with the ice cream sandwich which was RIDUCLOUSLY tasty! I wish I could have eaten them on a patio but the store is very tiny. I ate it while driving (probably not the smartest idea but once I took a small bite, I couldn't stop). The cost? About $3.50. Overall, the cookies seem pricey especially if you order a dozen, but if they are warm, they are worth it! read more

The quality of the product is good. However the customer service and delivery times were repeatedly bad. We had multiple orders delivered hours late for a school. Called in to get help and were given the run around for hours. There were no phone call, texts or email updates about the order or delivery time. The last time we gave them a try, we had to cancel. Very hesitant about going back. Just looking for consistency and communication. read more

Never mind the cookies.... sure they're good if standard for the pre made dough kind you get at most places these days. GET THE TIFF BLITZ! I repeat GET THE TIFF BLITZ!! Honestly, it might be the best dessert I've ever had period. Don't worry about taking it to go since it is frozen quite solid to survive travel in a hot car. As a matter of fact, it took a while for it to get to a temperature where I could scoop some out... thank you hot dashboard lol. It was the perfect size for my waistline since it is so rich but you could easily eat a whole pint of it. The perfect mix of cookies & brownies in vanilla ice cream it puts other cookies and cream flavors and mix in treats to shame. I will be back just for this! Multiple times! read more

I tend to try every new item that Tiff advertise on their website. I'm a huge fan but the last two times I visited this exact location my cookies were smaller than normal Tiff Treats. This time I tried the blueberry muffin cookies (I love blueberry muffins) so I thought the cookies was going to be great as well. They have a nice texture and flavor to them but it's a no for me. The presentation and size could have been better and bigger. read more

I've been going to Tiff's since my college days at The University of Texas. You really can't go wrong with any of the cookie flavors or the brownie. So excited that we finally have one here. I remember this place when I was in college in Austin. Maybe it's just the memories I still like it a lot. I might be able to get a giant more high quality cookie from Red dessert dive or tiny Boxwoods but this place has more variety and better prices and ice cream sandwiches. My favorites are white chocolate chip macadamia and snickerdoodle and the M&M read more

So glad to see a dessert place open late. Diss appointed with no seating or coffee. Cookie was average at best.

Best cookies ever. This place is open till 10. So cool. Staff is super nice an helpful.

Bought sugar and chocolate chip Tiffwiches. The ice cream inside was ok. But the cookies were just not very good at all. Gritty in texture and pretty flavorless. Neither my husband or I ate even half of our Tiffwich. (And they aren't huge.) Overhyped, overpriced, and not a good cookie. Honestly, H‑E‑B bakery has much better cookies. read more

Gosh I love this cookie joint. I find that tiff's treats is pretty consistent in taste throughout all their locations having gone to the original one in Austin, the midtown Houston location, the Fort Worth location, and the downtown Dallas location. I am just a bit sad that their dozen prices have risen from $11/dozen to $15/dozen! And I noticed that with this location, the cookie size is smaller than the other locations I've been to. But their cookies are so dang addicting. They are soft, chewy, and sweet regardless if they are warmed or not. I'm in LOVE with their snickerdoodle cookies. They just know how to do it right. Their m&m cookies are also suuuuper good! To be honest, the chocolate chip cookies are good as well, BUT they aren't the best choco chip cookies I've ever had. Oatmeal is aiight. Hands down, snickerdoodle is the way to go at tiffs treats--even better as an ice cream sandwich!! read more

So blown away by such wonderful customer service! Natalie delivered to my husband in the pouring rain today. My husband works at the Exxon Mobil Campus and I didn't realize he would physically need to meet her at the gate because they don't allow vendors to bring outside food. It took him a long time to get down there to meet her (over 30 min) but she patiently waited in the rain and made sure he got his order. I called back to thank her and she was so cheerful and sweet. I called her store to leave her an additional tip. read more

I am beyond picky on cookies. I am always searching for the homemade taste and this place delivered! I can't wait to come back.

This is my second time getting cookies delivered. Every time there is is an issue. When I call they give me some excuses why my order is not getting delivered on time. Tiffs and treats you just lost a customer. Your process is confusing. I set up the delivery time why you had to call recipient and confirmed the delivery time. If its a surprise delivery dont you guys think we ask the recipient that question before placing orders. Frustrating..... read more

Cookies and brownies are good but they messed up my last two orders. Used to always order delivery once per week, now I have to reevaluate. Is either they missed sending part of the order or they gave me the wrong cookies and brownies. On the last order, they didn't follow the instructions that I gave them. Very disappointing as I believe they have good business model but not the fulfillment department. read more
